So grateful to have found Dr. Sheldons office. I had been to 3 different doctors over 3 weeks with excruciating leg pain that was affecting my ability to work. A friend recommended I try a chiropractor. I was skeptical but decided to give it a try. Two treatments over 2 days and my pain lessened by 80%. Went to see a sports medicine Dr. and he was impressed by the electrical stimulation and cold laser therapy Dr. Sheldon has me on. He told me to continue my treatment. I am almost back to 100% after less than two weeks. Amazing. Great doctor, excellent staff.

Dr. Sheldon and his staff have been amazing since my first visit. From the second I walked in the door I was greeted with kindness and the feeling that people have true concern for me. Dr. Sheldon at Lifes Adjustments in Auburn Hills has helped my back pain, hip and leg pain from a level 10 to a 4 in 30 days! I went to his office and was in horrible pain and could barely walk. He listen to me, asked detailed questions and does treatment that is going to provide you with the best results for your pain and situation. His office has the latest and greatest technology and treatment available. Its clean, comfy and the staff is friendly. Dr. Sheldon ordered me Foot Orthotics for my shoes which have helped with my pain as well. Had no idea how much your foot type and the way you walk has to do with your pain which Dr. Sheldon educated me on the importance.

I made my appointment two weeks ago and Chaz the receptionist told me she would call prior to my appointment with amount to be paid. I came to my appointment today and she did not have arrangements made until the morning of my appointment. She was very rude and was smerking of the fact that insurance claim was not authorized. First she had said I would be charged 89.00 for the first visit then she said she had faxed insurance. Then she said it would be 189.00. I got frustrated and had said she was supposed to call as I have drove 40 min. She started to smerk and was awfully rude. I then called my insurance company and they spoke with her in “my” personal cell phone. Come to find out it would have been 500.00 or so for initial visit. That’s fine I will take accountability for that but she was unwilling to even ask Dr Sheldon if he could work with me. Chaz is very rude and should not be an intake receptionist. She made me feel very embarrassed and was sacrcastic. God help people that need good Drs for back pain. It is too bad because Dr Sheldon answered the phone on my first initial call and I’ll bet he is a very good chiropractor.

Amazing staff and the doctor is fantastic. With out him I probably would have had to have surgery.
