The online intake form for new patients does not work. It won’t allow a birthdate to be entered as required in order to complete the form. When I got to the clinic the receptionist at the front desk was so rude and argumentative I decided not to make an appointment. One of the very first questions she asked me was “do you have insurance?” I actually do have very good insurance through my employer, but I did not feel that was an appropriate question at that time. I can also afford to pay cash, but it won’t be at this chiropractic clinic.
Dr. Vicki Gilthvedt has been taking care of me for at least 10 years! She is very honest and actually cares about my health. I fully recommend you make an appointment!
