Not even a year later & Ive been told by multiple medical spa professionals how uneven & unsymmetrical my micro bladed eyebrows are. I’m now at the point where I’m scheduling laser removal so that I can start over & achieve better results. Be careful who you choose for this type of procedure. I wish I would have scheduled more consultations with higher quality professionals.

I took a 3 day, 1 on 1 class with Anij for microblading and ombré shading. I learned SO MUCH in 3 days and feel fully prepared to start taking clients after I practice some more. I left with so much knowledge. She’s very thorough and really very good at explaining every detail and answering any questions I had. She’s made sure to let me know my training didn’t just end with the class and she’s even checked in to make sure any questions I might have could be answered. Not only did I leave with enough knowledge to begin a career but I also left with an incredible starter kit that sets you up to begin taking clients and not hardly needing to purchase anything. The course is well worth it and I can’t recommend ATL Microblading and Beauty Bar and Anij enough!

I originally included comments that accompanied my rating but removed them because I felt badly about impacting a minority owned small business, but since Dr Lara (PhD not MD) decided to post this negativity and completely twist the truth, and after reading additional negative customer comments that align with my experience, and Lara’s cut and paste response that takes no accountability, I decided to add back the commentary to support my rating. Yes, I did go to Lara over 3 years ago (2017) as she stated. I have never done any type of beauty “enhancement” but when my eyebrows stopped growing back in I was quite bothered and didn’t know what to do. I was introduced to microblading and picked Lara specifically because of her ratings. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit because she was extremely pleasant. It took her 3 sessions with me, when typically it takes 2 sessions. When I left, I did tell her I liked my eyebrows, but that’s because she told me they’d fade and take shape in a few weeks. I didn’t actually like what was up there but was happy I had “eyebrows” again, and looked forward to them taking shape as Lara mentioned. Well, they didn’t and I grew to hate them and found myself staring at everyone’s eyebrows I came into contact with. I didn’t trust doing microblading again so after they partially faded, I used what remained to draw and shape them myself, something I am not very skilled at doing. I eventually mustered up the nerve to have a consultation with someone. When the consultant walked in, she gasped as if she wanted to clutch her pearls. How embarrassed I felt. She told me she wouldn’t touch my eyebrows until I had what was up there laser removed. I left her office frustrated and went back to drawing them in. I was really bothered about the consultant’s response to my eyebrows and how they looked period because of what Lara had done so yes 3 years later I gave her a negative review about my “journey to brow perfection” as she refers to it. Why she is focused on how long ago I received the service is beyond me, but at that time she immediately called me to inquire about the rating. I told her that I put the rating on her site because I had sent a message and no one responded to me and I felt ignored. She explained that she was on maternity leave and her business had been temporarily closed. She went on to say that she was “better now” and we agreed that I would come in for a consultation. That is all we discussed, no free services, just that she would take a look. I scheduled the appointment but kept thinking about the comment that she is “better now” and just couldn’t trust going back to her for anything. In July (2021) I got a reliable referral from a colleague and planned to only go for a consultation. When I went to my appointment, the consultant walked in and immediately said, “Who did this mess to you?” I sat there with tears in my eyes. She informed me, just as the other consultant did, that Lara had gone too deep. After a quite extensive and impressive consultation with this former engineer turned esthetician, I was optimistic about having my eyebrows corrected so I scheduled with her and paid $1,000 for the correction. Her precision was on point, and the certificates she’s received to perfect her craft (not a PHD) covered her wall. It is when I left that appointment that I gave Lara a negative (2 stars) rating. No comments, just the rating. She responded by repeatedly texting me about how disappointed she was that I gave the rating and how she saw it differently. I finally had to tell her not contact me anymore because it was borderline harassment. Lara is more concerned with tearing down her customers than taking the feedback and growing from it. After all, feedback is a gift. The nerve of her to say that I wanted free services when I paid $1,000 for a correction. What I wanted was an expert and certainly not someone who cannot accept that she has done less than stellar work. If you choose to use her, enter at your own risk! Lara is AMAZING! I have been to others for service, but she is the best. She took her time explaining the procedures so I knew exactly what was happening and the results were fantastic! I definitely recommend Lara!

Aja did a nice job. However, to no fault of hers during the follow up visit there were 5 interruptions to my application. I was concerned it wouldn’t turn out as desired, and it did not. My left brow is noticeable lighter or not as densely colored as my right. I still have to fill it in. This is upsetting. I still gave 4 stars because like I mentioned the interruptions were not really her fault, she was there alone when maintenance constantly came in for instructions on repairs.

So my eyebrows are now completely healed and I honestly couldn’t be happier. I was so nervous about getting my eyebrows done, but Anij was so patient and kind to me. She didn’t rush and was super gentle. I will definitely be coming again because I keep on getting compliments lol. Totally worth it!

It took years before I finally took the plunge to get my brows done. I’ve watched an endless number of microblading videos then cancelled and/or moved my appointment several times before I just went for it. And I vetted at least 10 places before settling on ATL microblading but I’m so very glad I chose them! Overall, it wasn’t too painful but you will definitely feel the machine working it’s magic! It’s such a great feeling waking up to perfectly groomed & arched brows every single day. The difference is astonishing and Anij Tweet did not disappoint me. Also, please know that finding parking can be a challenge even though there’s valet available. But overall, I’m an extremely happy customer!!!

So I visited them to have microshading done..however while I was there I was told about their referral service which to make a long story short I referred my sister who came to get microshading done and was told My referral would reflect whatever service she got ..well she had microshading as well which cost almost 500$ ..I never received a referral discount ..return or anything the owner personally told me she would send it the same day I spoke with her she never did..also I tried to reschedule my second appointment and they had charged my card the entire amount anyway ..and told me that they didnt use the service that was sending me messages to confirm or change appointments however she did reschedule me and I told her we could just keep the money and give me a new appointment they did..however now they have my full payment and I never received an referral discount..they are very unprofessional as it regards money for services and referral discounts

Anij Nicole did an amazing job! she made me feel super comfortable and made sure my pain stayed at a minimum while having my eyebrows microbladed. She also followed up with me a few days after to make sure everything healed properly. she was very talented and proficient! i loved my experience and will definitely be going back for my touch ups. thank you ATL microblading!!!

Sooooo, dont do it! My brows are 2 different shapes, colors, size and they are UNEVEN! Im currently getting saline removal(picture added). The artist Im working with now was flabbergasted! When your gut says no, trust it! They are UNEVEN

I went to ATL Microblading, thinking that, because Lara said she was a doctor, I would be treated professionally and fairly. I also was prepared to pay more ($400, plus $35 for consultation) to ensure that the job was done safely and aesthetically pleasing to me. However, I was rushed out of there because she had her next appointment, and one brow was only halfway done, with a clear gap between two lines on the end that did not taper off and was not filled in. I pointed it out to her and she brushed me off and told me that it would have to be done at the follow-up. She did not apologize to me, and did not seem to care that I would be seen like this to everyone, including family and friends, even after I had told her prior to this that I was traveling soon and that I wanted my brows to look good. She instead told me that I would have to come back after my trip to fix it at the follow-up, even after I asked her if I could come back the next day for her to fix my brows. Not to mention, the follow-up would be another payment of over $150. I feel Lara is manipulative with her customers and will push them out the door, with an incomplete job, in order to force them to come back to pay a mandatory follow-up fee, in addition to the already previously- paid $435; thereby accumulating a total of almost $600 to get your microblading done. Not only that, she told me she would match the color of my eyebrow pencil, and she instead used a very dark brown. I was EXTREMELY disappointed and dissatisfied with her service and felt compelled to let other women know what to expect should they think of even letting her touch their brows. BUYER BEWARE!!

I’ve been wanting to get microblading done for a while and finally got it done today. ANIJ NICOLE is so great at her craft and her compassion for micro blading shows through her work!! She did an amazing job and made me feel comfortable the whole way through. I can’t wait to come back for my follow up appointment to see the complete look. I have to admit that I felt a little nervous when Dr. Lara showed me my brows after my first ever microblading appointment. I have fair skin and I am used to sparse brows - it took a few days to get over the initial shock of seeing the harsh contrast of my jet black microbladed brows against my fair skin. But let me tell you... Im several days into healing and they look absolutely beautiful now! They faded just like she told me they would. She definitely knew what she was doing when she guided me in picking a color. Dr. Lara is not only professional, but extremely talented at her craft. You truly need to trust the process. Dr. Lara will make you look your best. I cant wait to see how my brows look when they are fully healed!

Had a good experience here with microblading -- although its definitely a bit painful (not gonna lie), Dr Lara does a good job at keeping you calm through the process. I went to see Dr. Lara at ATL Microblading and was blown away by the service, knowledge, and professionalism. Of course, you would expect all of that from any business you go to, but these days people seem to have forgotten that. Not Dr. Lara. Even and especially in times of a global pandemic, Dr. Lara took every necessary precaution to ensure neither she nor I accidentally transmitted anything to one another. Aside from that, she was very meticulous in her explanation of her processes (I was there for fine line lasering, among other things), the timelines, and what all to expect. Despite having not experienced, them all, I can and do highly recommend people to go in for a consult. Youll leave...with fewer dollars in your pockets...but itll definitely be worth it!

I had the opportunity to attend one of Laras Lash Tech Trainings and it was great! I loved how thorough Lara was when going through the theory and background of lashes. She was also very patient, hands-on, and helpful during the live model portion of the training. I received a full lash kit with practice lashes and glue to practice on my mannequin at home after the training. You also have access to Lara even after the training if you have any questions or want her to review your practice work. If youre looking for a lash training, I highly recommend ATL Microblading with Lara.

I called to inquire about Microblading because of there high ratings. I spoke with the receptionist Jenna who was very nice. I told her I was interested in microblading but I have a few concerns. She advised me to go with eyebrow tinting first, to makesure microblading is a good fit for me. I booked the reservation based on the information given to me. When I got to the location, I met with Laura who appeared friendly and she gave me alot of useful information about eyebrow tinting. She told me there are two types of tinting. Eyebrow tinting and skin tinting. At that moment, I felt overwhelmed and misinformed. I asked Laura, if I could think about it because it was alot of information to processed and I felt misguided from over the phone. Laura became frustrated and told me that I wasnt misinformed and its my responsibility to do the research upon arrival, however; this maybe true but youre the professional not me. She told me I needed to make a decision because she has other clients.. I can definitely say, I will not be coming back.

OMG... I have eyebrows!!! I have alopecia totalis and as a result lost all of my hair and my eyebrows.. Lara brought my brows back.. That studio was very clean and it smells good too. Lara is the face of pure professionalism on every level. Every step, question or concern was answered.. I love my results. I promise to post pics once step two is complete..

- I recently took Lara’s Microblding Certification course, and I absolutely loved it! She really went in depth with all the information I needed to know in order to become an awesome microblader like herself. She took her time and did not get frustrated with me. I appreciate really appreciate her for that! If you are thinking about taking this course I would definitely say do it!!- I have been shadowing Lara for a few weeks now just to get a feel of how the process of microblading takes place. While knowing the fundamentals from her certification course I took previously, I am still learning new things under her. She has been helping me get on the right track with microblading to start my own business. I totally recommend shadowing under her if you are looking to do the same!
