THIS TRULY A GRASSROOTS ORGANIZATION THAT HAS 1 OBJECTIVE, TO LIBERATE THE OPPRESSED NOT ONLY IN THE ATLANTA AREA BUT INTERNATIONALLY! KAMAU WHO IS THE FOUNDER OF THE ORGANIZATION IS VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION. HIS DEDICATION, FOCUS, AND HIS LOVE FOR ACTIVISM IS WHAT DRIVES HIM TO CONTINUE TEACHING OTHERS THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING APART OF AN ORGANIZATION THAT IS ONLY FOCUSED ON TRULY CHANGING THE TRAJECTORY AND PLIGHT OF BLACK AND BROWN PEOPLE. IF YOURE SEARCHING FOR A PLACE THATS MAKING REAL STRIDES FOR CHANGE, THEN COMMUNITY MOVEMENT BUILDERS IS THAT PLACE. PEACE AND POWER!!

They have a community garden, a summer farmers market and produce co-op, host a youth rites of passage program called Siafu Youth, house an independent community home school called Anna Julia Cooper Learning and Liberation Center, and have an on-goung Stop Gentrification program. Great outlet for those looking to participate in substantial, tangible, and sustainable community service, activism, and organizing.

The Philosophy and Foundation that the Organization is built on is commendable.

Great organization! Only one problem; I ordered a product on 6/05/20 as a birthday gift. Still have not received it. I am very disappointed and want to know where my product is. They’ve cleared my check but no product. I hope this service improves.
