Sorry would not put a loved one in this place @ all. They have hired old employees that have known to come to work intoxicated & drink on the job. To say they care about their employees is understatement. Treat current employees like dirt. The patient care is not what it should be with the short staffing.

I joined the Betz team almost 2 years ago as the director of Marketing and Admissions and I love my job! I love talking about Betz and what we have to offer! The team made me feel welcome, and our residents are the best!

We have known and loved Betz in the Auburn community for years. It continues to deliver excellent care to our loved ones. Its so exciting to see the breath of new energy to the team with a new Director of Nursing and Executive Director.

I am excited to be the new leader of the Betz team! The warm welcome from our residents, families, staff, and the community has been incredible. The love for our residents that is shown every day is beautiful. So proud of the health care HEROs who care for our residents!

The office staff whose name i cannot remember was very rude. I believe she handled the financial part. The help was not good. Very unpleasant experience for my sister who passed from covid after contacting it at Betz Nursing.

I caint believe this place would risk someones life over that person oweing them a bill. Pretty sad to think someone that used oxygen for a year while at your facility, suddenly say she needs a sleep study. Well. It worked

Ive gone in with groups throughout the years to visit others I know and it has changed a lot in the past year. There seem to be struggles, like any place, but there seems to be some new energy. Ive heard there were changes in the nurse management, the lead nurse there. Ive got to meet her. She seemed very intelligent and, something that seems rare, very compassionate. After meeting her and seeing the difference from over a year ago, I have renewed faith. It may not be the most fancy place, but it appears the people in charge that matter, can make a difference. I dont know when Ill come back but I look forward to seeing it grow under the new head nurse.

This please was the pits! I couldnt get our mother out of there fast enough! If you like an insane Asylum then this is the place for your loved one! Nasty dirty. Mom had paint chipping off the wall right by her bed and they never took care of it! Very unprofessional staff! And the admittance women never mentioned to start applying for Medicaid! You only get 100 days or less to do that, then you get their bill! Food was nasty! This place needs demoloshed & mostly new staff!

My husband was in hospice care at Betzs. I was very satisfied with the attention and the loving care he was given.

I dont think this place is very well taken care of, maybe certain areas —but everytime Ive been there its not very clean, smells(besides the expected nursing home smells) , gloomy & not very well lit. The parking lot is in horrible shape & not extremely safe for anyone to walk on, let alone seniors. Its quite a depressing place in my opinion, tho others may not think so.
