I used Rest Assured Infant Nursing to help me get some sleep shortly after my daughter was born. Ansley is very easy to get in touch with and her nurses showed great compassion for my baby. I worked with Grace, Sarah and Valerie. I would recommend Rest Assured Infant Nursing to any parents who need help.

I hired night nurses for a couple of months after having twins. The nurses that I worked with were great and I would recommend them. However, I did not have a good experience with the agency itself. There were a lot of miscommunications between her and her staff that resulted in major inconveniences for us (not showing up, showing up unexpectedly and waking us up, etc.). Dealing with newborn babies and the lack of sleep is tough enough.

Rest Assured went above and beyond to find us excellent care for our newborn daughter. We have used Rest Assured with both of our children and highly recommend their services. Getting a few nights of uninterrupted sleep each night was well worth it!

I am a new single mother. I underestimated my ability to manage once I came home from the hospital. I was referred to Rest Assured and I literally had to get help quickly. The team worked with me to cover my son at night for 4 days a week. It saved me. I kept the help for 2 months and it made the difference. I was able to be more present and energetic during the day with my son. I highly recommend them. They have excellent care givers and truly appreciate how difficult it can be with a newborn. Saved me!!!

Rest Assured - Ansley and her team were amazing! Ansley worked quickly with me to find a nurse that could support my unique needs as a single mom. Excellent communication from the team and my nurse, and I had full confidence from the moment I met my nurse Lauren that my baby boy was in great hands. Highly highly recommend!! Best decision I could have made.

We couldn’t be more thankful for RAIN. They have been a lifesaver for our family. The nurses are so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging. I feel 100% comfortable going to sleep because I know my baby is in great hands. They’ve helped us get our infant sleeping longer stretches at night, and are just a pleasure to have in our home. Highly recommend them as you welcome a new baby into your family.

The fact that the company itself only hires certified nurses is great, and the nurses themselves seem to be great. However - here are the reasons why this company deserves a single star:1. Unfair assessment period - the company gives you a SINGLE DAY to assess if the nurse is a good fit. Otherwise, you are required to pay $50 per EVERY day that you agreed to have the nurse. And the owner does a wonderful job at literally writing every single day into the contract. So if you assess on the second day that the nurse is not a good fit or, due to the unpredictability of your job you realize you no longer need a night nurse, and you hired her for 20 days in addition to the first two, you are paying the company $1,000 PLUS $30 for those first two days. It’s a pretty penny. Their response is that you took away future work for the nurse - but isn’t it the company’s job to help her find a new gig? Why does the responsibility fall on the family if the fit is not there - ESPECIALLY with such minimal assessment periods in place.2. The owner shows minimal interest in her clients and it’s pretty evident she only is in it to make money - not to help our families. She really only returns your calls or messages if she thinks you will 100% go with her. In her messages to you, she is cold and curt. And if you need to break a contract with her, she will bill you weeks later without as a simple heads up. Terribly run company in terms of customer service.Please do yourself a favor. If you want night time help - find another place that will treat you with the respect you deserve as a family wanting to take care of their family. There is no “rest assured” unless you stick with them for the long term.Update as of 2.4.2020-The owner has chosen to respond to my review. Keep in mind that her communication has been sporadic up until giving the company a 1-star review (my wife reached out to her and it took Ansley four days to get in touch, and that communication only happened after this review). Again - as is evident by this exchange - if you disagree with her business or rules, she will not only accuse your family of ill intentions - but do so on a public forum.

Rest Assured is amazing! We have newborn twins and they have allowed us to enjoy this time. We use the service a few times a week and it allows us to rest and reset. Without Rest Assured we would not enjoy the newborn phase.All nurses are highly talented, love babies, and work with your schedule and needs. I feel comfortable and fully trust my babies with them. Worth every penny!!

Awesome staff! The nurses were extremely knowledgeable! They helped make this experience so easy for our family! We had a friend that used them and recommended their services to us. Rest Assured has been a lifesaver for us for our twin new born baby boy and girl. Getting a good nights sleep straight through a few nights a week is so helpful. Both of the nurses we have had are very friendly and reliable. They do book up quick so be sure to book out in advance.

Rest Assured is the best thing ever! The nurses are awesome and so professional/knowledgeable. It’s invaluable for first time Moms who also need sleep occasionally. Wonderful experience all around!

It has been a dream working with Rest Assured. Booking and scheduling is incredibly easy and response times are always very prompt. We have had excellent success with the two nurses and would highly recommend. Our daughter was sleeping through the night at 10 weeks thanks to the help of rest assured!

My twins were born prematurely and discharged from the NICU sat separate times with little advance notice-we knew we needed help bringing them home and getting settled. Rest Assured responded quickly to schedule us and their nurses are fantastic! It was such a relief to have their help the first night home and in the first few weeks. The nurses helped us get the boys into a routine and come up with a system to manage them!And while all the nurses weve had are wonderful, Kelly was our primary nurse and we couldnt have had a better person show up and help us first time parents feel confident! And the boys loved her!
