Why the **** am I telling a Pharmacist tech how to do their job as a customer?? They said they couldn’t find my medication until I told them it was possibly in the fridge. Also why are employees bum rushing the pharmacy register trying to beat the line up on the front end, buying mass amounts of medicine, drinks, and hair products?? Creating a giant line in pharmacy. This store is ridiculous. Short staffed my ***. More like lazy.

Never any good service here. I have waited in line for atleast 20 mins or so. On several occasions. No one ever comes for help or even another department will open up. Poor customer service. Its a shame. It brings the company down hill.

Shopped there today and someone tried to take my bike, my wife yelled at them and he stopped, but no help from Walgreens. Getting bad around there

Very bad management. I worked for around a few months. In the beginning, everyone was really nice and we had no complains what so ever. After a few months, we lost our manager and received a new one. I had a family emergency that made me leave for a bit. When I came back, there said I couldn’t come back since they had many people. I wasn’t even fired but couldn’t come back. They said they had people but turned out they were hiring the day after. The manger treated me with no respect even though I had months of experience and was there longer than the manager.

It is evident that since the transition from Rite Aid to Walgreens the service went downhill, I am not talking about small problems, the new administration really is a disaster. Empty shelves for months, unavailability of simple products for months, disorganization, poor cleaning, long lines to pay, a 12 hour wait for a very simple prescription and the list goes on. Really sad, now the first option is CVS.

Very clean and organized. The typical Walgreens, with the usual items you would expect to find. The parking lot is a little bit confusing, and pretty small. There was only one cashier working but as a line formed, they called a second one up which helped expediate the checkout Other than that and overall pleasant experience.

I worked at Walgreens for months didn’t miss a day! I had an emergency where one of my family members had past away and didn’t go to work for a week and in that week I only had 2 days that week. I came back once I felt better and the manager just fired for not coming. I told her and she said sorry against our company rules. I was annoyed of the way she treated me missed only 2 days out of seven days. Plus it was a trash job paying only 11$ not even a raise. I shall never go to any Walgreens again. I’m so done with these people who think they are above us!!!

The most irresponsible and unprofessional staff in any pharmacy. They are always on meal break, and the place is dusty and dirty.

I like Walgreens in general. The big problem with both stores in Atlantic City is that there is usually a long wait at the prescription counter and at the checkout counter. A combination of not enough workers, slow workers, slow customers. Expect to wait some 10 minutes in line at Walgreens in Atlantic City

Didnt have most of the items least looking for. The guy that stocks the shelves is very rude. It was a innocence for him to answer, of where something was.

Worst pharmacy in atlantic city. The asian pharmacist name joanne i believe, is straight up nasty as she is there to pick up only doctors call not patients. Tech there doesnt even follow up if prescription is not processed. When transfer prescription from on to other walgreen refill gets lost. Every time i have to take my same insurance card cause they screw up every refill

They no longer honor the 20 % off that Rite Aid provided to there loyal customers. Walgreens lost my loyalty pulling the coporate greed card once again. More a reason to support your little mom and pop stores if they still exist. Over Walgreens!!!! Cant wait to see what kind of stuff they pull when having to pay 15.00 hr minimum wage.

I love this new Rite Aid. The location is very convenient and plenty of parking spaces. The inside is so beautiful, organized, clean, and huge. The prices are reasonable too and there are good sales from time to time. Also the fact that it is 24 hours made it very flexible to go to the store at any time of the day, without having to worry that it will close.

I love the layout of the store and the new items that differ from other Rite Aids. However, the lines are always long. Only two cashiers during peak hours. Expect to spend more time in line than actually shopping.

My experience of this store is bad.The products are also so expensive and systems take a long time to process. I also dont know why they sell cigarettes.

Where to start? First of all they mark items with discount than you go to the cashier and charge full price. Flavored items mixed up on the shelves you would think they all cost the same but not some flavors are more which causes another reason for overcharging. Cashier is too lazy to scan all the items separately so she scans the most expensive flavor 3 times while was only one for that price rest of the flavors were less. Im not a reviewer type of person but they do this to me every other time I go there. I heard this store will be converted into Walgreens. Cant wait that to happen.

Pharmacy is always at least a 30 min wait which is ridiculous. They are in need of either more budgeting hours or more pharmacy technicians. It’s very upsetting having one pharm tech on at a time.

The staff at this location were extremely ignorant and rude. The night manager I dealt will was so nasty toward me and even ignored me while I was speaking to her. I have never been treated so poorly ever in my life. I left the store in tears. I am even going to switch my pharmacy after this incident.

Too much bad service. After getting instruction still yu gotta call and make sure the prescription if the is ready. Even when you go for pick up its gona take atleast 30 min to wait for medicine. It was good before when it was rite aid now became the worst one. Never going back.

Riteaids is my favorite pharmacy their customer service is Amazing.This location is perfect for me their Employees are friendly and helpful.The Goya section has soo many products that I love and the price is way lower than the local grocery store.

If I can give 0 stars to management I would had a great experience the night before found everything i needed. Went back today and as soon as I walked in the store some African American man is following us down the isle I turned around and asked him to stop following us he starts accusing us of taking a product we showed him our bags and argued back with us saying Ive never seen you before, of course you havent we are here on vacation dont you know the area you work in? Youre going to get a lot of tourists. If youre part of management or loss prevention before you go after someone and accuse them go check your cameras first. But instead you looked very idiotic in front of other customers!!!

After 6 hours later they says it doesnt match the name, in the mean time I visit two times, that time they dont say any thing.

The worst place to order new prescription. They have no clue what is going on with my prescription that my doctor send to them. They do not want listen from you and do their way. I end up call my doctor to send my prescription to different pharmacy . Thanks for waist my time rite aid .

They dont know what are they doing in this pharmacy my husband went there to pick up my medication the one i called them to refill and she said its to early to refill the prescriptions and you have to call the insurance and you had picked up the medicine somewhere else on 23rd November and i call her again she said same thing and i call my insurance they said they refilled my medication at the same pharmacy on 23rd November and it was all ready filled up and was ready to pick up but they dont want to check she still was denying to give the medication i hate to going theres again because its not 1st time they did it.

This walgreen 24hrs is the worst pharmacy it had been since rite aid, automated phone is at it worst setup with over half hour waiting just for 1 customer ahead and pharmacy has more than 8 techs and still have to wait in line, not recommended for this place at all.
