We were referred by our family doctor but no one from CARD will actually respond to our calls or emails. We were advised to go to their online account system only to find the login instructions didnt work. When we called their IT department they would not help--basically we were stuck in administrative hell. If youre referred here, change to another agency ASAP. Dont waste your time with these people.
