They are boot leg and not sanitary several of their employees dont have license

Called in asked for a price of a wash and set. The lady just gave someone else the phone. The new lady tells me it’s 45. I wish the first woman would have told me ,she was transferring me. Just bad customer service. Black businesses have to do better. I did get my hair done here.

I like my hair.Came in from out of town. Needed hair done. Everywhere else in the vicinity a sew in ranged from $50 to $100 if you had your hair and you washes before...I hear this lady quoting her prices as folks called and she would quote everyone between $50 -$100. We talk and she learns Im from out of town..My fault for not asking before...when I got done she said $150. AYFKMFOR THAT PRICE SHE SHOULD HAVE WASHED, CONDITIONED AND PROVIDED THE HAIR...I pay salons that price at home for full service. She had the nerve to give me her card..her name is Nita

If they going to talk they need to know how to finish people hair in good timing.

They have everything a woman wants. You can get your hair done, nails, feet and your make up all in one. They have you feeling like you at home. I was comfortable that i got to know my new styles in the 45 minutes that i was in the chair. Thank you Kieran LovenHair Hudson. I will be returning to get my hair done again. Satisfied customer.

Has a welcoming environment when the new manager is not there blasting gospel music.

Cleopatra i knew nothing about i was visiting Atlanta from kentucky bt, desperately needed my hair done.. Walking through greenbrier mall i glanced over and seen a semi busy hairsalon..i had discussed with a stlyist named neicey what i was looking for and because she was available she got right to it.. I settled for a cut ,perm and semi color.. Which i loved ! No complaints with her work because she did a excellent job. A bit pricey but considering im from a smaller city i took that in consideration.. I paid 135 for perm cut and color the i had no choice bt, to pay thts why i rated 3 stars bt, overall i enjoyed my experience at salon and in atlanta period. If i return Neicey at Cleopatra is who i would see!!

Worse business practices and customer service ever coupled with two male employees becoming physical with me in an effort to preclude the assistance and advisement of the malls security detail. Breached service agreement by agreeing to complete two services then arbitrarily deciding not to from manager who acknowledged he agreed to perform the two services, albeit says he agrees to anything and laughs without remorse. Discussed with two additional employees who declined as well stating come back tomorrow. When advised I was unable to return tomorrow and pointed out a patron next to me arriving the same time as I had was just beginning her second service, therefore they were able to honor their word. Continuing to state they were closed this business remained open over an hour after stating they were closed with same patron leaving with two completed services approximately 30 minutes later. If you care to be disrespected, lied to, receive incomplete services, with extremely poor customer service coupled with physical assault when seeking intervention, Cleopatra nails is the salon for you. Both police and mall security engaged, pending resolution. Again, all based on breach of services and a cavalier disregard for inconveniencing and disrespecting patrons. Better business Bureau and consumer affairs agency will also be notified. Mall closes at 6p, business still open at 7:30p when i left, with customers still being serviced and mall security complaining that they should not still be there. I am a 41 year old professional African American woman who does not want this to happen to anyone else and who also wants this business to respect our community and its patrons by acting in good faith, to include with honor and respect. Not only will I never frequent this establishment again, I will no longer spend money in Greenbrier mall based on the ability of mall security to hold its vendors accountable to standards of decency and its own code of conduct, which precludes physical contact of any kind. It is clear why the reputation of this mall and its patrons is so poor. It is uncivilized and aggressive replete with unconscionable and blatant disregard for individual rights and fair business practices. Thank God for a great husband who came to my rescue so I was not left to the wolves. It is my hope that this does not happen to anyone else based on this review. Kind regards and best wishes...
