Moxibustion therapy is amazing! I have suffered from chronic back and leg pain for years . It was difficult to walk my dog and to do daily things. I went to Dr. Bai , the treatment was great , the pain relief immediately. I always feel very cold and the air conditioner in the office is freezing every day. That definitely aggravates my symptom. The treatments were effective but the pain slowly came back. Dr. Bai was very kind and patient , she felt my pulse, checked my tongue, and palpitated all the meridians . she told me in order to get rid of the pain completely, I need to do the moxibustion therapy by myself . It will warm up my whole body , melt all the stagnation , and make the Qi and blood flow freely . I did it faithfully. After three weeks of Moxi treatment along with acupuncture ,my pain completely went away and stayed well beautifully. The best part is I feel much more energetic, at least ten years younger! Today is my sons one year old birthday . our pregnancy journey was not easy at all . Amazing treatment for my low back pain! I went to Dr. Bais office yesterday, she cure my low back pain effectively with just one needle at the beginning. Update: 4.5.2019 She refunded me the consultation fee today. I changed my review from one star to two stars. Hope she would help more people regain their health or be able to have their babies.Terrible experience! I have seen a lot of doctors but never saw a doctor as bad as she is. She is so rude and cruel. Her attitude towards the patient (at least me) is unacceptable!I went there for my constant internal pain but I was really mentally hurt by Dr. Bai. After I told her Ive already tried acupuncture many times without big improvement, she became furious and shouted at me. She asked me why I went to her clinic if I dont wanna acupuncture. I said I did not deny acupuncture but my previous acupuncture treatment was not very effective. I went to her clinic is to get holistic advice not only for acupuncture treatment. She screamed at me and said she did not want to find my root cause (which i never asked her to find for me during her consultation). Also she judged me as a crazy person who always asked around to find a cure or to alleviate the symptoms. I never imagine a doctor would say something like that to a patient! I know I have depression caused by the long term pain. But Why do I ask around and see different doctors? Because I really want to get better although there might be only a little hope. I never lose hope. Am I wrong? She is so cold blooded and judgemental.I tried to explain to her and said to her I might be able to try a acupuncture session today. She shouted at meNo, because you are not mentally ready. She asked me to leave and pay at front desk. She charged me $80 for 5-8 minutes consultation without any helpful advice. I was so angry and frustrated. I went there for help not for insults and judgement. How could she treat a patient like this? I am a Chinese and I know the Chinese medicine and the whole philosophy is to save lives and help patients not to judge or insult patients not only for making money. I know many Chinese medicine doctors try their best to comfort and encourage patients even if they make little money. Unfortunately, what she did is the opposite.

Dr. Bai is a very gifted healer. She has extensive training, and 25 years experience. My left ankle had been swollen for many years, I thought it was permanent. One treatment with Dr. Bai and the swelling was gone and has not returned.
