Every time we order by phone we get our orders really quickly.. the representative that returns our call was very patient us to make sure we had the correct orders.

Ive tried calling several times and cant even get a representative on the phone to do an inventory check before making a (potentially) wasted trip out there. Their voicemail is useless, because its full. On top of that, there currently is no website available for me to do my own inventory check for an item I need. As of today, I think its bad business. Ill change my mind, whenever I see change at A&S Medical.

The long drawn out answering message is horrible. The spokeswoman can not speak clearly and you have to listen to that long horrible message before anyone answers your call. Rather hang up and seek other business opportunities.
