Dr. Hamilton and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. His adjustments are gentle, yet effective. I always leave feeling better than I came. He is willing to teach you and gives good advice for advancing towards wellness between appointments.

Dr. Hamilton is such a wonderful and knowledgeable Doctor. He has really helped me to get back on track with feeling good and not being sore all the time. The office staff are all really nice and helpful too. I highly recommend this office.

The only reason the reviews are so positive is because he offers a gift card to everyone who writes a good review!I had insurance problems that the Dr. was very understanding about, but not the front desk girl. Once they were fixed I called the office and had issues with the front desk worker. She has never been nice but I have always brushed it aside due to the great work of the Dr. I wont be returning due to the disrespect she has given me both over the phone and in person. The front desk lady is the only reason I will never return to this place and if they hire someone new who cares about the patients I would come back right away. If I were you, dont come here. You can find a place that has better staff and you wont feel attacked about insurance issues that were already handled but were told you were lying about. This place needs a customer service upgrade big time, or else people will continue to never return.

I come here with my Grandpa after he had an accident and we’ve received nothing but great service! The whole team is awesome, very helpful and professional. The place always smells good and is very clean and sanitized. Dr. Hamilton is very knowledgeable and gets straight to the point. My Grandpa has felt better since coming to Dynamic Chiros. I 💯% recommend!

Dr Hamilton is great! I recently switched to this office as it is close to my home and have been very impressed with the office staff and Dr Hamilton, everyone is great! They are very accommodating to my schedule and are able to fit my in when it works for me (and when they are open, of course) and Dr Hamilton really listens to what is ailing me and is able to help get me back on track.

Worst customer service from the main front desk girl!!Sure, I get it, you were hired as a receptionist to schedule appointments. Anything above that, is just soo challenging and not in your job description. But seriously, when I personally call the insurance and verify the deductible has been met and give you the direct extension for you to call and confirm. She gives me an attitude and radio silence for a week now??? Still waiting to hear back from you, even after I followed up again. I’ve been to the office several times, I did not see any other patients waiting, not sure what’s keep the receptionist busy. You would think since a new owner took over they would want to keep the existing customers of Dr Poole and Dr Kronlund. Definitely miss the old front desk ladies.

My family and I have been going to this amazing clinic for almost 10 years, and we LOVE it!! The doctors truly listen and ask questions to find out how they can best help you, and then they go on to do an outstanding adjustment that makes you wonder why on Earth you didnt go in before to get it fixed. :) And the staff is INCREDIBLE! They bend over backward to find a way to schedule at a time that works for you, help you find a plan that fits your individual needs, or walk you through insurance billing. They are friendly, outgoing, and positive people who sincerely care, and are ready to help however they can. I have recommended this office to many people, and will continue to do so in the future!!
