Today I had my first visit with Dr. Brown-Saddler and she was AMAZING!!! From the moment I entered the office, I was greeted with smiling faces. The receptionists were very caring and it was clear that they were respectful of my time. I was quickly taken to the back by the nurse (Lisa). Lisa was also very personable and made me feel comfortable. When Dr. Brown-Saddler came in, I felt like I was talking to a long-time friend. She was calm and caring. She told me about all of my options and made my physical a breeze. Her bedside manner was phenomenal and I am actually looking forward to my follow up visit. Her honesty and bubbly personality was very refreshing. She truly embodies the Piedmont Promise.

Dr. B is the best primary doctor i have ever had. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, caring, extremely professional, yet like an old friend. I have recommended her and will continue recommending her to orher people. She is tops in my and my neighbors book.

My experience at Dr.Brown-Saddlers office was GREAT! The office staff has excellent customer service, they really care about how you feel and they know how to treat you with a famliy feeling.
