Everyone please be careful with your bags and personal things. My bag was stolen and they took money out of there.. I recommend locking up all your personal belongings!

Everything! Especially over the last year, they fought to keep clubs open with In-Shape outdoors in several locations, which I took advantage of. They always strive to keep their facilities clean. Staying strong & healthy isnt about vanity for me. It means managing my pain & helps my emotional/mental health. I appreciate everything all the staff members do to keep my club running smoothly.

I enjoy it so very much. The staff is always kind , helpful, and glad you are there.

It’s a very clean gym, lots of equipment and the stuff are very nice I would definitely recommended to anyone who like to workout at a gym, and definitely worth the drive from Los banos, haha I just wish they didn’t have to close down the In-Shape in Los banos but Atwater works just fine:)

This is the cleanest and best In-Shape in the area. I drive all the way from Turlock to this one because of the friendliness of the staff, availability of equipment, and the cleanliness of the entire facility. You can tell the team in atwater takes a lot of pride in keeping their gym clean and nice for their members. Keep up the great work.

Im very impressed with the staff and their ability to keep the gym clean. Im also impressed with the maintenance person for the up keep of the equipment.

I love going to this gym! It’s an awesome place to get a good workout in and the community is great! It can get really crowded though, especially in the evenings and I think making it a 24/7 gym would be beneficial. Other than that though, I’ve been really happy with my results here.

Its a great gym. With great staff and people. Close enough for me to get to quickly. If you want to be committed then stop making excuses. Just come workout. Period

First time ever at a gym. I went because I got the 7 day pass in the mail. The Manager,Jessie was very short with me. He didnt say anything about the gym or a membership. He didnt show me anything. He told me down load the app, put my name, and Ill need that to scan in. Thats it! Way to welcome me in. It was if I was bothering him or something.but I did the zumba class and I liked it.

Classes are great; equipments state of the art; nearly always open, and clean place, friendly staff. Whats not to like?

Terrible customer service! Im a very understanding and patient person, but the fact that I have had to miss work 3 times just to go in to fill put papers to end my membership after my contract ended and still have received any service and still being charged, Im no longer polite to any of them. The girls at the front counter are rude and literally know nothing about the company they work for.

Not very clean. Manager speaks to u as though your stupid even when you explain u have been a member before. Not a gym for disabled people. Equipment has no space in between each other. Childrens center has very little to keep children entertained doesnt look clean. Worst gym Ive ever been to. Would never take my grandchildren there. This gym does very little to improve .My bro is a trainer said he was offered a job there n declined because of condition of this gym. He is a member but would never come here. I live a block away but rather go to the one in merced. Writing a letter to corporate office of condition of this gym and poor management of place. This place has been this way for years as I have been told by others. Owner takes advantage of fact that gyms are limited in this area and people have the attitude that at least there is a place. Too bad this community has a poverty thinking attitude and settles for less. Its an opportunity for this place to rise to the occasion because it can. I might use the pool but in no way will I bring a guest here. I hope something is done to improve it. Brings company name down to a level I never expected. Too bad.

Gym needs to be open 24/7. Ill give it 5 stars once you guys make it a 24/7 gym.😂

All gyms encourage you to workout, but I encourage you to do it at home. Do what you can with what you have. Save money live better walmart.

Sauna needs to be hotter, also a good cleaning is needed. Hate to see the mats in the back so dirty. Always have to wipe them down before use. Again the sauna needs to be at least 175-190 degrees!!!

Ive been going there for eight years and I have no complaints. I like their instructors, the folks behind the desk that greet you always coming in and going out, and I think they keep the place clean. I dont understand what anyone is squawking about.

I like the atmosphere here the only thing I would recommend is 24 hour service closing at 11 kind of sucks

Its either too hot or too cold inside much of the year. The equipment itself is generally ok but the inside of the building is really old.

It has a lot of things to do. I love the zumba class and the swimming pool

Its the best place in town that can get a good workout and the workers were very good to me.. I miss going their but why pay for $40.00 a month and you got access to 4-5 clubs that I cant go to.. Im really happy with this gym and the one in Merced on R Street coz its a brand new place.. Before I forget, I love the upgrades during my visit in Atwater and on the new location in Merced.. If there is a package deal with Atwater and inshape fit, I will love to come back..

None of the dumbells are on the raked, in there place... the gym is a mess.. the staff is rude.. this gym need a upgrade. . And more helpful staff..

They need to invest more money in thier day care, cant get my 2 year old to go because they dont have crap for the kids to do, my fiance worked there for 7 years and things get worse not better.

They will not give you any information over the phone, felt like I was talking to a used car dealer. They want to lock you into a contract 1 or 2 year (got that off the web site), my self I do not want to be locked into a contract just to go to the gym.

Restrooms are dirty at all times. Also, facility needs to improve ventilation system.
