If you a credit union member who’s nearest branch is outside of the central coast and you are hoping to do your banking. Steer clear. This branch is rude and unhelpful and will not give you the help you need. They will make you feel less than.

Have banked with Golden1 for many years and have always been very satisfied with them. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Recently refinanced our home with them and it was a pleasant experience working with Nolan and others involved in the process.

Contrary to what Google says, this branch is closed and has been for a while. I cant get Golden1 management to let me know why they are closed, or when they plan to re-open the branch. While I was there, a number of customers pulled up and were surprised the branch was closed. It appears that Golden1 failed to notify any of its local customers of the closure (I didnt hear a thing from them about the closure). The signs in the window just say go to the Paso or SLO branch.

My father recently died and I needed to take care of some of his personal business. He died too young from some random cancer and it’s embittered me to most everything. I had the best experience with Rita Leon. Rita handled my off balanced attitude with kid gloves and I really appreciate it. When the account matters were handled Rita helped me order new checks and reset my password for online banking. I can’t thank you enough and I hope you get something special for having dealt with me.

I am not yet a member of Golden 1 Credit Union, but I received prompt, friendly service from the new accounts rep when inquiring about refinancing our house. She called their loan representative and let me speak with him directly.

I have been waiting in line for over ten minutes with two tellers open. Refusing to look at me. Or assist me. With no one in front of me and one other customer being assisted
