Staff is awesome Dr.s are awesome. The failure is in communication with the answering service and customer service desks. During a pandemic where you have extremely limited visiting hours beinvgable to check on a patients status via phone is so important. I called several times just to get a status on my mother in the morning to see how her night went. The people answering the phones or not answering at all have zero care in there voices almost seems like there forced to be there with the attitude on the phone. If they clean up communication and spend more money on improving hospitality at the lower levels this hospital could be 5 stars.

I took my husband there today after he fell on the first day of our vacation week, and was in severe pain. Everyone (from the initial receptionist, triage nurse, radiology techs, ER nurse and ER physician, financial rep) was very pleasant and helpful. His injury was promptly assessed, diagnosed and treated and we were discharged back to continue our family vacation. We are very grateful.

I had a good experience here. The staffs are friendly. Doctors are knowledgeable in their fields. Nurses are friendly and informative. Med techs are friendly. Felt like I was staying at a 5 star hotel. Every one over all were nice.

This is a crazy place . People went there for emergency , not for fun. If u ask them anything they say we dont have any room . So please arrange some more space or room

Staff was friendly and attentive. Megan was my nurse in the ER on Sunday 11/26 and she was wonderful. She cared and did whatever she could to help me figure out what was going on. I’ve been to other hospitals closer to my home and I’d still drive an hour to come to this hospital instead. Thank you !

I wouldnt like to be here anymore, for some different reasons. Nobody wants to be sick.The place is clean, the receiver are attentive, but you stay 3 hours for giving you an aspirin. You can die waiting for someone to see you.

The worse hospital Ive ever spent the night in. Barely paid attention to me left me hanging for hours dehydrated. I couldnt rest or even feel comfortable the whole day and night. The nurse some dude was horrible wouldnt check on you. To much negative to say. But I would pay the ambulance driver to drop me at a taxi before I go back there.

Did not help me much. Not a long wait but left me in pain with a terrible dental infection. Antibiotics and Advil even though I am suffering enough to be in tears and have visible swelling, fever and tooth damaged enough to be visible to the naked eye. I feel that this was a failure to meet the basic standards of care. Would have been better off braving the pain I am in anyway until I can get an appointment with a dentist. Dont waste your time like I just did.

Completely inconsiderate and did not follow HIPPA protocol and completely dismissed my concerns regarding my health care. Doctor saw me before I could get to a room and voice my concerns properly without being rushed.

Horrible experience came in the emergency at 12 am and sat there for 2 hours still no clue when i am gonna get cheked staff is busy on phone and on asking they said they inly have 1 ER so i dnt know what kind of emergency is this where u have to wait 2 hours

This places staff allmost killed me choked me and beat me up !

I gave my insurance information servers times. When I first came in. Obviously someone in billing doesn’t do there job. I have been harassed by Robo Calls and Billing Dept. serveral times a day. I mailed the insurance information to them and faxed it to them serveral times. I am still being harass about the same bill from a year ago. Get it together man.

HORRIBLE ...... FACILITY....WENT IN TO ER NEEDING IMEDIATE MEDICAL CARE INSTEAD END UP GOING TO A LAWYER BECAUSE THE RETARTED SECURITY pig PULLED A KNIFE ON ME AND JOHN HUNT DIRECTOR OF SECURITY DIDNT DO NOTHING AND ITS ON CAMERA. I’ve lived in Atlantic City for years and I’ve went to the emergency room recently and they can not find or seem to locate my pain and treat it they sent me home clueless with a bunch of medication that does not help me in anyway of form the performance in not adequate they are not up to par one nurse even try to sleep with me stay away I recommend it highly they don’t care about patients they don’t care bout there well being

Very slow

My brother was taken by the ambulance and I arrived with my friend later, the nurse who was on duty called us to security and said that I was recording her when that is a lie, the security took us out and my brother lasted two hours waiting I had I had to sign the emergency room and say that my blood pressure was high the nurse did not stop talking to her colleagues on duty and it made me very sad to see how she lacks professional ethics not only because it made us see how negative people like me are other people that they complained about her I think we deserve respect we are human and a good treatment does much better than the pain that one takes the nurse did not want to give us her name but that happened today my name is Ranulfo Aguilar herrera I hope and improve your service to the doctors I have nothing to say, they are excellent professionals but this lady makes all the staff see a very bad grace for their attention and I did not stay to have my high blood pressure checked because I was already going I wait for three hours, well thank you is all I had to say
