I just read the reviews for the first time. My only complaint here is the traffic noise, that cant be helped its a busy hwy. But I wish someone would turn off their Car Alarm that goes off constantly every day. I live on Opal so it might becoming from the storage but not likely. Because it gets turned off right away . So annoying really.I cant believe someone actually wrote on here, lots of Mexicans. How Rude! My neighbors are all quiet and friendly. This is definetly not my favorite place to live, but after loosing everything in Paradise, its home for now.

Ive been a resident for almost 10 years. Rent went up (the place is worth more like $50 if youre on a low budget). Fining us for our garbage cans. Snotty ass owners. This place is RIDICULOUS!If you are a tweaker that doesnt care about anyone else but yourself then this is the right place for you

Its unfortunate over the years the condos have gotten so run down. There are better areas then others within the rentals to live.

A man (we will call him J) I know worked for a Ryan Marshal, an HOA head, on one of his condos. J made sure to get budget approval for every material to be used. After completing 98% of the apartment (the other 2% was just cleaning after remodling) he refused to pay the 3600 owed to J. J even had a friend work for him and now has to work overtime elsewhere to pay his friend back. J has a family to provide for and Ryan Marshall screwed him over. Mind you an HOA head none the less. Ryan if you have a heart pay J so that his family can live in their house he works hard to keep and to keep food on the table!

I just saw the video about the garage door policy on YouTube. These people are a bunch of sawed off, looney tunes, tin dictators, in search of a banana republic!
