Run!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company is absolutely horrible! Usually I check out reviews before I use a person, place or thing. This time I didnt. I just went with the DME the provider suggested. They dont follow up on orders submitted. You end up doing all the follow up and calling that this DME company is supposed to do. Your order gets held up...not because of paperwork but because Atlanta Oxygen did something incorrectly !

We needed a bed asap because the hospital wanted my mother in law out. Their preferred provider said they would be unable to get a bed to us for several days. Stuart and team jumped through hoops to get us one the next day. Very professional, communicative and friendly. When she passed 3 months later and we called for pick up they were out the next day. Highly recommend.

If I could give a negative star review, I would do so!This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is a joke at best and the 24/7 service is a lie! My mom has been lying on a broken bed for almost a week and we cant get anyone to come out and fix/replace it.If you need any kind of medical supplies, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. This has been nothing but a hassle from the start, just trying to get the equipment to the house, as we lived so far out and now the bed breaking is ridiculous!

This is by far the worse company I’ve ever dealt with. My doctor placed an order for a walker which I was supposed to receive prior to my surgery. However, it was FINALLY delivered approximately 6 hours AFTER my surgery. It was difficult to get in contact with someone because the walker was missing a part making it inoperable, but when I did he was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone!!!

Communication is horrible. The young man that answer the phone takes information and promises to call back but never does. I have had to call him back and its always the same thing, Ill check with my Manager and give you a call back.... the call never comes. This is HORRIBLE customer service especially when you are in this business where disable people are in need.I will not be contacting them again.

This company was recommended by my surgeon. Mary told me when I called that My insurance company would not cover the expense of renting a bed following hip surgery and that I needed to pay them $150. directly, which I did. I received a statement June 11th in the mail saying that the insurance company paid $56.40 and that I had a balance due. This is only one example of poor communication within this company , verging upon fraud. They did not deliver the bed on time or pick it up when scheduled and their customer service was lacking. I would advise against using this company.

Horrific service if you wanna call it service. 10 days and still no OXYGEN delivery. They say they have the proper report from the doctor and then they say they dont. Better yet, you have to call them to find out they dont have the paperwork they dont bother to let you know; the CUSTOMER. According to their other reviews, this is a consistent problem. Owner Stuart or staff will not return calls. Stay away! There are plenty of other companies.

If I could give them zero stars that would be my honest review dealing with this company. Horrible customer service they dont keep their appointments, weve been waiting for a bed repair for over a month now.The workers that answer the phone dont seem to care or even fazed for that matter, Ive been nothing but cordial but they dont seem to understand that the bed we have now is a health hazard. I really wish the better business bureau would do a investigation on this company! I wouldnt be surprised if people got hurt or worse waiting on these people to do their jobs, what they need to understand is they are dealing with outpatients who are dealing with health problems also if they are receiving any grants from the state that would be a slap in the face!!!! Im dealing with my brother who has a tbi and not having the bed function correctly is a huge risk to his LIFE!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If o could give no stars I would. This business can hardly be called a business! Complete and utter incompetence. I have scheduled 5 times for a pick up of equipment before and after my relative passed away, each time they promised a window of time for pickup as well as a call when the driver was enroute. Not once has anyone called or shown up for the pick up. Each time I called they tell me it wasnt on the schedule, absolutely unacceptable! Ive spoken to 5 different staff members and each one of them have promised but no results! I asked for the managers contact info, Scott Simpson, I asked when the next time he would be in the office the response: Its hard to tell, whenever he shows up thats when he in. Needless to say, Ill be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!

I have been trying to get a bill straightened out with this company since May 2019 without results. They did not credit a check to my aunts account for last year. I sent them a copy of the cancelled check, sent emails, and called. No result. Every month I get the same bill for Nov. and Dec. 2018 with nothing processed for Mar. through Sep. of 2019. If and when they get things straightened out and send that bill, it will be huge.

I have been waiting on a partial refund of copay for wheelchair we returned after 3months for a year. I have called, written letter and called again. I was promised by billing that I would receive a check within a week. This was in August 2019, 4 months ago. One star is far too high. There are other options for medical equipment. I agree with others that this company needs to be investigated. And AGRhodes uses them to provide equipment ordered for patients exiting rehab. Very disturbing.

I have been calling Atlanta Oxygen for over a week to have equipment picked up from one of our Hospice patients home. Each time I call they say it will be picked up that day. I made 4 calls myself to make arrangements and the family has called at least twice. Patient died and still no one has picked up the equipment. I am currently waiting for the manager to call me back. I should not have to spend this much time just to have equipment picked. Our Hospice uses Genesis and I find them very responsive. I recommend you all do the same.

They are going to cause someone to loose they life at the rate they going. Its just not right SHAME ON THEM its just my prayer that when they r in need that they get a better company to serv them or they will see the pain they have caused for so many other lives.

These people are so incompetent there are no words to describe how bad they are. I called to have a portable oxygen canister delivered for a relative who was living with us because we were going out of the country. The patient was going to travel across town and didnt feel comfortable traveling without the oxygen. They never did deliver it until the following week with no follow up call or reasons as to why they didnt show up. We called at least six times. Im glad that he didnt have an incident where he needed the oxygen. These incompetent people do not seem to comprehend that they are dealing with a very sick segment of the population and this is a life or death situation. The drivers who do come are very nice. Too bad the office staff cant be more like the drivers. Stay away from dealing with this company if you can!

These folks are not ready for prime time. Arrived 3 hours late to set up home oxygen for 95 year old with vision problems and who uses a walker. Her portable tank was empty by the time they showed up. They installed a oxygen concentrator that weighed at least 40 pounds with 50 ft of clear tubing and suggested that the patient sit in her chair to avoid having the tangled tubing around her feet and walker wheels. When I tried to arrange for a portable oxygen concentrator which could be managed in the walker basket without the risk of a fall, Atlanta Oxygen and Medical said she needed to pay $175/mon and that Medicare would not cover a portable system. One call to Medicare and to another vendor later, new in-the-box portable system is in use and is covered by Medicare and the supplemental insurance. Makes sense - no one wants a 95 year old back in the hospital with a broken hip. My advice: there are lots of Medicare vendors in the Atlanta area. Check them out!

Used in 2011 for supplies. on 11/12/12 I rcvd a bill for $700. The mgr did not file ins, but continued to send supplies the entire year. They billed 2011 ins, even tho 2012 ins was provided. Said I was resp. Claimed they were out of network, when in reality, they just did not file the PA (prior autho) 1/1/12. Mgr told me my doc should have done PA. Called my doc, said NO prov would have to do PA. Called mgr again, would not return call. Called billing, billing said call mgr. Left VM for Mgr. Called billing who said mgr was at fault. on 11/27/12 billing said shed take care of it. 2/9/13 rcvd bill for $507.78. 4/1/13 billing said mgr did not provide something, they would resubmit to my ins. Billing said they would adjust copay off. 4/12/13 rcvd stmnt showing charge in 2012 paid by ins and co-pay for uncvd chrgs was $435.00. Pd monthly. By 6/3/13 called, verified last pymt of $64.10. 9/4/13 rcvd bill for another $7.98, that they wont write off.
