After my husband’s stint at Stanford, we needed immediate assistance in our home to ensure his safety. I contacted Senior Helpers, and Maryanne came over that very afternoon and provided us with a proposed plan and a contract. The next day, we had Senior Helpers team members at our disposal. For 3 weeks, until my husband was more independent, SH provided daytime respite and nighttime “sitters”. Maryanne herself was always available via phone any time I called with questions or concerns. Her support staff were prompt, reliable, helpful, always appropriate, well trained, and very personable. They made our 3 week recovery time a pleasure. I have no complaints and only praise for the work Senior Helpers did for us. Highly recommend their services.

From the Owners and Staff to Maryanne; who made it all happen, ( luckily I ran into her in the parking lot, she gave me her card) I called, she put it all together that afternoon, made the schedule for the Helpers to start Tuesday after the weekend as I was to leave Monday evening.Our Helpers; Vickie, Vera, Jennifer, Patricia, Shannon, have been wonderful with Helle from day one.As life would have it Helle fell in the bathroom that Tuesday morning minutes before Vickie arrived !She had not put on her Life Alert, so I only knew of the fall from the RING Camera Alert, so while talking with Helle through the camera. I called Maryanne regarding Vickies arrival time, She should be there any minute Steve as the doorbell rang.Maryanne and Vickie managed that emergency to the hospital and follow up as I was in another city.Imagine if Vickie hadnt of been scheduled?! I live two hours away, that was on the very first day.Senior Helpers is a life saver to me!Professional but personal, friendly but respectful and reasonably priced!The benefits of having Helpers? from taking Helle shopping to the stores she liked, and escorting her to the Park to feed Her Cats, to reworking schedules of her care, to the empathy, compassion and understanding of her condition and how to respond and not be offended that she has forgotten their name or why they are there; has been a God send and Blessing. For the past few years, I have had Senior Helpers maintain quality living care for my aging parents who have been faced with medical challenges that can be life changing. I work full time and I am not able to meet all the needs that arise, that have to do with their care. Seniors Helpers has been a great asset to fill this void and provide competent, caring personnel. THEY ARE ABLE TO KEEP A LINE OF COMMUNICATION OPEN WHEN SITUATIONS ARISE AND TRY VERY HARD TO MAINTAIN A LEVEL OF COMFORT FOR THEIR CLIENT.
