Terrible. Worked 2 weeks with Eric Harris. I was looking for a 3 month short term Health Ins policy to tie me over until 1st of year . All seemed to go well and was provided info on policy as well as add one. It got down to signing and he told me would be approved due to diabetes. Onto next one was advised of bridge policy. Again Was told would be immediate coverage once signed and payment recs. After reading I saw application had to be sent into underwriters before payment given opposite of what agent telling me. So I answered questions over phone as form wasnt completeable online and waited several days . After sending him text asking status he text me saying I had to manually fill out application answering same questions and sign form. I am 64 year old retired woman. I do not have a printer but told him I may be able to have a relative print out for me to sign and fax back. That didnt work out, and broker Eric Harris said thats all he could do as that carrier didnt have doc u sign or other electronic means. Im asking him why he couldnt have sent overnight or to find a way to get it to me. Im tired of it. 2 weeks with nothing ! I definitely do not recommend .
