Dr. Hayes Wilson listens to his patients. He spends time with you, he keeps up on current medications and treatments. He truly serves the patient with both knowledge and humor. If you are lucky you may get a quick song or joke. Great experience and worth the drive.

They dont explain anything to patients. Seems to be quite indifferent. Very long waits to be seen. If my Mom had not started the krystexxa treatments I would change to another rheumatologist.

I have been a patient of Dr Hayes Wilson since 1996. He was the only physician, out of the very many I saw, to figure out what was causing all the pain I had. I was put on a six month wait list to even get to see him, and its 40 miles one way to his office from my house.Yes, sometimes there is a wait at the office. I dont mind because I know what he and Dr Kimberly are doing. They are giving each patient they see as much time as the patient needs. Neither one of these doctors run from complex problems. They both take the time to listen to their patient talk and then the spend time explaining things to the patient and help them find the best treatment for the problem. Both doctors are on several governmental and medical committees, and both publish articles in well known medical journals. To do any of this, they must stay current in rheumatology and other fields. They also have two beautiful children and a home life!So I dont mind waiting in the office for another patient to get the same benefits of the doctors time.I try to get an early morning appointment. I think Piedmont Rheumatology Consultants are the best and I would never want either one of them to change the way they function. The best is worth waiting for!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hayes Wilson for about 10 years. Some times the wait is long because he does take whatever time is needed with each patient and that is not always predetermined by a tight schedule. Most of the time I am called back within 15-20 mins. of my scheduled time which is great since I drive two and one -half hours to get to his office. Dr. Wilson has helped me with arthritis and fibromyagia with continued success. He also has a beautiful singing voice that makes his patients feel better! I will happily continue to travel the distance to his office.

Ive been seeing Dr. Kimberley Wilson for about 10 years now. Shes the third rheumatologist Ive seen since I got sick in 2005 and is by far the best. Wait times are extensive, but if you go in knowing youre going to be there for several hours, its not bad. The wait is so long because she literally will spend an hour with each patient. Shes extremely thorough and you always leave with a plan to address whatever issue you came in with. The downside (besides the wait) is that some of her staff is not good. Not friendly, takes forever to get back to you, clearly doesnt like their work, etc. Ive always found the contractors to be good though - bloodwork and infusion people. The other downside is that no one is really monitoring the patient portal, so dont even try to get prescriptions refilled or questions answered through that. I dont even know why they have it. All that being said, however, I love Dr. Kimberley!

I made a new patient appointment I told the secretary I have Fibromyalgia. My family and I drove 2 hours from FortBenning Ga. Dr. Manchua waited until we got there to tell us she doesnt treat Fibromyalgia patients!! How inconsiderate! I never experienced such rude and unprofessional behaviour! Please avoid this office

I am currently sitting in the parking lot waiting on my grandmother. She had an appointment scheduled at 10:30 and it is 2:10 and she hasnt even seen the doctor yet. Whats the point of even making an appointment if theyre not going to see you until 4 hours later??? They have some serious scheduling issues. This is ridiculous.
