The entire team communicates with you, they keep you up to date with everything going on with your assignments! If you have any concerns they will take care of it! I’m a CNA and my job before ATC was at a long term Facility paying me under $10.00 an hour with benefits that’s wasn’t worth anything for me having over 10 years experience . ATC also offer those same benefits with better terms and better payment options.

ATC Healthcare Service has been the best career choice I have ever made. The company is truly an amazing one to work for. The pay is good, you can create your own schedule, and you are treated like family rather than just a regular unvalued employee. Amanda Gibbs for example, is my staffer and she is so considerate and understanding. She has worked so hard to make sure I have hours of my liking every week and when life has gotten hard for me she has been there to comfort me and cover my shifts when I absolutely could not make it. Feeling cared about when life is going tough really makes a difference. During my employment with ATC Healthcare I can honestly say Ive never felt stressed with them and thoroughly enjoy working for a company that puts their employees first. Trisha Mcduffie (I hope I spelled it accurately) does payroll and she goes above and beyond in making sure my pay is always on time and accurate. She is also a sweetheart and employees have an option of weekly or daily pay which rocks! Very unprofessionalon-boarding Shanna took days responding to my callsWhen she did call back she apologized for dragging her feet but blamed it on her trying to on-board 150 nurses well what about about the other nurses thats not apart of that assignment but still trying to on-board and complete task I have a soro sister that works with ATC Corp so myself and one of there other nurses that listened in on my last call with Shanna we both filed a complaint with corporateWhen working from home should still remain professional even with your background and laughter going with Kaiser.

Applied back in February. Complete orientation. Recieved my id and time sheets. Call several times about starting up. Kept getting that they waiting on company to call set up on board. It now October. And still nothing

As you all can clearly see it takes 5-6 months (years possibly) for you to get a response from the owner Im sure thats how they conduct business . That is so rude and unprofessional just like the people that they hire to hire people, and when you call Monday - Friday the old man who answers the phone sounds like that guy in the dry red eye commercial, he does not enjoy his job and he is rude. Who would want they loved ones tooken care of by a company who cares not even for their employees. The hiring process is unfair and racist, all I can say is we living in the END times. JUST RUN

I did everything right and had lost my license and the recruiter told me Id have to send for one. I did but in the process I found it and shes like I need the other documents as well. Done done n done, but once all complete she called and said I had been given a bad reference. Now this bad reference was a temp agency whom never worked with me in a nursing home n didnt know how I worked. So I called the big boss because I felt played around with n treated unfairly about me not having my license and being denied a job. She the boss said to get another reference and she would speak with the recruiter to reconsider me . Called the next day with my info for the reference and she acted like she didnt Kno what I was talking about. She did say before she hung up do not call my staff again . Wow!

Full staff and Receptionist needs to be replaced, very unprofessional individuals. I wouldnt recommend these people to the the Anti-Christ...# Disgusted
