This facility have amazing staff! Lynda, Barbra and Jennifer are GREAT to work with. They truly have a passion for our senior population and helping them to the best of their ability. If you are looking for a team who genuinely cares about the well being of our senior population dealing with memory care you have found it!

Sierra Ridge Memory Care Auburn---- DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES AT THIS LOCATION. The management lies to you, they over medicate, there is elder abuse, they loose personal property and neglect their residents. If you have had a loved one there and experienced the same as we did PLEASE DM me. I have already contacted the Ombudsman, Dept of Social Services and the Department of Justice and started an investigation. What they are doing is completely unacceptable and I am taking the necessary steps so that any other residents there get the care they deserve.

My Dad is living there now and he really likes it. They love and respect him and his needs. Joyce Perkins, the director is hands on and is always there to help and make everything run smoothly. Lynda the nurse watches over his care diligently and answers all my questions. Joyce makes sure the home feels calm and loving.Im very happy and comfortable with my dads new home. Thank you Joyce, Lynda and staff; all of you have made this trying time in our lives so much easier.

Dont put your family member here, I had a family member here and they were not cared for properly. There was NEVER ENOUGH CAREGIVERS. My loved one was not cared for properly and was always wet when I saw them, and they missed a lot of meals too. I would talk to Joyce and Lynda and they would tell me we will look into your problems but it never happened. I saw the place was dirty a lot, laundry was barely done, caregivers were always stressed but very sweet. I paid for my loved one to get proper care and that didnt happen because there was not enough caregivers. Joyce and Lynda sound nice and thats because they want to get people into the facility and get the money out of it. I hate people who lie to me and I was lied to by Joyce and Lynda. If you want your loved one to get the proper care go to a place that will do that. I do not regret writing this because I want you to know that this place is not what it seems like on the internet. Also ask a lot of questions before you put your loved one in this facility and thoroughly look around because the person who shows you the place only shows you what they want you to see and thats not everything.

From the first day we set foot inside Sierra Ridge Memory Care in Auburn, CA, we were made to feel welcome. Geno has been comfortable from his first day. He was actually dancing in the dining room before I left.Whenever hes experienced a difficulty we have all worked together as a caring team to resolve it. The staff interact with him with humor, care, compassion and love. I cant ask for much more than that. Thank you SRMC.

Sierra Ridge did an amazing job caring for my client. They treated her with dignity and respect working seamlessly with Hospice. I am looking forwards to the opportunity to work with them in the future.

This place is a joke, Joyce and her henchman Lynda are a sad excuse for bosses. The staff constantly gossips about one another and nothing is done. Administration plays favorites constantly and guilt-trip staff into working longer hours while they take the day off and get paid vacations. The only thing Joyce and Lynda care about is money and filling the beds, they have no care for residents or the staff and this place should be shut down. And dont get me started with fake staff members. No one speaks the truth in this jailhouse disguised as a care home, everyone lies and manipulates.

On the verge of contacting APS to be honest. My heart breaks as the details of neglect are too horrible to repeat. I urge any and all potential residents to stay far far away from this facility.

This is by far the worst place Ive worked. Joyce and lynda pick and choose who they discipline. They play favorites with their staff. Very unprofessional and lie. Staff is constantly gossiping about other staff and with no discipline. The residents do not receive acceptable care. I have witnessed residents being forgotten for hours because they are always shortstaffed. You are expected to do the job of 2 or 3 people yet get payed minimum wage. Not to mention youll be guilt tripped into working long hours or extra hours while management leaves early and always takes their days off and vacation. All they care about is filling beds and making money. If you speak up about your concerns for the residents care and safety youll be singled out and ridiculed for weeks. They claim to have competitive pay but thats a lie . Youll be given a 30 cent raise every year maybe.

Im a caregiver for a friend and helped him bring his wife to Sierra Ridge Memory Care and she was there just one week. When he went to visit everyday of that week he found her on the first day with no bra on, they said she refused to put it on. The second time he went to see her he found her with no bra and no shirt under her jacket and no shoes on and she hadnt been bathed all week. Needless to say he was mortified to find her like that he has proceeded to take her out of that facility. This is unspeakable for a facility of that nature and as a caregiver Im appalled that this took place, there are no excuses for this kind of care or I should say lack of it.
