Do the receptionists in this place even answer the phone? You can call multiple times a day or right after they open and it makes no difference. No call will be returned. When you finally get an appointment (after maybe weeks of trying because they tell you to call back a certain day and then when you call that day they tell you the same thing again) there is a high possibility that they will cancel your appointment. Its just weird because when you walk in that office the receptionists seem to have free time to chat and everything. Makes you wonder if they really are so busy. So stressful going through this while feeling unwell.

Hold time is like an hour & their portal is terrible. No one responds to the inquiries submitted on the portal. When you call for help with the portal NO ONE knows what to do, they transfer you back to the automated phone service without saying anything & its just a cycle of no help. Switching providers for our entire family. I loved the review I saw stating this place is equivalent to a refugee tent for care, agreed.

New to the area and struggling to find reasons to stick with HealthPoint Auburn. Likely due to issues with their software, 3 appointments I had scheduled fell through due to the wrong number being in their system. I had my number verified multiple times on each call, scheduling staff was very professional and accommodating, phone number issue aside.After getting that sorted out, my first phone appointment was 45 minutes late which was not a problem for me, it happens sometimes. The call lasted maybe 10 minutes after a week of waiting, and was told I would receive a call to get me scheduled with the proper specialist who had left for the day. The next work day I called to proactively get the appointment scheduled myself, I was a little impatient to actual get the ball rolling. After speaking with scheduling again, it seemed like non of what was discussed in the conversation with the doctor either made it into the notes, or was completely misunderstood. I am now told I need to schedule another appointment with the doctor to get a referral that I feel should have received during my last phone visit (and quite frankly thought I had received already).Alot of confusion and frustration on my part with this process so far. I am willing to admit that some of this confusion could come from a lack of understanding or ignorance, but this could be easily remedied with some clearer communication if thats the case. This goes for both internally and communication to the client.Ill be sticking it out for the time being and updating this review, hoping this has simply been a streak of bad luck and an exception to the rule.

Best doctors office Ive been to this side of the mountains. Very friendly and efficient and I love all the practitioners there (aside from 2, but we dont talk about them). I wouldnt want to go to any other office

*UPDATE* HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHI FRANCISCAN! I called and have a new doctor and appointment in under 5 minutes! HealthPoint needs to take a few lessons!Ive been trying to make an appointment for 5 days now. Every time I call it takes no less than 35 minutes just to get to a human. They are usually confused and dont know how to help. The doctors follow up calls are NEVER made. I did get through 1 time this week and was hung up on as soon as I said Im following up on my doctors visit. The receptionist spends most of their time updating patient contact information EVERYTIME I call. Maybe the calls would go faster if you all didnt verify address and phone number on EVERY SINGLE CALL AND EVERY TIME A CALL IS TRANSFERED!The doctor that I saw simply said, That seems frustrating. and offered no treatment or help in any way. This place is one step above a refugee hospital tent.

You get to wait 30 mins or more to be connected with a call center representative and then they dont even schedule appointments properly .-. The care at the clinic is great but it shouldnt be such a time consuming task to schedule an appointment or talk to a doctor.

This place is terrible. They are not good at communicating, have way to many steps and try to have you coordinate between to many people, they also refer to places that are booked 5 weeks out and offer no other assistance, its hard to ever speak to a person as your always fighting an automated system, you get zero personal care here as the staff all act cemetery unhelpful and even have an attitude if your asking them to do more than they feel they have to.Go anywhere else other than here.

Doctors are traveling doctors so don’t expect consistency of care to exist. While the doctors are professionals they can’t build up a relationship with you because you’ll most likely see them once and they’ll be gone. I’ve gone here for 3 years and have had 5 different doctors.Pharmacy and Care clinic fail to communicate and often is detrimental to keeping prescriptions filled. I have a maintenance med that is required blood work once a year, but can’t seem to get a script filled for more than a 30 day supply with no refills requiring a call a few days before running out so they can figure out how to write another script.Phone system goes to a call center no located at Auburn that takes about 30 minutes to get through that’s if you do. Last time I called I waited on hold for that long only to have someone pickup and hang up right away without saying a word. Call center will request you leave a call back number for them to get back to you, but when I did that they called me the next day mid afternoon over 28 hours later.This place is a joke and is detrimental to patient care. Call your insurance and find a proper primary care provider.

Horrible dentist office, Dont ever go here if you value your health, I got down to my dental appointment 6 times in a row for over a year just to have them cancel on me saying either the dentist was out sick or their computer wasnt working, this has now caused my dental issues to get worse which is now causing me severe and life threatening health issues since Ive been trying to get into see them for over a year and was cancelled on 6 times in a row for over a year straight when the least they could have done is call me to let me know my appt was cancelled before I went down there 6 times for my scheduled appointments but nope I even got a call the day before each time to confirm my appt but when I got there was turned away for my appts. These people have no regard for their patients health or time, they honestly need to be shut down their negligence is inexcusable. If you dont want your life ruined go to any dentist other than healthpoint dental in Auburn. This all happend before covid-19 started so I cant imagine anyone even being able to get in to see them now when they couldnt take care of their patients before. They had all my current medical and dental records and full exams so they knew I had severe dental issues that could not wait a week let alone a year but they still lead me on for over a year with no dental care. My life would be alot easier now if someone would have warned me to never go here. Trying to warn others because I wish someone would have warned me. This place ruined my life.

After having my (in clinic) appointment canceled by them I gave them a call to make a new appointment and it took almost 2 hours for someone to get back to me. I was told I could only do a phone visit even though the doctor told me to make a appointment to be seen in the clinic. I was put on hold only for them to tell me a nurse would call back and never did. The only reason I have stayed for so long is because dr.cristosimo is an amazing doctor but I think I will be going else where now.

I wish 0 stars was an option. Everytime we make an appointment, THEY CANCEL it. Been trying to get in and seen for almost a YEAR. It seems as though job competence is not required at ANY level here. Please fix your policies, correct your employees, or close your doors so another, more competent company can take over where you have failed over and over

Pharmacy is a joke. Ive gone through withdrawal multiple times because they dont answer the phone or return voicemails. Ive had to go through the medical department to get a message to them. I get my prescriptions mailed... I confirm a week in advance that it was mailed only to call a week later to ask where. They said oh sorry, well mail it today. How are people supposed to trust any healthcare professional there?

This place is a joke. The call center never picks up. You ask for your DR. To call you so you can explain your issue and nothing. I keep getting a rx for 2 weeks because the way my DR. Wrote the RX and because of this mistake it has been 3 months I continue to have this issue and go without my medication for days at a time. and im a diabetic. The hell with health point. Run from this place! Thats what Im doing! I think health point needs to do a better job of taking care of its patients. How do you expect people to call and have them hold for 38 minutes to just give up. Time and time again. And reaching out to the management does no good. This is truly a poor outfit in every level. I will say I did like Doctor, and thought she honestly did care. But like I said I can never get in touch with her. So I will be looking for a new health care provider today.

Coming back to edit my review 2/24/2021. There are several reasons why I would not recommend this clinic to anyone1) When I needed a simple check-up at the office for pressure behind my ears, they insisted on testing me for covid, thats fine, except it takes 5-10 BUSINESS days for them to get results. I could go pretty much anywhere else and get results the next day or close to it.2) Scheduling appointments is nearly impossible to do here. For some reason wait time on the phone is always over an hour, and their call back option does not work. Any time I have used this option, I have not gotten a call back.3) I took my daughter here as a newborn and Dr. Nauert seems nice enough, but is lacking in true empathy and unfortunately seems to be suffering from sight problems. I do not wish to state she is a bad doctor because of this, but since she could not open her eyes (literally, they were closing seemingly without her own consent) she couldnt properly diagnose my daughters skin condition while a nurse practitioner was able to do it with ease at a separate appointment I made when Dr. Nauerts instructions and advice actually worsened my daughters skin. ( this nurse practitioner was also located at this clinic).4) When I changed my daughters doctor to Dr. Laurel, I was met with apathy and poor service. Not only was my daughter given a flu vaccine without my knowledge in place of the vaccine I was told she was to receive because it was a part of regular scheduling, I was also accused of avoiding fluoride treatment for my daughter by dental staff. In reality, my daughter had gotten a fluoride treatment from a nurse shortly after she was given the flu vaccine at her regular appointment. When dental staff came into this appointment even though I had not requested it, I let her know my daughter had already gotten the fluoride treatment barely a month or two before-hand and she accused me of lying.5) Overall, the unprofessionalism and outright neglect of patients in this clinic is very clear to me, and I wouldnt wish such poor treatment on even my worst enemy. I have since changed my daughters doctor and will never go back.PARENTS BE WARNED

I take my son here for his check ups and i take him to the dentist side every 6 months for his teeth cleanings. His pediatrician is really nice and is really good with kids she does really well with my son she sings kid songs when shes trying to look in his ears and look in his mouth. I highly suggest this place to any parents with young kids. To both the dentist side and the medical side.

Very disappointed in them. They sent me to three different places for my ultrasound and each place didn’t do ultrasounds. So I was an hour and a half late and had to reschedule and when I went to reschedule I had to be on a waiting list. If you work in a doctors office then you should know what your doing or how to set up appointments. Never going there again and finding a place who knows what they are doing.

Staff is very nice and all but I had to park two blocks away and walk with two sick kiddos. There is a small parking garage but it was entirely full. The bank has more parking spaces but three are tow signs everywhere.The upper level parking is not for HealthPoint and I didnt want to get towed.

This review is for the administrative staff. We did not receive care here. We were a walk-in (no appointment) for an urgent visit and had to wait. What amazed me is that the lady checked another clinic that had a cancellation and had to call them few times to arrange. But at the end we drove there on time. Well done.

I was concerned after I read the reviews here.. However, after visiting the doctor (Nauert) as well as a dentist the following week. (Will update this review with the dentists name) I was extremely impressed. Everyone was very patient and understanding.Dentist even stayed late on her own time to help with our child that wasnt quite so happy about having to have a tooth pulled.

I came in after 4 years of not going to the dentist and the front desk people were actually very kind and fast and very informative. I was nervous after reading some of the other reviews but I actually had a great experience. The only down side was that I left my earrings behind after getting an X-ray and when I called they were unable to find them. They were not fake earrings so I lost out a couple hundred dollars. Dont know if I will ever really get over that but people make mistakes and I dont believe they did it on purpose. When I came in for my next appointment I told the front desk and she told the office manager and they had me come back and talk with her as well. She apologized and was very kind. So then I went in for my cleaning and had a great experience with the assistant and the doctor. They actually listened to me and did a great job. I will continue to go here and hope to keep having great experiences. Thank you!

Dental office is not customer friendly, And for those with Apple Molina they accept children but adults have to call each Friday to see if there are openings. They wont allow you to schedule. I do not recommend this place. A lot of transients. Not a good place to bring children.

I find the doctors knowledgeable and with great bedside manners. All the receptionists are friendly and professional. The pharmacy seems quick at processing my prescriptions. The parking lot is usually busy, but you can always find a space.

Told me I would have to schedule 2 more appointments and track down my own medical records after giving them my previous Doctors information and signing a medical records release disclosure. Being uninsured Dr. Welsh showed no concern that I would have to pay and take time out of my day for 2 more appointments. After that I would have to schedule an appointment every month. Just so I can continue a prescription I have been taking for 8 years. This is your policy Dr. Welsh? Really? Waste of a 3 hours and now I have to find another doctor.

This is the best place to receive health care. One of only a few places that truly cares and takes the time to listen to what you have to say. I drive from Puyallup past so many doctors, urgent cares, and two hospitals to go here. Parking sucks if you have a midday appt. Still worth it to be taken care of by people who actually care.

Like my Dr and medical assistant but front office staff and pharmacy need customer service training. Makes it difficult to change providers when youre low income and elderly. Pharmacy still hasnt changed and front desk customer service not much better, hopefully they will eventually get a office manager to provide what they need. The plus here is that I have a excellent provider and MA.

I am not a fan of HealthPoint because of many reasons.When I make an appointment they make sure to hold me to it, but even when I do show up early I am still forced to wait 20-30 minutes while others that show up after me (and in some cases even missed their appointment) get seen before my kids. This has happened several times for medical and dental know at this location.The office staff at both the dental and health side are very apathetic and seem to not care and are border line rude every time. I am right now hearing then tell another family that its not their fault that they dont communicate with doctors or other staff to make sure to set up appointments properly basically. It is ridiculous how they treat people here.Some of the doctors/nurse practitioners are awesome though which is why I give it a three. ARNP Napoleon on the medical side is JUST AMAZING!!!! My kids love seeing her and that would be the only reason why I would even bother recommending this place.

My boys always have positive experiences with their pediatrician, Dr. Beth Nauert. Shes thorough, caring, listens to our concerns & shes the ONLY doctor thats ever called us, (herself personally) after hours, to check on my sons medication & to see how he was doing (instead of having a nurse or receptionist make the call for her).I highly recommend this facility. There are more services here, besides pediatrics. Theres dental, acupuncture, doctors for adults, pharmacy, weight loss programs, same day appts, etc.

This health center is great but the receptionists are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE please re train them on how to be professionals and send calls to the appropriate person!! It is clear that they hate their jobs and that is unfortunate to see when you are sick and struggling...however the providers and medical staff are a joy and make dealing with the atrocious front desk staff 100% worth it!! :-)

They are friendly do there job and then some I need alot of medical health ... And different things but they are nice maybe busy but they make effort to fit everyone in including pharmacy I was real sick staff infection and need my prescription filled ND I got there at lunch break and the lady thought about it looked at me and took the prescription and said dont. Go no where and I was last out of the waiting room super polite and answered my question about the meds. And the mental health specialist up stairs ligitly cared about my mental health... Was about in years with me when I broke down in the office and had the doctor actually stop and listen to me this time and help me instead of guessing and saying you have 15 mins and rushing me out..... And the specialist at the end sent me home with a care package including a jacket first aid stuff, snacks feminine hygiene, cleaned my wounds and talked to me, related and told me I made her day ....cause I was joking with her and she got all my concerns and needs brought to the serface and actually looked at and told her they were important ! I appreciate them and there heart ❤️

My Son has been going to this clinic since December 23rd 1993 or 2003. And there has been some nice staff. And there has been some staff from hell,like some of the nurses, front desk and drS. I am so sick of telling certain people in this clinic that my son has had on going bad headaches, back problems, sinus problems. One nurse tells me he does not have back pain be, he has scoliosis,arthiritis. Which he has had for while, bad headaches which he also had for more than 2 years, which we both have to this clinic he needs to a headache specialist to further test him. He has sinus problems really bad which has also been over looked eventually he ended up have to have sinus surgery.

I would go to Healthpoint for doctors, but never to the dentist. I called and scheduled a cleaning as I am pregnant and want to stay up to date. I didn’t ask for xrays. I made that clear on the phone and I had them less than a year ago. They brought me back and did them anyways. Then told me a cleaning would be scheduled for a different week (2 weeks later). Upon billing, the sliding scale we usually have at the medical clinic didn’t do anything and I was charged $200 for just xrays. So not only do we not make enough to live, but now we get to pay money we don’t have for something I didn’t need or want. Fishy. I could’ve gone to any other dentist and paid $75 or less for just a cleaning. That’s all I needed and I thought this dental office would even be more affordable so both my husband and I could get in for a cleaning.

Professional behavior is lacking, especially, in the pharmacy department. They never call you when your medicine is ready for pick up, which makes it very inconvenient for the patients, and when an error is made they blame the patient before even processing any kind of investigation on their end.
