Absolutely amazing staff!!The Dr made me feel very comfortable..I will continue my eye care at target optical.. five ⭐️.

I have been to multiple optometrists before, but nothing compares to Atwaters Target optical office.This office has a very professional, respectful, charismatic and fun personnel. Especially Angelica who is always so welcoming, greets me by name each time and goes beyond to help me chose the RIGHT pair of glasses each time. She is the reason why I always come back each year for my annual check up.

I had a great experience at this Target Optical. The staff was great, especially Anjelica! She helped me choose the best pair of glasses and I love them! They came in really fast too.

We drove 4 hours to go camping in McConnell State Park in Ballico. We were taking a stroll around the river when my husband dropped his glasses and it literally snapped in two. Luckily the lenses were good.We were planning to drive back the next day so we decided to go to the nearest optical store to possibly fix or purchase new frame.We made it at 5:46pm, just before 6pm closing time. The assistant store manager, Jaime Maldonado was SO HELPFUL and SO accommodating! He was so patient as he helped us with purchasing a new frame and was so quick and just super nice and kind. We were so impressed with his service and his kindness I just had to write here, hoping he gets a big raise or a promotion!! Thank you, Jaime! You’re so awesome!!

We have been coming here for 5 years now. The optometrist is very kind, friendly, and cool and Jaime, we share so many laughs with him and he is so patient with us. We have experienced nothing but kindness with the staff here. Glad we chose this place.

The service is great as well as the selection. Unfortunately, they got my prescription wrong. I requested computer glasses but received glasses for distance. I ultimately needed both so I just bought the cheap drugstore brand on my own to fill the void.

Angelica was friendly, helpful with making you feel comfortable. Everyone was helpful and exam was quick and easy...hardest part is picking out and choosing frames, so many too choose from!!!!Ordering and delivery was quick and easy!

I had an amazing experience there today. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had my newborn with me and he was fussy but everyone helped out and made it easier. Angelica (I think that is her name, was absolutely awesome). I highly highly recommend.

It is ridiculous they cancel appointments because I didn’t confirm but they never called and the email didn’t had an option to verify.

Dr. Stephanie Belo and her staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! I had to come in with an emergency on a Saturday and they saw me quickly and professionally. Dr. Belo was thorough and made me feel like I was in incredibly capable hands. I am so thankful to this team!

Did not inform me why I had to pay out of pocket even though I have insurance. Nobody explained my options to me. Im giving them 3 stars just because the eye exam with good and the lady was friendly. So its been a year later. Went in for contacts and I was having trouble with them. Went back and I told them that my prescription was -4.25 and told me thats what I got. Showed her the boxes and said my prescription changed to -4.75 was never told that. Now I have contacts I cant use, 150 out of pocket, and have to wait a year to even try and get new glasses. Done with target optical. They said I couldnt change them because it was an open box. The worst. Minus stars.
