Doctors used to be as scary and intimidating. “Lose weight” is all they would say. I love seeing Dr. Walton because she listens to me-she knows me well- and I can be completely honest with her. I look forward to seeing her and she is helping me to be healthier without discussing my weight every time.

Dr. Walton is the absolute best. She is patient, she listens and she has a very good bedside manner. To top it all she’s smart and very thorough. Also, it is evident that she really cares for her patients. I would recommend anyone to her in a heartbeat and I consider myself fortunate to call her my doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Waltons since 2006. A few years ago, I developed a rare vascular condition that stumped at least 15 or more specialists including Dr. Walton. It ultimately took over a year to definitely diagnose and treat. Dr. Walton was supportive from onset to diagnosis and never gave up on finding the answer. She referred me to excellent specialists when necessary and has always been extremely thorough and responsive throughout the many years she has been my PCP, but most especially over the past two years. My particular disorder is commonly not diagnosed and most patients die from stroke before it ever is, so it is not an exaggeration to say that her diligence and persistence saved my life.
