The WORST OFFICE EVER!!! THE STAFF THAT ANSWER THE PHONES ARE RUDE AND CONDESCENDING!!!! THEY CUT YOU OFF MID SENTENCE.....IF YOU ARE NOT FIT TO WORK WITH THE PUBLIC THIS IS NOT THE JOB FOR YOU!!!! The nurse wants to DEBATE WITH YOU ABOUT A PRESCRIPTION!! IF I COULD GIVE. NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!! I AM DONE!!!!!

I am a patient of Dr. Isom and he has been my physician since 2012 or earlier. He’s a wonderful physician and his staff are awesome. They know you by name, very respectful, knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. I love them , they treat you like a person and not a number. Your health is their priority. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an awesome Doctor and Staff!!!!

I am my mother’s caregiver and she has been going here for years and I can truly say that Dr. Isom is the best doctor she has ever had. I Sometimes I’m not able to make some of her visits so when someone else does for me Dr. Isom will have them call me so I can translate and express her needs. He is the best!

He has been my PCP for years and I absolutely love him... He is a good family physician that loves his patients and the office staff enjoy their work and the patients as well...They are very knowledgeable and efficient with your time as well as theirs and they are definitely family friendly and family oriented.

I love this office!The staff was friendly and attentive. The wait was not long. EVERYONE I encountered in the office was accommodating. Dr. Isom was thoughtful with all of his explanations as it related to my health issue. I loved the fact that he is not like most doctors that thinks the patient should know everything. As a first time patient that is very important. I am not sure what experiences others have had in the past but this goes to show that even though you may read a bad post it is incumbent upon us all to use our best judgement. I am glad I did.

I feel this is the most unprofessional medical office I have ever encountered. Each visit is one to two hours wait and the staff has a take it or leave it attitude.

This office is very pleasant and welcoming. Every time I visit the office the staff knows me by my name. I normally see Dr. Shelton and occasionally see his nurse if its not urgent. I came on the wrong day before and the office manager was courteous enough to allow me to be seen that day. I have no complaints but sometimes the wait time can be long. I waited over 25 minutes but the front office staff was very polite and kept me updated on the time they will call me.

I began with the Lithia Springs office when Dr. Huggins was there. She sold the practice to another doctor so I began to see a PA there and she was just ditsy. She didnt act like she knew anything about simple ailments. I had thrush and strep throat. I told her what it was and she then gave me the correct prescriptions. I didnt have an appointment but because of the illness the Office Manager told me to come on in. When I got there the receptionist said I couldnt be seen. That is when the Office Manager yelled at her and said, YES SHE CAN!!! IM THE OFFICE MANAGER AND YOU DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO AND WHEN A PATIENT CAN COME IN FOR A SICK VISIT!!Well, now there is a totally new staff and doctor. A Dr. Isom that I have never seen in the Lithia Springs office and a PA, Mrs. Seymour. She is a great person with a great bedside manner and wonderful to talk with but when I called in and asked when they would give me the referral for an OB/GYN, I was told that it was a Friday afternoon and aint no way I would get one today. Wellllll.....its been 3 weeks since my visit and I would have thought to have it by now. So the PA told me to take some Ibuprofen for the pain...Um mm, I am quite sure that in my records, I am allergic to NSAIDS. My gastroenterology doctor strictly forbid taking NSAIDS. I got no where and ended up at the emergency room.I am on Medicaid and there arent many doctors that even take it so my choices are kind of limited.I have an appointment tomorrow so lets see how this goes. Wish me luck.

My experience was the worst ever. Its no air conditioning in the office and its 97 degrees outside. No Dr patient relationship, no customer care, the ladies in the front took no care for their appearance. They rushed me so fast I felt like I was in drive thru on a timer. Ive gotten more help in grady ER waiting room

Dr. Sheltons office is HORRIBLE!! His wife Genise is the office manager but carries around the baby in workout clothes and barks. You can hear her demeaning her staff from the waiting room!! I heard her firing an employee one day and I was horrified for that poor girl and I actually reported it-it was SO unprofessional of her the way she counted down like it was a military base and I suspect it was because I noticed that was the only white girl that worked in the office. I am completely blown away by Dr. Sheltons lack of compassion and by the fact that he allows his wife to demean HIS employees this way and in front of patients at that! I sincerely hope the Dept of Labor takes my complaint seriously and does something about this!! And that poor infant in her arms the ENTIRE time she was making a scene too couldnt have been older than 6 months old!! OSHA violation and how do you speak to your children in private if you speak like that in front of them?? WOW!!! SHAME ON YOU DR. SHELTON FOR THIS CRAZY MADNESS!!!!

Sooo many things about this. Answering service put me on hold for 10 minutes at 8:00 AM. I had a 10:30 appointment. It was 12:10 before I was given paper work to see doctor. I watch most of his staff go to lunch while waiting. Very crowded waiting room. I was led back for treatment after 12:30. The treatment was for a boil. No big deal, but taking 3 hours indicates EXTREMELY poor office management and a total lack of patient concern.
