Truly, a practice built on a firm foundation. Impressed would be an understatement. I could write a novel about my first appointment after being a chiropractic skeptic my entire life. Have you ever gotten a tour of a doctors office before? I hadnt until today. I love the principles of this practice and cant wait for the next step in my care plan.

The best decision I have made was to go to Cornerstone Chiropractic! They are amazing at what they do and I have felt this good it months. All staff are so knowledgeable and very friendly.

Doctor David helps some of our family compete on high levels and the rest of us be as active and healthy as we love to be. He not only gives effective adjustments but he has also recommended things we can do at home in between adjustments. He is always encouraging and takes a genuine interest in our lives.

All of the staff really care about your health and they actually listen to everything you say. They make sure every question you ask is answered thoroughly. My family has had regular chiropractic care for over 18 years. Our sons started chiropractic care when they were 4 months and 2 months old. Cornerstone Family Chiropractic is our 3rd chiropractor in that time. (Our first was in Raleigh, NC and our 2nd is in Central Florida.)We recently moved to the Auburn, AL area and immediately began our search for a new chiropractic family. Our search began online and Cornerstone Family Chiropractic made the top of our list because it was obvious that they focus solely on chiropractic care. While others may benefit from offices that offer numerous healing methods, our familys health has benefited the most from exclusive chiropractic care. The next item that put Cornerstone at the top of the list was their focus on the entire family.My wife called the office to ask her list of questions and Andrea spent 40 minutes with her and answered all of her questions and concerns. She scheduled a consult for my entire family and we were in the office our next available day.FIRST VISIT/CONSULT: Because there are four of us in our family, the initial visit took 2 hours but there wasnt any of that time waiting. We were always either talking with someone about our care or being diagnosed. Everyone in the office is very knowledgeable and up front about everything. They have a device we had never seen before; it reads the nerve activity in the entire spine. It is completely painless and we were surprised to see how precise it really is! (Being a chiropractic family, we are all aware of our individual issues and it was amazing to see this device show the specifics.) If we would have stopped here, I think the visit would have been around 1 1/2 hours but we had all decided that we were very comfortable with everyone in the office and agreed we wanted to make Cornerstone our new chiropractic family. We knew that we would need to have x-rays done, since ours were over a year old. Cornerstone does their x-rays in-house which makes it very convenient and extremely cost effective. I had an estimate of what to expect the x-rays to cost for all 4 of us from our past chiropractic offices and Cornerstones cost was less than a forth of my estimate!FIRST ADJUSTMENT: (We were not adjusted at the first visit, nor would I expect to be. I would be a bit leery of someone adjusting us at that point.) After our first visit, the doctors looked over our files from our previous chiropractor and our new x-rays to determine the individual chiropractic plans for each of us. At the first adjustment appointment, the Cornerstone Staff goes into a little more detail as to what to expect and then goes over each individuals chiropractic plan and cost. Since we do not have insurance, my wife was very pleased with the family plans that they offer and the extremely reasonable costs. If you havent figured out how much the Cornerstone really cares about you and your familys health by this time, you certainly will when you learn about their family plans and payment options - it is apparent that your health - not money - is the top priority for them!ADJUSTMENT: My wife and sons had their first adjustments at this time and were surprised at how well the technique used works. (For the past 18 years, the chiropractors we have seen have all used manual adjustments and it is all we know. Going into this, we knew that Cornerstone mainly - not exclusively - uses devices to pinpoint and adjust the specific vertebrae, instead of also including the surrounding ones that are affected when using only hands. Andrea had explained this to my wife on the first phone call.) They all walked out of the office feeling better than they ever had after an adjustment and noticed how they didnt have any muscle tension as they sometimes do after manual adjustments. (My work schedule has not allowed me to get my 1st adjustment yet, but thankfully, Cornerstones hours will allow me to very soon.)My family is looking forward to continuing our relationship with Cornerstone Family Chiropractic!

Before I was a Team Member, I started as a Practice Member at Cornerstone. My husband was working on one of the doctors fireplaces and said “oh my wife could use a chiropractor she has a TERRIBLE back” (how nice right, lol). So I ended up calling cornerstone that day and scheduling a visit to the office. From the time I got ON the phone with one of the team members I could feel her smiling over the phone, and you could tell it was genuine, which of course made the first impression great right off the bat. Scheduling a visit was so easy and quick, and I didn’t feel like I was talking to a normal “doctors office” which was also surprising. So that same day I go in for my visit, and she already knew my name, like she was expecting me, which again, caught me completely off guard but also made me feel welcomed and “at ease” with the thought of going to another chiropractor sine the first one didn’t go so well.One of the team members showed me around the office so I was familiar with everything (and not just expected to walk around and find everything, including the bathrooms) and started teaching me as we were walking around. I was like.. what kind of doctors office am I at??? Like am I at the right place? I surely was, I can assure you. Anything that had a cost associated with it was brought to my attention before the service was presented and they were very transparent about everything they did. I was absolutely amazed at this office.Over time I saw an improvement with my health which lead to my interest in wanting to dig deeper and be a part of something so genuine, real, and healthy. I started my chiropractic journey after falling down stairs during a snow storm while living in Atlanta. I could not find relief for my back pain that came from my fall. My husband and I were also trying to have a baby. All of the doctors have played a huge part in changing my life. I no longer have chronic back pain from my fall. I also did not realize the connection between my back injury and my consistent trips to the bathroom all throughout the night. After just two visits I was sleeping through the night for the first time in years. I am currently expecting my first child and there is no one else I would trust with my health. I highly recommend giving CFC a try. Especially if you were like me and had tried literally everything else to heal your pain.

We have been coming to this chiropractor since 2017 when we first moved here from out of state. The service has been pretty good and we never had any concerning issues with this practice, but ever since they have remodeled and added on to their new area they have been anything but wonderful. We have just recently got insurance (haven’t had it this whole time that we’ve lived here or have been coming to Cornerstone; and it’s never been an issue for them.) that covers well over 90% of fees and we were so excited to finally be able to come here without having to pay out of pocket. First off when we we talked to our insurance company about the copay we would pay it was less than $4.00, and we did talk to Cornerstone and made an appointment right away to get adjusted and no problem with that copay or wanting to come in once a month with our restricted visits from our insurance. When we got there we were escorted to the back with one of their employees (whom was very rude and the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to) and she gave us a whole rundown of what they wanted and how their prices would not match our copay and how we were not allowed to come only once a month. They wanted us to come more than once a month and to pay upfront what they wanted (which was $35 a visit even though our insurance said it would be less than $4.00). The employee said very rudely how coming once a month would not do a single thing for us (before they added on to the practice we can once or twice a month if we had severe issues and we have never felt better and didn’t feel we had to come more than that) and we also asked why we had to pay the same price as before we even had insurance and she basically told us they would not take anything other than $15 or more a visit and she would NOT explain to us where that money was going towards or how it would benefit us. We also said that our concern was that they wanted more money since they added on and that’s all that it’s been about since, but she very rudely said how we were wrong. We waited in the room after she left to go get Dr, Rusty to possibly compromise since we have never had to pay those fees otherwise. We probably waited 15 or more minutes and no one ever came to talk with us or to check on us. We got up and left very disappointed and in pain because they refused to adjust us unless we paid them what they wanted. I have never been so upset over an experience with them until now. They are very fake, very unprofessional, and very money hungry. I miss the feeling of going there and getting the complete care I came for and walking out having a wonderful experience. It’s such a shame how they care more about money instead of the wellbeing of their patients. I’m very sad to say I will never be coming back and that I will be contacting the better business bureau.

Cornerstone Chiropractic is a fabulous place. They treat you like family. My husband fell off the roof, he was in a wheelchair for 5 weeks. Dr. Rusty came to our house to check on us. Not only did they come to see how we were doing, they brought food and did an adjustment on the both of us. I recommend them to everyone I know. They are just a fantastic team. I love all of them.

Ill start by saying this place is customer service heaven. Everyone is the nicest person youve ever met. I initially left a terrible review which I am editing now to reflect my updated experience. I had a doctor visit that made me feel more like I was buying a car than getting treatment. I posted my review and a few days passed. I received a call from the head of the practice. He went into detail about my concerns left in the review to a point where I had drastically changed my view of the practice. I acted hastily and in the end Im very glad I came here. Give these guys a shot, just be ready to receive over the top customer care. It may seem like theyre being fake, but the business stands behind the things they say. Honestly thats really valuable.

I was skeptical about any Chiropractic care at first, but now I am a firm believer in it and especially pleased with Dr. Rusty and his staff at CFC. But unlike many post complimenting Dr. Rusty and his staff about their friendly and professional service, I want to talk about RESULTS! I have been a patient at CFC since 2012 and it is because I get results from the care. When I first started at CFC I had lower back pain and pain that radiated down my leg to my foot (sciatic nerve). I was on a number of medicines for various medical conditions, including migraine headaches. Very seldom do I experience any lower back pain or sciatic nerve pain, but if I do, CFC quickly takes care of that. Also, I have not experience migraine headaches for more than 4-years now. Over the past 7 years, Ive achieved positive results in pain management, and reduced the number of prescription drugs I take on routine basis. As I stated earlier, I was a skeptic at first, but now am a believer in Chiropractic care because of the results I experienced since my wife encouraged me to attend one of Dr. Rustys Dinner with the Doc events in 2012. And yes, the doctors and staff at CFC are truly dedicated, professional and compassionate people. Caution to those who think Chiropractic care is once and done; it is not. But, given the time and opportunity to achieve results, it does work.

Very disappointing experience. These people are obviously more concerned with making money than taking care of peoples health. I went in with a sore neck and was told I needed 36 visits to get back to full health. After no improvement from 2 visits I stopped going.After 1 visit (one time!) at another chiropractor (Dr Miller) I was 100% fixed. Dr Miller said to call in a month if there was any other concerns. so far so good though.

We moved to the area not too long ago, and I have been searching for a chiropractor for awhile now for my entire family to use.Chiropractic Care has always played a very important role in the healthcare of our family. I feel as though it is a critical piece in the puzzle in maintaining good health. Therefore, it means a lot to me to find a chiropractor that is the right fit.I had this office recommended to me when I asked for suggestions on Facebook. I was excited to call them and see what they offer, unfortunately I ended up being disapointed, because something else that is important to me is transparency in healthcare prices.I asked what the prices were for an initial exam, and then thereafter. They absolutely REFUSED to tell me any prices. They said they could not do that over the phone, they would ONLY tell me in person. Now, as I said, I am very familiar with chiropractic, how pricing levels are set, and family plans that are generally available. In fact, its what Im looking for as I like to have it where we get an adjustment every couple of weeks. But, if you refuse to tell me a range in prices over the phone before I visit, you have lost my business. There is absolutely no reason you cant say what the lowest price family plan is, up to the highest price, or even the cost of just a single adjustment outside of a plan.

Best place ever! In 2014 I came in with sciatica pain and my neck hurting so badly I couldnt move my head from left to right. After being under care for a few months my neck was completely healed and my sciatica was getting better. After being under care for around a year my sciatica was healed. This was amazing because I dealt with the pain for years, no one could touch my leg without it shooting horrible pain up my leg and I would cry at night going to sleep. Later I asked about a job opening because I wanted to be a part of a team that helped so many people. I am so blessed to be part of this team! I highly recommend Cornerstone Family Chiropractic, Dr. Herring and his staff. I have only been there for a few weeks and starting to feel a lot better and flexible. Dr. Rusty and Dr. Tim are two of the funniest and sweetest docs youll ever meet. They are both extremely knowledgeable and patient when it comes to caring for kids. This is a warm environment thats great for the whole family!

I have been a patient a little over 5 years now. The Drs & staff are phenomenal! They treat my mom & husband as well. They all have always treated us like we’re family. Not just other patients. They always strive to give quality care. The biggest thing to me is that they strive to give that quality care at AFFORDABLE RATES! They try to work with everyone’s budgets. I started going for a few issues, the biggest problem was my migraines. I’ve gone from having 5 migraines a month to having one every other month. And my most of my other issues have since resolved. Those things are my “why”. If you come here, you won’t regret it.

They make your appointments feel like you are visiting family. The only medical appointment that I truly enjoy.
