Our neighborhood recently had new street signs installed by Addresses of Distinction. I worked with Austin Edwards throughout the entire process, and he was always so helpful and very communicative. Patrick was the project manager and did a great job. The new signs look absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend the Estate sign system. Our signs were installed by Charles, who was so nice to talk to and did an outstanding job removing our old brittle signs, installing the new ones, and leaving everything looking perfect when he was finished. He was very knowledgeable about the requirements of sign placement; one of our old signs was in the middle of a bush too far from the street corner! It looks so much better now. A delivery truck backed into my mailbox and sheared off the bracket, leaving the mailbox on the ground. Our new homes mailbox had a door that wouldnt stay hinged and also had partially broken away from the Charleston bracket that held the box to the pole. Avenues of Distinction just completed a complicated street sign project for our HOA in which signs were replaced, added, and combined. Austin was patient and understanding through the several changes in our plans. Charles and Leroy the installers put up the signs with minimal damage to the surrounding landscape. Our homeowners are very pleased with the finished product.

UPDATE 10/28/20I want to add kudos to Addresses of Distinction for making a concerted effort to reach me through repeat phone calls and emails to follow up on the negative review (below) and make sure that I was ultimately satisfied with the work done. The customer service department agreed that I had experienced a lot of problems in getting my new mailbox but they have subsequently gone the extra mile to make sure that the mailbox was correct and now totally compliant with my HOA. I really appreciate their professionalism and sincerity.I wish I had the same positive experience as others on the site. In spite of texting photos and measurements as required, the wrong mailbox and post were installed. This is in a neighborhood where all mailboxes are required to be the same. This experience could have been avoided in several different ways. The company refuses to make appointments. Also, I was given a 20 minute notice for the install on a phone number I did not furnish, so naturally I was not home to stop the error. It took an additional 3 weeks of back-and-forth to get the right box and pole. Customer service department and installer were all polite but the whole experience of endless texts and phone calls was a total aggravation.

Had to replace a damaged bracket on my mailbox. Called A of D and in a very short time had the item ordered and paid for. Drove down to Atlanta and picked up the bracket (which took less than 2 minutes for them to retrieve). During both the phone transaction and the item pickup transaction, all involved were, friendly, helpful, and courteous. Couldnt ask for more.
