Do not leave your loved ones here!They do not serve a healthy diet nor a diet for diabetics! Spoke to several people in charge with no changes.In addition, if your loved one falls, NO ONE COMES! Had to call the fire department! More than 20 minutes before help arrived! What is the point of paying for assistance to keep your family safe!!! Also they charge $650 to get help with Showers or getting into bed. Again, what is the point of paying thousands of dollars for assistated living when there is no one to assist!They will be moving IMMEDIATELY!

Everything was really nice and new when I went in, staff was helpful and attentive. One of the nicest communities Ive seen in Auburn and surrounding areas.

My grandfather moved into Brannan Park over a year ago. He lived on his own in Queen Anne nearly his whole life. Its such a big change for someone to move from independence to assisted living. And everyone at Brannan Park made this such an easy process for myself and my grandfather. Especially the Director! She went above and beyond in helping him get in and find peace in his new home. My grandfather was so nervous to move, to complete the paperwork and assessments. She handled the whole process with grace, class and patience unlike anything Ive ever seen. The staff is amazing. The caregivers truly care about his wellbeing. If I call with a question, that phone never gets hung up until my question is answered. Its so wonderful to have found a place I know my grandfather can stay at long term. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you to all the staff members at Brannan Park!

We want to thank Brannan Park Staff for a very welcoming, warm place for my father to live. He had to move on to another living option, but we were very pleased with his time there.

Helped a woman at fred meyer in auburn. Overheard her saying she forgot how to get to the casino. I told her I could give her a ride. Come to find out...she didnt know where she had left her car ( with key in it) and she had. NO purse and her jacket was ripped. I assumed she would have came from a senior living facility, possibly an assisted living... or senior apartments close by. She seem ed d to have altiemers. She wanted to go to the casino because her children lived nearby. I searched facebook for her kids and their phone number. No luck. Started calling all the facilities close by to see if they were missing Virginia. We finally found the right one. She said right from the beginning that I had jumped to her rescue because I was an angel and God sent. It was meant to be. Glad she is home safe. I suggested to the place she recently moved to that she had a bracelet on with the name and address of senior living facility and that she has alzheimers with an emergency contact on it. Not impressed that she was able to walk right out the doors without being seen. I guess she was missing for hours and the police were also looking for her. So glad everything ended well but it always doesnt go that smoothly.

Everyone at Brannan Park has been friendly and helpful. Celebrating holidays and birthdays and special events takes a lot of work but they do a great job.

Toured this assisted living and memory care facility for my mother. Found it to be the best in the Auburn area, both the facility and the staff.
