Clean and comfortable spa. Had all the amenities gym, sauna, showers, hot and cold tube, lap pool, lockers and robes. Staff works very hard to make your stay as relaxing as possible. Purchased three borgata buster and was not disappointed. The masseuse was great and worked very hard to stretch out back, neck and shoulders. For me a spa treatment can be pricey but this was well worth the cost. Next time will stay longer and enjoy the fact you can order lunch and relax in take in the views.

All I can say is WOW !! This place was amazing its one of the most beautiful spas Ive been to. The experience was awesome from the moment of check in til the final ending when our treatments were done. Me and my sister had facials and both really enjoyed them . I had Kim and she had the softest hands and really had me glowing by the time we left. The amenities were awesome between the hot baths , sauna and even took a quick dip in the freezing water bath . Unfortunately the lap pool wasnt up and running when we came but it made no difference because we enjoyed it just the same . The waiting area was beautifully decorated and they had teas, juices and waters for you as well as some fruit and nuts to snack on. They entire spa was on the 32nd floor with a view of the harbor . All the rooms had towels readily available for use and the showers had all the things you needed shampoo, conditioner and soap and even lotion . So you definitely dont need to bring with you. Its definitely worth the money in my book just for experience alone I would come back.

Ultra-lux spa located at The Water Club tower. Two floors comprise the spa containing a fitness center, lap-pool, extra large jacuzzi, and day bed area. Sits on the 32nd and 33rd floors, providing stunning views of the marina and northern end of Atlantic City. Expensive, yet highly recommended and worth it!

I go to this spa frequently. It is very clean and modern. I like the view and I love the steam room. I think the massage and facial services are not outstanding but average or below average. As one of the other reviewers said I had the worst Swedish massage there. I wish they had the skill and experience that the massage therapists at Blue Mercury have because their experience and skill in a perfect setting would make it outstanding.

What a wonderful experience! I booked a last minute massage and experienced one of the best massages in my life! The amenities were unbelievable. Definitely plan to go back!!

First time getting a massage here... It was absolutely out of this world the Masseur Chris knew every thing to make my back and feet really feel really good! I will recommend the immersion Spa to anybody that is looking for pampering or a massage!

Pool area is lovely...that is the only redeeming factor. Spa is low on skill and service for a high end property. Very sad and disappointing. Manager looked liked she rolled out of bed

1 star for the VIEW and POOL everything else is TERRIBLE. The services are overpriced scam. Paid for a 60 minute massage and literally lasted 42 minutes. TIME YOUR MASSAGE. From the time the masseuse came to take me upstairs which she was LATE via a long wait elevator that killed 8 minutes of my time to finishing it was under 51 minutes. What a SCAM. On top of that I got my wife a massage and it lasted under 40 minutes and she said it was the worst. The masseuse wasted time by washing hands constantly and stepping outside of the room. The reason I TIMED the MASSAGE is in past reviews I read that people didnt get the full time in. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE for any SERVICES. Just enjoy the pool and view.

I booked a well needed massage at immersion yesterday for today at 3pm. I booked immersion instead of toccar because I really enjoyed the pool/steam room and views. After my massage i went to use the pool and was told it was closed for a private event. I asked to speak to the manager because I was upset that I was not informed of this when I just booked this appointment yesterday afternoon. The manager said it was too long of a walk for her to walk over to me and asked to speak to me on the phone. I got on the phone and she was extremely unpleasant. She merely repeated what the spa attendant told me ...that it was unavailable. She then told me “what would you like me to do ?it’s closed !and there’s nothing else I can say”. Very disappointed in my experience today and certainly after spending $240 on a massage I did not need to come out and deal with that stress as well as disappointment. Managers name is Kate . She then called back and offered me $30 off my $240 massage. To me it was not about the money it was about the fact that I wish I was informed of this yesterday because I would’ve booked the other spa on the other side had I known. Compounding this was the managers uncaring and Unpleasant demeanor towards me. She told me this was a last-minute event which I find very hard to believe since you can’t even book dinner reservations for over 12 without speaking to special events and going through a whole process of waiting to be called back. I get massages here fairly frequently but it looks like it’s time for a change. Next stop is ocean resort . Customer service seems to be at a all time low here

An annual tradition for mother and I because this place is just that lovely...be sure to spend the whole day into night here to truly appreciate the experience. We always feel like royalty for a day ...between the plush robes, therapeutic massages, sauna, jacuzzis (unisex and seperate), plunge pool, snacks and beverages, and lets not forget the views!!! 💞💞💞 this place

Starting with a sticker shock of $35-$45 daily fees(thats on top of even if youre staying in The Water Club, this is an amazing place on 32-34 tall ceiling floor , with views of entire AC & Bergentine, from a gym, hot tub and a pool (included in that price). Spa treatment, food/drinks are extra. The Water Club guest a free use 6AM-9AM(in summer, weekdays). Aug 2017. See my plenty of pictures for more details...

My Massage was great but the actual spa was underwhelming. Needs to be updated and cleaned! Everything seem rusted...blah

I had a 50th birthday celebration booked here with 10 reservations. The management decided to close the water club tower for financial reasons and changed all of our reservations from the water club to the Borgatta Spa Toccare which is not the same. The management at the spa and the hotel could care less about the inconvenience they caused us. I am writing this review to warn the next customer to look at other spas in AC as your reservation is not secure here.

Horrible swinish message i got from this spai asked her to do it little harder i did not need to be just rub for $150.00 but she kept doing the same thing.dont ever get a message from here ridiculous
