My sons appointment was at 9 got there at 8:30 and waited til 1130 they said o it won’t be till after 12 like why make an appointment if we won’t be seen for 3 hours or more. Then I brought my son there a few years ago went into labor they called an ambulance and gave me a shot to stop contractions and put me into cardiac arrest. They did call other doctors from the clinic to.

Be prepared to be there literally all day!!! Most of the day just waiting in the waiting room.... but the work is good once they finally get to u.

Very friendly staff. My kids have been going for years and theyve never been afraid or had a bad experience. Dr Olga always gives great advice for keeping their teeth clean and answers any questions we have. All the assistants are super friendly. And Debbie is the best to be greeted by! The facility isntt the fanciest but they have everything needed to give excellent care! We travel from Turlock because they were the only denti-cal dentist at the time, but we continued because of how my kids were treated!

Not associated with the actual, nationally recognized Castle Dental. Feel a bit of false advertising and copyright infringement might be on deck. Not the nicest people when you call.

This location is for children with DentiCal, so there is a very high demand some days. Very friendly staff, and the doctor is the best, you dont see him much for a recall but if you come in for a treatment he does an amazing job.

Why get an appointment if they always take more then an hour to call you in and another two hours to finish your procedure.. expect to be here for about 3-4 hours !!

Very friendly,caring and understanding,they a swered all my questions and helped me be less worried. They took him back very quick, showed me his x-rays X-ratold me the problems with his teeth and explain what to do after the surgery. They gave me options on what I would like done with his teeth. They are professional ,very understanding when my son staryes crying they didnt get mad or upset . Im happy we got referred to this place .it was scray knowing that he was being put to sleep but I love the outcome of his teeth. Thank you guys so much ❤❤❤❤

Takes forever to get a simple teeth cleaning

Worst worst experience. They put my daughter on Anesthesia. They didn’t allow me to go inside with her ( I can go inside legally). So anyway they done. They called me that they are done. So I went inside. When I saw my daughter Her lip was swollen. They told me it is normal. I agreed with them because I didn’t know anything about it.I brought her home. The lip had a big wound and getting bigger and bigger because of swelling. I talked with my friends, they said it was doctors mistake. I called them, they said no. But it is not.Please make sure guys when you do any procedure with your kids you have to be very careful.

Very long wait everytime

Been here literally all day appointment was at 2:30 and finally was called back to be seen at 4:45

Horrible they make u wait for 2 hour or more and one of the dentist is horrible and doesnt do a lot but u just mostly wait
