Everyone was so nice and patient!!!! They were very polite while we were talking and immediately got down to business. The wait is what you would expect from an emergency room, since emergency rooms are always busy (especially since it was a holiday) but they still got everyone in and out as fast as they could. My ER nurse was extremely nice and very sweet I wish I could remember her name and the doctor was very helpful, nice, and no BS. They made sure I was comfortable and helped me get around due to my broken foot. I will definitely be continuing my care with them! You guys are doing amazing!!!

Did wait a bit sometimes even when I got in the Er however they were relatively fast and I liked how they gave me effecient pain killers when I requested that.

Most unorganized place of all time. They arent even intelligent enough to tell you where you need to go. They dont listen and Im glad Im not the one thats the patient. I would operate on myself before they would.

I have never been in and out of an ER so fast. I sat down and waited about 2 minutes before I was called back. Someone was right behind me as I went to an exam area. After exam I was shown registration where they took my info and then before I stood up nurse was there with discharge papers. Very friendly and fast service. I had brought a book expecting to wait at least 2 hours.

Beyond pleased and grateful for their services!!!! If you care about your health or wellbeing please go this emergency room ! From the nurses to PA everyone was so attentive and caring in a moment where I needed the most comfort ! Thank you Tyra (emergency room nurse) & Will (PA) and everyone I encountered. I wish I could give no stars. I had to wait for hours to see a doctor when I went to ER. Terrible experience. Please stay away from this place.

Came in for an anaphylactic reaction at 4am. Had no wait time, was in and out in two hours. As a woman, the best part was my entire care team were women- the EMT, nurses, resident doctor, and doctor. Was treated quickly and with respect. Was pleasantly surprised and now feel better knowing theres a competent ER near my home.

The emergency wait is extremely LONG! There is NO ACCOUNTABILITY for waiting 10+ hours in an EMERGENCY ROOM

They were pretty fast for a hospital in Atlanta. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely go back

Very slow was in their for 3hrs bad abdominal pain. They took to long to get me I left was in to much pain. . Hope they can improve on their service. But at the same time I just wont go here anymore.

Everyone we interacted with in the urgent care, from the security to the admin to the nurses, was exceptionally pleasant and kind.
