Franz-Che of Natural Creations is AWESOME!!! I dont write too many reviews, but this woman warrants one. I wish I had discovered her first before having a bad experience from another shop I went to locally in the Decatur area.I came to her after getting a botched set of locks from another loctician. I am White, and the first loctician I went to did not know how (or care to know how) to do my hair properly. I was not a happy camper. But Franz-Che took my near rats nest of thin, loose, unraveling locks (held together by rubber bands), and turned them into strong, formidable, thicker dreddies. EVEN in the BEGINNING stage (you know- skin showing at the parts, stiffness, tight) I can already see that they will grow to be probably the best of the three sets of locks I have had in my lifetime (I have done dreadlocks on and off between the ages of 28 and currently 46).Franz-Che can work with ANY texture hair, so if you are a little hesitant or nervous while shopping around for a loctician because you dont have afro-texture hair, FEAR NOT- youre in good hands. I WILL be getting future services done at Natural Creations(new growth maintenance, coloring, and repairs).Keep up the good work, Franz-Che, and thank you for cleaning up the mess left behind by someone else turning a rocky start journey into a good one.

When I say I normally just take my L when not satisfied with what I spend my money on and never try to discredit anyone’s works but, my experience with luv Locs was totally unprofessional! Don’t waste money on these low level hairstylist you’re better off going elsewhere.

I was going to try this place but the only way to contact is via text message. Wasted my time sending pictures and back and fourth text to not get a response when I ask about pricing. They are available only 3 days out the week , want me to get my own products to do my hair. Im going to take my business to a more professional place of business.

Franc-Chez is an amazing talented women! I got my locs done by her and she made them look great, and her service is amazing!

I absolutely loved when Joe did my hair but the owner is flat out terrible. When she did my hair my appointment was scheduled for 11 oclock. She didnt finish until 1:30 and my hair is short which means it shouldnt take almost 3 hours to complete. She lack professionalism. She was consistently stopping to make personal phone calls and even took a break to look on social media. She even stopped doing my hair after 2 minutes of working on it to talk on the phone and call about nonsense. When I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait endlessly because 2 people missed theirs so they apparently come first. My time wasnt valued by her at all. And she doesnt do hair as good as Joe. Make an appointment for Joe and stay away from her!

Its ok for getting your hair done, just dont get color done there, she doesnt do well when it comes to coloring and the furniture needs some sprucing up but the quality of work thats done its excellent

Franz-Che is very nice and will do whatever it takes to make sure you like your style. You feel at home and the hair wash is great

OMG I love this place. My first visit was last week and after mines, my hubby went. Both Franc Chez and Joe are AWESOME 🤩🤗😁🥰. My whole family of 5 will be there every other week for one us..Franc Chez brought my hair back to life and also took my littleone as her own. Ghana is a beast with the retwist.

On 1 December i drove to Atlanta and scheduled a lock attachment appointment ( 17 December) with the owner of natural creations salon Franz-Che Lawrence. The total cost of the service was 700 but to pay for hair creation and save my slot I had to pay a 200 deposit. I paid her in cash. She said she couldn’t write me a receipt at the moment so she texted me one. I still have all the text corespondence. She showed me some sample Locs in the store which I liked the size however the color was too light. She said she’d get me a photo of the ones she had at home. I got home and didn’t hear from her so I texted her reminding her and she didn’t respond. The next day she said she got busy....didn’t send me the photos for another week. Once she sent them the6 were too large and still the wrong color. I let he know I only liked the size we agreed on in the shop. She ap9logized and said she had some more at home she’d send them. Another four days go by and she ignores my texts so I call and she said she had the flu. She sent another phot to days later and it was still the wrong size. At this point it’s three days before my appt. I text her and asked for a refund because I felt she was not giving me the hair I paid for and took too long to respond. I was no longer comfortable with her service. She didn’t respond. So several hours later I called and she said to send her my cash app info and she would send it to me. So I did. I still never got my money. I called her and she said give her five mins....ten mins later still no money. I text her no response. Now I’m calling and she is ignoring my calls. This is the most disgusting and dishonoring salon Ive ever worked with. I want my money back.im taking her to small claims court.

Had to reschedule my first appointment for a week later. 8:45 am get to the salon and sit down for an hour while they wash and do other peoples hair. Dont book if you have no intentions of servicesing people at their appointment tines

Called a week in advance and booked an appointment online for today for my bf. We get there at 9am to find 2 ppl waiting and one in the seat. Already I knew this was gonna be a problem. So at this point it’s 9:30am and we left to go get color for his hair and before we left we were told he would be next in the car ok cool. Get back within 10 mins and someone sitting in the chair. Bf walks in and walks out and leaves. I called owner and asked why was this an issue only to be told she waiting on another stylist to come 🤦🏾‍♀️What does that have to do with us we booked for a 9am with you. All this booking online through Instagram is ridiculous and out of control. All I get is a simple sorry on the call. I drove over 40 mins to get to your establishment and this is the thanks I get. Stylist are to BIG for their own good. I am tired of supporting our people and yet getting treated as if I’m not as important. Stylist so quick to charge the client if we late but give all the excuses in the world about their time. So I guess my time is not important.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! First of all, I made a 9:30 am appt. I walk in and shes juuuust starting someone elses hair. She didnt get to me until about 11:30. Ive had my locs for 8 years and I wanted to add some color to them which required bleaching so the color would show correctly. Mind you, wed previusly discussed what I wanted to do and she said it was fine. As she started she was trying to talk me out of coloring my hair (which I later realized was because she had no idea what she was doing). Her other stylist ended up applying the bleach but had to leave so it was up to franz-che to rinse it. She then applied the color and didnt completely rinse that either. Fast forward a couple of weeks later when I washed my own hair, the water was completely red from the massive amount of color shed left in my hair. Needless to say months later some of my locs are thinning and quite a few have broken due the the continuous processing of the chemical because she did not rinse it all out. I didnt end up leaving until about 3:30/4pm.THE ABSOLUTE WORST hair salon visit I have ever encountered. Nice lady but thats about it.

My experience was quite unique, bcuz I dont have locs, but I use the Natural Creations products. I Recommend LuvLocs Spice it smells like Mango and try the LuvLocs Elixir for dry scalp simply soothing. The shop is very spiritual perfect for getting your locs refresh.

Went in to get coils not sure what I got but it was not coils my hair was greasy and sticky, my head looked a hot mess I will not be going back.
