Went to get my boyfriend his first pair of glasses and was helped by Michael. Michael was great and made sure we got the best value we could with the current promotion going on. No pressure to pick any particular brand and no hovering while we checked out all the styles they have. Very pleasant experience.

Shauna was absolutely amazing, I could tell that she truly enjoys helping people. She made sure she told me what my insurance covers, what I pay out of pocket, etc...she even helped me choose what glasses looked best on me. She was super kind, and helpful. It made my experience less overwhelming today. Tom also is always absolutely wonderful I ran out of contacts right before my insurance renewed so he gave me a pair of trial contacts to last me just until my yearly exam if you come here you are definitely in good hands!

Kristy did a great job today in getting my order corrected and making sure my glasses fit properly. She and Shanna went out of their way to meet my needs.Ted has consistently given me great customer service over the past few years, going out of his way to find unique and flattering styles for my prescription, which is not a common one.Really like the staff at this site.

I went in today because my insurance didnt cover prescription glasses at a competitor eye store, so I decided to go to Visionworks. I was greeted promptly by Theodore who made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable being there. My insurance wasnt coming up, so he took the liberty to find out why by calling the insurance company directly. He took care of everything and treated me like gold. Theodore was very pleasant to work with and was very confident and knowledgeable about the products they had to offer. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

The kids and I took a last minute detour here today because my son had been complaining that his glasses weren’t fitting right and that they were broken. Let me tell ya- from the second we walked in, we were taken care of! Immediately, a lovely lady helped look up his glasses and offered to replace them- for free! We would just have to pay the difference if we chose a more expensive frame. My son tried on hundreds *maybe a little less* of different pairs before settling on one. Shaunna was SPECTACULAR with my 8 year old! Honestly, my kid(s)were tired after a long, hot day, but she had some magical powers or something! She was patient and offered her opinions on frames and options. We got him new frames and also a pair of sports goggles, too! What a great team at this location. What I thought was going to be a doozy ended up a dream. THANK YOU!

Originally I just went here to get my prescription and order glasses online to save money. Standard procedure eye doctor visit. Then ordered glasses online (from Warby Parker). The glasses came in but ended up not fitting my face at all so I had to return them. So I caved and came back to Visionworks to see if I could find frames I like. There was a super nice member of staff there that saw me struggling to find a pair I like (I have a weird face so most glasses dont look right on me). I told her what I wanted, she looked at my face, had my try on a bunch of pairs, then had my try on frames that I would have never considered but ended up looking really nice. I ended up ordering them and sure they were more expensive than buying online but you cant get that level of attention and care online, plus they custom fit the frames to your face. Everyone there is really nice 10/10

Had a great experience yesterday while shopping for new frames and sunglasses for myself and my daughter. Shaunna was very knowledgeable and friendly, and ensured that we both got the best options for us, while also making sure we utilized all of the available insurance benefits that we had available!

Just a note to commend Tom on his outstanding customer service. He was exceedingly knowledgeable, took a personal interest in our needs and worked within our budget. Considering just how busy it was, we felt like we were the only customers there. (The Covid precautions were very good and reassuring.) Its not often that I can give five stars but if I could give Tom six stars I would! He certainly deserves this rating. (And Im super-picky!) Im a repeat customer for a reason!

Showed up at 5:31pm, placed closed at 6pm. Not one customer in the store. I just needed to give them my prescription to order new lens for my frames. I was told that there was no one to help me and not enough time before they closed. Last time it took all of 5 min. The man closing out the register clearly did not want to help. Why do they advertise being open until 6? I drove 30 min to get there. Zero customer service.

I moved from Florida and I’ve been needing to change my glasses so i decided to come and check this location out and I am very pleased. From the minute I stepped in the staff was great. Despite with them being busy they were very attentive in letting me know they’ll be right with me and making sure I was helped along the way. Tom who helped me finalize pricing was great! The staff here are wonderful, hardworking and funny. I was changing eye doctors and decided to give them a try. I was so impressed with every employee I came in contact with. The optometrist took her time, answered my questions, and made me feel at home. The front end people were knowledgeable and clearly enjoyed being helpful to others. I will be using this location as my familys eye doctor in the future.

Associates were super friendly and awesome. Helped with frame suggestions really well. They were also very sociable and made me feel really comfortable and actually enjoy the experience.I felt a little overwhelmed by the additional offers for glare free, et cetera, but it’s most likely required of them to ask. The only thing that bothered me was when she said things like it’s ~only~ another $75, like GOSH $75 isn’t exactly pocket change. I knew where she was coming from, but it did make me a little bit annoyed.Eye doctor was less sociable, but made sure he has all the medical details. So I felt good about the results of the exam, but it was a little awkward.

Pleasantly surprised by my experience here. State of the art equipment for the testing, Dr. was very nice, very clear with what was going on and had a great bedside manner. Place was very clean and they did a great job with the explanation of benefits. Great selection of frames too. Highly recommended.

It was suggested that I go to vision works from my eye doctor and I have to say, I’m glad I listened. They were a lot more reasonable than I expected them to be. When you first walk in they are willing to help you but they leave you alone to pick out whatever frames you like . When I finally picked out my frames I got to sit down with Debbie who was absolutely wonderful . She did everything she could to keep the price reasonable, did not pressure me at all to buy a bunch of special stuff, but she did make a few really good suggestions I’m very anxious to get my new glasses. This place does go above and beyond to make you happy .

Had an concern that was my own fault and the General Manager helped get it fixed right away, extremely helpful! This was my second year in a row going for my annual glasses, great selections and prices. They accept a bunch of insurance and can look up the benefits you have very easily. Today was my first time visiting Visionworks in Attleboro and I could not be happier with the experience. The front staff (Tom and Shauna) were extremely welcoming, friendly, and super helpful. I specifically worked with Tom and he was awesome! He walked me thru my vision coverage, explained in detail, and assisted me in picking frames and ordering contacts. Such a friendly staff and atmosphere!

My husband and I just switched to Visionworks. We had our first appointment today and cannot say enough about how pleased we were!! From the friendly greeting when we walked in the door right until we walked out! Our doctor was friendly and answered all our questions with patience. When we went out to pick out our glasses we were greeted again by Michael McGinity who offered to help us choose or if we were more comfortable we could browse by ourselves. I opted for help right away and he was so knowledgeable he picked out at least 3 pairs that I was happy with right away then helped me narrow down. I felt his opinion was honest, he wasnt just trying to hurry me along. After I chose mine he helped with my husbands choice too. He was very thorough with the sizing (if thats what you call it) also. Again, I just cant say enough about how happy we were with the entire experience!!

I was very pleased by the service and courteous professionalism of this great eye care shop. From the doctors to the staff, top notch. I was greeted by one of the 2 young ladies at the front desk. I was able to browse the frames at my leisure and Ted the manager helped me pick out what frame looked good on my face. I went with a mirror coated sunglass polarized lens. Service was swift and I received my glasses in about a week. They have a in house lab where the lab technician did an above average job. Very pleased overall. Terrible customer service. Went in to purchase new glasses. As I walked into the store a worker went outside to sit on wall for a break or smoke? One worker in store and he decided to assist the second customer that came into the store. Left in total dismay! Youve been closed for how long...and you dont care about customer service? Will purchase glasses elsewhere!

Great experience working with Deb and Shaunne. I tried on at least half the store to find the right pair of glasses and was offered patience and good advice. My two year old was entertained with coloring books and not made to feel like a nuisance while I browsed. I love my new glasses!

I have been coming here for 2-3 years, and everyone here is amazing! I just came in today to get one of the nose pads on my glasses fixed, but the tech actually replaced both of them and realigned my glasses too. I highly recommend coming here- It’s quick and convenient.

Everyone at this Visionworks was super friendly and helpful. I brought my daughter in for an eye exam ( doctor was very nice) and had planned to take the prescription to buy cheap glasses online because I didn’t think my insurance would cover it. But Michael ( the manager?) insisted on checking if we were covered—turns out we were! He helped us get an amazing deal on two pairs of glasses that my daughter loves. We enjoyed meeting the entire staff who gave my daughter helpful feedback on her frame choices. We left feeling like we had made some new friends. We will definitely return for future eyewear and eye care.

I went to Visionworks because they take my insurance there. I couldnt have been treated any better. I was greeted by Ted, who introduced himself as the GM. He then had me look at glasses under the guidance of Michael and Lori. Those two people were amazing. They asked me questions about my lifestyle, and really explored what my needs were. In the mean time Paul adjusted my current glasses to perfection. After my exam, Kelsey and Sasha cashed me out, but not before Michael told me about a cleaning kit, which they sell. I am hooked. This place gave me wonderful service at a great price. I was even able to get a second pair of glasses at 50% off.As I was leaving, Tim told me that Jeff in the lab would be making my glasses to perfection.What more can I say. This has been my second time visiting this place, First, it was for my daugther then for myself. I was hesitant to go to a large office but decide to go and try. In both visit, the quality services from the sale personnel was great but today the gentleman (Thomas) I believe that is his name is exceptional. He is efficient and knowledgeable. My eye doctor( (John Leffers, O.D.) was very thorough with my exam, it was not rushed and I felt very satisfy with my exams. I paid for contacts and will be getting a rebate. Overall, very please with the quality of customer service of this place.

I have now used Visionworks three times. The first with my youngest daughter and yesterday for myself and my oldest daughter. One of the reasons that I went back is because of the awesome service that I received the first time around. Tom has a wealth of knowledge, is honest, funny, and a great personality overall! He makes the experience of choosing glasses fun! Also, they offer VSP program which I have and the savings is great! I would highly recommend Visionworks!

We had a wonderful experience at VisionWorks in N Attleboro. We were helped in a timely fashion with no appointment on a Saturday, we were able to get questions answered clearly and easily, and we liked the selection available for glasses. We worked with Tom, who is incredibly helpful. He wont upsell you, he takes his time, and his opinions and suggestions are spot on. My only issue was with the computer system itself - the associates in the store would be so much quicker if they had a more streamlined system. We had to have each one of our glasses rung out separately and answers on pricing wiped out previous information entered. This is no fault of the workers, just a potentially easy fix for a larger company. Thank you.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I don’t know the lady’s name, but she has dark brown long hair with glasses, she was very rude to me today. I made an appointment and she told me my insurance covered everything (the exam for glasses and contacts) so I get the exams done, I find a pair of glasses I like that my insurances covered, and said I would buy contacts online with my prescription. Well come to find out somehow I had a $60 exam fee, which I never had before in my life! She was very rude! They would not allow me to get my glasses or my prescriptions until I paid the $60 which I do not have because I’m on maternity leave which I had my newborn daughter with me. She made a comment suggesting I buy drinks at bars (which I don’t even drink...ever). I am so unhappy with this place. They tell me one thing so I get it done, and then they try to charge me! I normally go to visionworks in franklin! They are amazing at the Franklin location, but I am so unhappy with this place!

I had previously been a customer of another eye-wear store without issue except the expense. This time around I did a little searching and found Visionworks in same area so I decided to give them a try. They were having an amazing sale so I ended up with two pairs of prescriptions eye glasses for less than the one pair I bought at the other store; but that was only part of the wow-factor. I was greeted graciously and told who could help me when I was ready or if I had any questions while browsing. Picking out glasses is not a quick decision so I was happy to be left to my decision with the help of my son. When I had it narrowed down, Shaunna, was quick to step in with valuable advice and opinions. She also proceeded to offer me some other options with honest feedback on all selections. After final decisions were made, she offered me options with no hard sell, only information that I requested. Perfect! I happily await the arrival of my new glasses.
