The other day, my sister went for a drug test for a new job & had urinated & signed a paper stating she did. Couple minutes later she was told it “wasn’t enough” & had to redo it. My sister said it was fine but it will take her a bit to urinate again. The employee screamed at her, clapped her hands in front of her face demanding her to urinate right away. She also told her she will have to urinate in front of her so she needed to pull down her pants and underwear. This is an absolutely disgusting situation & I do not wish this upon anyone. As her older sister, I am mortified ESPECIALLY because after reporting this incident to the facility, they tried to turn it against my sister and say “she refused” the drug test since she walked out with an anxiety attack. I have many family members $ friends in the medical field and not ONCE have they ever encountered a situation like this.

Make you see a dr to get a covid test. and dont tell you that when you come in and say you want a covid test. Wait until youve been there half an hour and take your medical history.

They should take the word urgent care off their building!! January 6, 2021 we called three times no return call. I called again on January 7. Someone called me back from the Cherry Hill office I’m trying to go to the Atlantic City office. D3 they called me back and told me to get a video conference call. After I spent 40 minutes giving her my information. She asked who am I? ROFL The staff is totally incompetent. After three days and four messages and 40 minutes on the phone. I want up going to the emergency room. STAY AWAY

Receptionist used every excuse to make my visit as uncomfortable as possible .I know we are in unprecedented times . One can chose to be part of the solution or part of the problem. This Receptionist is the latter.

Horrible. As soon as I got there the receptionist was rude and was told to wait in the car and would call me when ready. Waited 2 hours and no call so I left.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. Developed a rash, saw a PA there. Immediately said there’s nothing I can do, wait and see your dermatologist and sent me on my way. Billed me for $250 to tell me there’s nothing he could do. Why even take a patient when there paperwork says rash? Might as well save me the drive, day off from work and $250 and just not consult me. Called their billing office and explained the situation and they just shrugged their shoulders. Top notch program they have there. The Front desk lady was so rude!!!

This was my first time at this urgent care and I came because it had such great ratings online. I came for a COVID test and ended up waiting 2 and a half hours. I didn’t get called into a room for an hour and 45 minutes and then it took another 30 for the doctor who “seemed like he didn’t want to be there” and then he came in. In addition to this, the nurses at the front desk were very unfriendly and were not attentive at all, and the nurse who did my test was very aggressive with it. I’ve gotten two previous tests at different places and neither of them were that painful. Needless to say, I’m never coming back here.

The receptionist is so arrogant , very inconsiderate of the patient and so nasty. This is not an urgent care facility, it’s a late care facility cause you will wait a long time for their service.

My son cut his foot on the beach requiring stitches. The staff was caring, professional, and he received excellent medical care. The offices were beautiful. And as a cash pay patient, the fee was less than I expected.

DO NOT GO TO THIS URGENT CARE. Dr. Sherri Klemow, M.D., misdiagnosed my bilateral corneal abrasion (extremely painful and uncomfortable, a scratch to the surface of the cornea of the eye), dismissing the severe rednesss and swelling of eyelids as an allergic reaction.Advising me to put “cool cucumbers” and allergy eye drops every 4 hours, I was sent away. After the dilation numbing drops Dr. Klemow gave me wore off, I once again was in that extreme pain. Going to the emergency room, I was unable to open my eyes without tearing up and had severe sensitivity to light. After an ER resident gave me the numbing drops, staining my eyes, performing the very same exact precedure Dr. Klemlow herself performered at this joke of a medical facility, both the resident & the atteding IMMEDIATELY diagnosed a corneal abrasion in BOTH eyes. I was given antibiotics and advised to take pain medication. If I had not gone to the emergency room for a second opinion after being seen at this urgent care, I would most likely still be in EXTREME pain or may have an infection from those cuts on the top layer of my cornea.WOULD RATE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.
