I’ve done a few traveling assignments with a few companies and snap had been so best one so far. My recruiter is the best. She’s so responsive and helpful. My contact will soon be up and they asked us to extend. Of course I’m going to stay. Don’t ever want to leave.

But Ms. Elena Jarvis ( account manager) is a SUPERSTAR, this lady is SUPER AMAZING. Shes very responsive, efficient, intelligent, nice and always there whenever you need help with something. I worked during a hurricane in Louisiana I had several time sheets rejected I did not receive pay for 32 hours of labor. I reached out to several people and no one can help I’m very upset and about to give up on the money. I’m sad because I really enjoyed working with snap to be treated like this is unfair!

SnapNurse has been a great travel company to work for. There are a few kinks in their process, but no different than any other company. Communication needs to be worked on with some of the recruiters and staff, but otherwise I have been happy with Snapnurse.

Joyce Emanuel in Payroll is the best! Although the On-boarding and Staging may get a little hectic, youre still getting paid as agreed plus the WEEKLY MEAL STIPEND WHILE YOURE STAGING. THE 5 STAR HOTEL HOUSING THAT IS ALSO PAID BY SNAPNURSES IS AN ADDED BONUS! WHEN you add it all together- Staging pay+ more than $280/night hotel/housing where Im currently staying + the meal incidentals.... its ABSOLUTELY MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AT MY OLD JOB AND WITH FAR LESS BS!!!!

Poor communication. Sets up covid contracts but doesnt pay you when you fall sick. Told you will be paid gaureented hours when you arent scheduled to work...and when its time to get paid, excuses are made. Still fighting for hours over a month later!

I have literally had to fight for my guaranteed contract hrs 2 weeks now after my contract has ended. I’m also in a group on Facebook snapnurse support group where over 300-400 people have not been paid what was agreed in the contract. I Wish I’d seen the reviews and new story about this company prior to me agreeing to work for them. GHETTO DO NOT RECOMMEND you can’t even get in direct contact with not one person . You have to leave a message and they respond back through a text. You’ll be lucky to get a call from anyone.

I’ve been working with Snapnurse for 5months in I love them. They are always available.They always have contracts available when I’m ready to travel. If I have any questions my recruiter always gets back to me. I do recommend them to anybody who is looking to travel in the health care field.

My experience with this agency in Tampa and St Petersburg Florida was excellent. They were there for any questions I had. My money was available at the end of the shift as promised. My recruiters Regina, Julianne and Brittany made sure my questions were addressed in a timely manner.

Left me in FL stranded with other nurses! I didnt find out until my key didnt work! Company needs to be held accountable.

I applied to them over a month ago now. I completed all of my credentials including providing my bank information for direct deposits. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I have left many voicemails for the so called recruiter line and not one single return call. Not one. I have emailed several times as well. Now any number that I call states that the recording for that number has not been set up yet. This is absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! COMPLETE SCAM!!!

This year was my first time workin with snapnurse and I love it the people is real nice and much fun love the personality they have cause if it’s anything that you need they gonna make sure you get it but yes I would love to recommend someone to work for them and most of all I love my recruiter how she have done everything for me and made sure I was straight the whole time on the assignment

Great company to work for, they really care about their employees they are readily available for any questions or concerns, move quickly with assignment placement, the pay is great, just an overall great company. The CEO has an open door policy she can be reached anytime even at 5am in the morning to fix any issue.

Nightmare company. After being hired to work covid mission in Ft Lauderdale, FL, we we’re guaranteed 48 hours. We were there a week, didn’t work and were not paid even though 48 hours was guaranteed. Very unorganized, poor communication, and very unprofessional. Many nurses left children with family members, many took this assignment instead of other lucrative assignments that were available. Everyone went home without being paid.

Unethical, unorganized organization. Rude managers. Not a company I would ever work again or recommend.

SnapNurse seemed like a good idea at first but literally everyone there is so unprofessional. I need verification of employment to be able to close on my house and my lenders have been asking for this document since October 20th. They have received no response from Rahmesha Clark who is supposed to be the person who is in charge of this. Every time I call a “ticket” is created and nothing is done. I have reached out multiple times. You make a lot of money but If you want to succeed in life, don’t work for snap nurse because they DO NOT CARE.
