Dr Zertuche is the best - I am so grateful to have found her and PWH. She is incredibly kind, patient, caring, and does such a great job walking you through any exam or procedure. The nurses are all very kind as well, and Jarvis at the front desk is the sweetest. The couple of times I’ve had an after hours issue, the doctor on call has been super responsive and has always left me feeling assured I’m getting the proper care. Great practice full of great people!

I saw Dr. Zertuche for the first time in March 2021 after being referred to her by my primary care physician. It was my first pregnancy, and although at the time I saw her, I was in active miscarriage without knowing, Dr. Zertuche was extremely kind, patient, professional, understanding, warm, caring and truly compassionate towards me. I felt really really comfortable with her and I will recommended her without any hesitation. Even though the practice is located far from where I live, I do plan to see her again the next time I get pregnant and continue to see her beyond that. The best way I can describe this awesome doctor is that....she has a very beautiful and caring heart, soul and personality. Terrible service and very rude staff, especially the front desk assistant Dee. She is very inconsiderate and quite rude. I have three little kids and I drove 40 minutes to my appointment to see Dr. Szabo. Dee refused for me to see the doctor even when I begged and pleased that I drove 40 minutes to the appointment. She turned me back and refused me seeing my doctor. I was quite in shock about how unsympathetic one can be, especially seeing that I have been a patient at the clinic for 8 years. I delivered all three of my kids there. Dee is extremely unprofessional and needs to be fired. The other assistants are a lot more pleasant and more professional than she is. It is a nightmare whenever she is at the front desk. They need to let that woman go. She does not represent anything that the clinic stands for.

I do not feel like the doctor listened to my concerns at all and it was rushed. Birth control is not the cure all for hormone imbalances and thats is exactly what the doctor pushed. Do not recommend them if you want to get to the bottom of your root issue.

I’m not sure what the rest of these reviews are about, or if maybe they’ve changed staff since those reviews, but the staff here are very pleasant and helpful. The nurses are excellent, and Dr Zertuche is an amazing person and doctor. Everyone there gives the office a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I’ve had IUDs twice removed and put in, and Nexplanon put in as well. This place is an excellent practice and I can’t recommend highly enough.

Dr. Adams is wonderful and the location in Midtown is efficient and front staff is friendly/helpful.

The front desk/ receptionist workers are so rude I was actually happy they stopped taking my insurance & I switched. The first time I thought maybe they had a bad day, but each time it was the same & multiple workers. Even when you’d call they were so rude. I dreaded calling or going there. The doctors & nurses were nice & very Helpful though. They did leave out a lot of blood work they were suppose to do though I learned when switching doctors.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Dr. Zertuche is the best gynecologist I’ve ever had. She is gentle, she walks you through everything she is doing, and she meets any needs you have. Her and her team were so nice and they made my entire experience as pain free as possible. I’m so glad that I was able to get in at this office. Highly highly recommend.

I have only positive things to say about that office. Appointments and care are very well organized, I never got out late . Everyone at front desk, on the phone and in the offices is very warm, nice and efficient . Dr Szabo did an amazing job for my delivery and Dr Zertuche, who followed my pregnancy,was always attentive, professionnal and so nice. All my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner and I would not go anywhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would. Lets begin with Donna at the back desk she lost my medical records release form. Im consider a high risk pregnancy and needed notes from my previous doctor. I literally had been waiting for 6 weeks only to find out the form was never sent. On Tuesday I was called stating I needed to rush to the office. When I get there no one knew why I needed to come in. Shante she is my doctors medical assistant could care less about anything I had going on. She is only there for her check on Fridays. I then saw another MA who could care less and didnt know why I was in the office. You could tell she either trying to hurry up and get me out of her face. They had a on called retired doctor see me by the name of Carrol Cook. When I tried expressing my concerns with her she laughed in my face and stated how she did not care. She then told me she is retired and I need to express my concerns with my actual doctor who was not there. She then continued to cut me off and would not listen to anything I had to say. She argued with me that it was not her staff fault that my medical released form was lost. She stated you work for an office so you know how it is we would never lose any of the patients papers. I left out the office crying! I tried to speak with the manager but she is on medical leave. Remember the other MA that I saw. I seen her in the hallway today she asked me how my visit went but she was on being nosy she really didnt care about my well being at all. This office is a joke and you or your baby will die if left in the hands of the staff. ZERO STARS

I used to go here often for one doctor in particular. If I had to review based on him and not todays experience, this place would get 5 stars. The office is poorly managed and highly disorganized. I made my appointment two days ago and specifically requested today which I got. When I arrived, they claimed my appt. was not until next week, that my primary is a doctor Ive neither seen nor ever heard of, and then said I had to come back next week. Not happening! We drove two hours! The new paperwork they require is absolutely ridiculous with some questions asked, and charging per form filled if you dont pay a15 dollar annual fee? Form fees are 20 bucks each! Who does that! The person I ended up seeing was nice enough but so rough with me that I will not be going back here as I have a lot of problems and am still in pain two hours later. Not to mention the terrible disorganization of office staff and scheduling.

If this review was based on the doctors only, it would be 5 star. They are great. The billing department not so much. Just got a letter saying the account was seriously past due and this is the first bill we have received. This is not the first time I have had trouble with the billing department. Just be aware you are going to have some headaches. But the doctors are great!

The staff at 100-B is so reassuring and kind!

I have been a patient of Dr. Adams for about 3.5 years now. She delivered my 2 children during that time and is professional, personal, and considerate. When pregnant, you see the other docs as well, and Ive had some good interactions with Drs. Khan and Zertuche, the latter of which I saw most recently. I hate that the bad reviews focus on the front staff, when the physicians and nurses provide excellent care.

I was surprised to read the other negative reviews. This practice is wonderful. I go for routine preventive care, not pregnant, so I can only speak to that. I see one of the PAs and am able to get in fairly quickly (w/in a month for a new patient appt), they call back quickly, I got all of my results within 3 days (one by phone, rest available online)- great medical practice.

Youll get an appointment quickly and the doctor will be nice and thorough but dont ever expect a followup or to get your results unless you harass them and spend a bunch of time being transferred on the phone back and forth between the front desk and the nurses stations. Its been three months and I still have never received lab results.

This is the worst place I have ever experinced. I made an appointment with a doctor and when I went there, I realized they have changed my appointment to a physician for consulting. They wasted my time. People who are working there are not responsible and do not care about patients time.

I went here only to find out they didnt take my insurance. I asked them on the phone if they took it when I made the appointment, and they said yes. Then when Im there, they say oh we dont take this specific one. If you know there is one type that you dont take, you should probably say that on the phone when someone makes the appointment so that they dont take off work and waste their time going there. Also, the front desk girl who handled my stuff was rude from the second I walked in.

Well I all I can say is if your front desk lacks customer service your doctors probably do too. I cant imagine trying to deal with the front office after you become a patient.
