Had an awesome experience with my special needs son. They didn’t pressure him into anything and let him get acclimated to his environment. Allowed us to do home dilation and our full exam in two visits! My son successfully got a prescription and we now are waiting for his glasses. Love the lady who conducted our exam and everyone there.

When coming here, better bring some, food, entertainment, and some pillows cause you’re more than likely going to be here the entire day waiting.

The worst place to do anything. Been waiting for my glasses since January and been calling since February and it sends you to a voicemail. Had to contact the front office for them to tell my glasses have been here since February and that i was left a voicemail but i have no voicemail set up. Worst of the worst will never come back!

They take so long to attend you and I would understand if it was for a valid reason but theyre just in the break room making coffee most of the time while patients are waiting. I literally just went to pick up my glasses and they had me in there for half an hour just waiting while they made coffee. Their hours also dont make sense it seems like a 15 year old made up the schedule. And their glasses arent even that cute to be worth the wait.

I received a comprehensive and highly professional exam. I felt a very caring attitude from the entire staff. Very impressive.

The staff is very caring! I had a great experience here, the wait time may be long depending the time you go but overall they did an amazing job!

I called to make an appointment. They had good customer service and the phone call didnt last three minutes, now I have my appointment set.

Why have appointments if your still going to have to wait 1.5 hours. and they just ignore the fact that youve been in the waiting room. but if you try to reschedule then your waiting another 6 weeks for an appointment. horrible center.
