We always love our visits here. The only reason there are not five stars here is to reflect how difficult it was getting in touch with them for a reservation. They werent answering the phones so that I could confirm hours and availability and then when I left a message not once but twice over the span of a week and a half no one ever responded to that voicemail. Luckily I kept trying and did get someone and got our reservations and we had a lovely experience as always.

This was my first and last time at this place. I felt uncomfortable while the guy was massaging me. It seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. It just seemed like he was trying to punch out my knots instead of truly massaging them out. I felt more knots on my back and super stressed out when I left. ALSO, the biggest thing I was uncomfortable with was with HIM. He was not being careful with my sheet. I thought he was new at this so I had to adjust it when I felt like certain areas were super exposed. But when it came time to move to my back he lifted my sheet up (completely off of me) and said “flip over”. I was very exposed and wanted it to be over. I’ve been to enough massage places to know that is not how you treat a female client. I feel gross for even paying. I told the receptionist and she said would pass it along to the manager. This is very much the worst and traumatic experience I’ve had.

My sis has been going here for a while. I bought her a few gift cards to this place over the years because she loved it - till today. Despite being closed due to the pandemic, they wouldn’t accept one of the gift cards (not like she could go). On top of that, it is her bday and the lady at the desk was extremely rude - even ripped up the gift card so she couldn’t prove it wasn’t expired. Unprofessional and unethical business practices - beware.

Appointment was at 4 was told to get there 10 min early did that; my husband and I got a 30 min reflexology only lasted for 15 minutes before taking him back for his hour massage. After my 18 min reflexology I opted out for the other services. Paid for our services while my husband finished his hour massage or maybe more like 40 minutes lol,, smh. The young lady at the desk was not courteous whatsoever...extremely rude with an attitude from the beginning...we will never return to this establishment for half working ethics and service. Poor poor services. Not worth a penny... please beware!!!!

You can combine services, which are all reasonably priced, and get a great massage every time. The one hour full body is my weekly staple and every therapist is equally good.

Best massage if you really want deep tissue massage! No wimps allowed! This was the best deep tissue massage I have ever had done! Really fixed my lower back issues I was having. Expect to be sore the next day and drink loads of water afterwards! Andy was my masseuse and was fabulous!!!

Came midday with two friends and they weren’t able to accommodate three foot massages at once, which was the only reason in coming together. However, after a wait, we had ours done and it was so-so. The ladies were sweet, but they seemed to be rushing and I’ve had other food massages that left me feeling like I was floating in clouds for days. I can’t say the same for this experience.

Crooks. This place is a joke. I paid them $95 for a gift massage for my wife. When she went to redeem it, granted over a year later, they said it was expired. I want my money back or you fulfill the service for the money I paid you.

Amazing! What a gem of a place. I walked in with a headache and a stiff neck and both were gone when I left. I had the 30 minute foot and 30 minute body massages. I asked my masseuse to use firm pressure and he delivered! I usually ask for firm pressure and never quite get what Im looking for, but Sky attacked my sore and stiff knots with the perfect amount a pressure.The only thing Im upset about is that it took me so long to visit this place after living by it for years! I will be back soon! Also, on Wednesdays they offer great specials and their prices are very reasonable. Call first to book an appointment. I cant wait for my next visit!

Perfect for my sensitive feet.This foot spa feels a little cleaner and nicer than many that Ive visited. I stopped by here on a date. We both got the hour-long treatment with foot massage followed by neck and shoulder work. I have sensitive feet and was ready to kick someone who treated them roughly.The foot guy was great about asking me if the pressure was good. In fact, it was always good. He seem to know how to find the sensitive spots and work around them in a way that made my feet feel great without hurting me. It was a nice touch that they wore a mask when he worked around my head and shoulders.The work felt good but also seemed to really help with the usual cramping and foot pain that I have at night.Even with a generous tip, it was a very affordable hour. Well played by my date, although I may run away with the foot guy.

What an experience!!!! I am new to the area and found Gen on Yelp. She provides a professional and customer service friendly service. Never have I had a massage as good as this. Her massages are better than going to a Chiropractor. She is very skilled and has the expertise to deal with problem areas as well as offer you the tranquility of her facility. I have gone a few times to get a foot massage. I always leave feeling better. After walking 30 miles for a breast cancer event this weekend, my whole body ached: feet, calves, thighs, lower back and shoulders. My body was in knots. It hurt to move. It hurt more of I didnt move. I called Jiao for a foot massage. While on the phone, I noticed that they offered full body massages too. I had no idea that they offered. Even better, I was able to get in the same day!My therapist was Ken. He was awesome! He worked out every knot in my body. I was tender in places, but he still worked out the knots. I could actually walk out with no pain or stiff muscles. Im definitely going back for more massages and will be asking for Ken.

Im not a big fan of massages myself, but my fiancee, a nurse loves massages. So weve been trying various places around Atlanta to get her a good massage to return to every month.We think we found it. I enjoyed my massage and she loved it. Her feet kill her after 12 hour rotations, but they felt amazing after these guys finished. Extremely rude person on the phone. Scheduled an appointment for 11:00 am called up to reschedule at 10:30 am no one answers and since I know they open at 11 I thought I would try again in sometime. Second time this lady answers who is barely understandable and she goes like I can reschedule for you this time but next time we will charge you if you dont show up on our scheduled time. Either these guys are doing too well that they forget how to treat their customers or they are generally like this. There are far too many way better alternatives available in the Atlanta area.

This is probably one of the few places I will drive out of my way to receive a massage and it is so worth it. I drive here all the way from Snellville so that should tell you a lot . The customer service is impeccable the atmosphere is Serene and they do an awesome job on your feet and body so far Ive been here three times and its been consistent so I decided to write a review for people who are wondering what kind of service they provide. One pointer I will give you all is that you have to be on time if youre 5 minutes late you have just lost 5 minutes out of your service Etc they are very strict about time in which has its pros and cons but also proves their professionalism. Will be coming back for sure.

I’ve been using this place for my reflexology needs now for several years. I’ve taken several friends and they’ve all left extremely relaxed and coming back for more. For the most part you will have to call ahead to book an apt. Walk ins for this place rarely happen due to how popular they are. For reflexology services (only one I use, but they have others from massages to chair massage etc) you can get a 30 min or hour massage.When you walk in it’s a small office upfront, but the employee(s) are always very helpful in getting you checked in and if u booked an apt, 95% time you will be walked back to your chair on time.When walking back to your recliner, the atmosphere is very relaxing with lights down really low and light music playing. You get set up in a recliner that’s REALLY comfortable with two pillows and a plush blanket that they cover you with. All the chairs are sectioned off in two’s with drapes. So if you’re solo most likely will end up with someone next to u that u don’t know. I’d recommend going with a friend. I also think on Wednesday’s if you bring someone else with you, both y’all will get a discount.After sitting down and taking your socks and shoes off, an employee will bring you a wood basket with a liner and warm water for you to put your feet in. They’ll then ask if you want water or tea to drink. You’ll leave your feet in water anywhere between 10-15 mins (it helps kill all bacteria/smells). The employee will then come, dry your feet off and then ask what kind of pressure you want (easy/medium(I like medium)/hard).From this point, they work on each foot and lower leg/calf for about 15 mins each totaling 30 for both feet. They hit all the pressure points on your feet and lower legs it’s amazing. Now remember earlier you sat in hot water for about 10-15 mins, which leaves you at this point about 15 mins left of your hour.They then wipe off any lotion excess and let your feet relax covered up in a towel while they go and wash their hands. They’ll come back and ask if it’s ok to touch/massage your face?. For me I’m a guy, so ladies with makeup be warned. They’ll massage your face and all the pressure points as well as your head. They’ll then work their way down to your neck and massage some of your shoulders. Last, but not least they’ll work out briefly your forearms/hands then pat down your quads finishing out the last 15 mins of your hour.They say a lot of nerve endings and such are at the end of your feet. I am usually more relaxed from this foot/half body massage then I am from a full table massage. Something about the anatomy and nerves ending at the feet make it feeling all fantastic. You get all this for around ($40) or so, don’t quote me, but it’s in general area of pricing for and the foot massage. Highly recommend!

I go EVERY Monday at 11 am. All of the men are excellent massage therapist and have that thing. Michael or Steven are my go to, but they all are amazing at what they do. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

People who says awful or painful, because you NEVER know what is real Asian massage! DO NOT come over and think about oil massage which is soft and smooth, here is NOT. However, this massage will make you feel so much better after the pain. I highly recommend people come here IF you had some experiences about this kind of massage, otherwise, just get a oil massage at some other place.

Sorry place, workers run their mouths talking and not focused on the customer. The guy was trying to do my massage in the feet massage chair as if I didnt pay for a nice comfortable massage, he was sticking his hands down my shirt stretching it out, dirty hands touching me all in my face then the lady at counter told me it was nothing she could do about that,,, really??? I will never step foot back there!!!

I doubt that their people are certified or even know what they are doing. Elbowing me in one spot for over 10 min straight does not help back pain. It only makes it worse. Definitely not a deep tissue massage, which is what I was paying for.

I rate them strong 5 Star Review, I have visited a fair share of reflexology spots.... the location, atmosphere ,decorum, comfort and MOSTLY the experienced staff that work so fluidly together are aww-sum.. I wont bash other spots, just to uplift Jiao...but I know a great massage, modalities and levels of service and you are getting so much BANG for your BUCK here.... they have tha magic.

Attemoted to vist for first time on 6/14/19..When I walked in there was a lady who was about leave after being serviced.The white male finished with her and never looked back up to acknowlege me...When he did he asked in a rude tone Do you have an appt? and I stated No I because I thought you took walk ins..He said that they do but there was no availability ( Idont feel that was true) but anyway he said he had a 3 oclock opening however, I was already turned off by theapparent ignoring of my presence and his rudeness soI took my precious time and giod money to Ponce Foot Spa and was treated nice...Maybe the employees of this business should shadow the Ponce for a day.

Not usually my thing to write a review but felt compelled to share. Gift certificates (yes, paid in full) expire after a year. I have absolutely no understanding of how a business can justify accepting payment and not thereafter rendering the service that has already been paid for. A gift certificate should not expire, ever. It may not be criminal but it is most definitely bad business. Seems they have replaced their Zen with $$en. Boo.

Inconsistent, unfortunately. People have fallen asleep on me, and Ive had to jostle my feet to wake them in the middle of the massage. Ive also had really good experiences, too. Also, others seem to use cell phones, which ruins the atmosphere, and they dont really monitor this.

Wonderful experience! I was very impressed with the ambiance and how quiet they were in here! You are sitting in the a dim room, with others (seperated by nice curtain) and it is sooo relaxing and comfortable! I paid $35 for an hour foot reflexology session, that included neck and shoulder work (about 15mins) I am also a massage therapist for 10 years and was incredibly impressed with the whole experience!!!!

Had 60min. Foot. This seems like a very unsafe practice. Treatment was super harsh with no checking in. He kept scolding me to relax - when that should have been his cue that youre doing something that is making me tense and apprehensive. Also, the foot massage apparently included face, neck, & shoulders at the end. I did not want someone literally running their hands over my actual face. Thats acne waiting to happen. I walked out feeling more sore than before, with my neck out of whack, & with my ankles having that swollen after hiking long distance feeling. It is one hundred percent worth it to pay extra at a nice place - I highly doubt the guy who worked on me had any training whatsoever. I felt terrible, but couldnt bring myself to tip.

WAS ADVISED TO SUE THIS BUSINESS FOR ABUSE AND NEGLIGENCE.My girlfriend took me here for a Birthday massage, and were were excited because the place had many great reviews.As the massage therapist came out, he was very upset about something as he was discussing something with his co-worker (who was attending to my girlfriend).As he was massaging my leg I complained to the massage therapist that he was applying too much pressure and his nails were digging into my skin, he stopped, looked at me ill-tempered. After he grabbed my leg abruptly and dug his finger into my calves. I complained with an abrupt What the f***. The hostess said we didnt have to pay and we left.When I got home I got a good look at the Bruise he left.I will be hiring an attorney to contact the owner of this establishment. This is my personal experience, but I figured I would share it you all as well.
