Who says “I had a great time at the dentist” ? Usually, no one. However, that’s what I am saying after my first visit to Brightwood Dental! The facility is easy to find, clean, and the staff is super friendly. My appointment was a breeze. Dr. Miltch has great technology that makes the appointment more interactive, and so much easier to understand. Everyone genuinely listened to my concerns and took extra care with my sensitivities. I wish i could clone Dr. Miltch, her office, and staff so everyone could enjoy the dentist a little bit more.

I cannot even begin to explain how great all my visits have been to this dental provider. From routine cleanings to major dental services, the entire staff upholds upmost customer service standards and they take the FEAR out of going to the dentist. I actually really enjoy my visits and look forward to coming in! I had another visit today to correct some cosmetic defects to my upper and lower front teeth Ive had since I can remember. I have been extremely self conscious about my smile because of these issues. I cannot believe this short, non invasive procedure corrected my issues and gave me back the confidence to smile I havent had in YEARS! I left the office feeling hopeful, and no longer felt hopeless. One of the best dentist that I’ve ever been to! All of the staff are so friendly. The dentist is also funny in addition to being nice. Procedures went well, and I felt like there was very little wait time.

The excepted me as a emergency patient. Crown fell out. After doing tooth .consulting with concluded that I needed a better fitting crown. And now I have that and Im a happy camper! Thank you everyone for your patience. See you soon for cleanings.

Absolutely loved this dentist! I get really nervous about new dentists (and I’m also very picky with who I trust with my teeth) the WHOLE office staff was so nice and professional. Especially the medical assistant and hygienist. They got me in right at my appointment time, the office was clean, and everything they were doing was explained to me. Dr Milch explained everything clearly, asked frequently if I had questions, and was so friendly! Would highly recommend.

Great experience with Dr. Milch and the intake nurse/receptionist getting set up with X-rays, images, and exam as a new patient. The hygienist was a bit rough and seemed to be going for some sort of speed record. A couple of NSAIDs required after that part of the visit.

Brightwood made room for me on short notice after I had broken a tooth. Dr. Milch and her assistants fixed me up and set me up for further work that will require a crown. The Brightwood office is very friendly and efficient and I have complete confidence in Dr. Milchs expertise. I have been a patient of hers ever since she arrived in Atascadero a few years ago. I dont think you can find better dental care on the Central coast.

I didnt really want to go to the dentist but a toothache was becoming unbearable and I needed help. In this time of pandemic and social distancing I was instructed to email a photo of my tooth to the office. Within an hour I got a call back saying the Dr. reviewed the photo and would need to do a physical exam and an appointment was set immediately. Within an hour or so I was met at my car outside the dental office by a technician and was asked to complete the usual new patient paperwork. Twenty minutes later I was in the chair getting x-rays done. Shortly thereafter Dr. Milch was asking me about my symptoms and told me the tooth would need to be extracted. She indicated they would ordinarily refer me to another practitioner for such an extraction but she recognized my need for pain relief and fit me into her schedule. A local anesthetic was used and about ten minutes later..voila...no pain! I am very happy with the result and Im very happy with the service. Dr. Milch and her staff were very pleasant to deal with and I appreciate that they politely laughed at my corny jokes. It was a great experience.

This was my second time going here. And both experiences have been amazing. First appointment I just a a regular cleaning and the second I got my wisdom teeth out. They did amazing. Ashley is the sweetest and my favorite.

This was my first visit at this office, as I had to change dentists after almost 15 years due to insurance. The staff was wonderful, and Dr. Milch was great! I had a great experience, and am glad to have found such a wonderful place my first try. I feel that they truly care about my dental health, and feel very included in what they see and want to do, they really take the time to explain everything.

When I first visited Dr. Milch in November 2019, I had not been seen by a dentist since 1997. What then had been perfect teeth with a minor sensitivity problem, now required a crown, several fillings, and two sessions of scaling & root planing with more frequent check-ups & routine cleaning. Everyone at Brightwood Dental - Dr. Milch, the hygienist, the dental & office assistants - have been consistently welcoming, friendly, attentive, helpful, gentle, and professional. Although I never dreaded a visit to the dentist, not until Brightwood Dental did I ever actually enjoy the experience. Dr. Milch is the ideal dentist for someone who fears, whether rationally or not, that dental care will be an unpleasant if not painful experience. I unreservedly recommend Dr. Milch.

Brightwood Dental is fantastic. As their self proclaimed bravest customer I fortunatly have never had to put that to the test. They are gentle, kind and laugh at most of my jokes, which at this point in my life I would pay them for even if they were bad at teeth. They arent though. Of course I could have just said Brightwood Dental, Good at Teeth, but where is the fun in that? Plus, I plan on selling them that slogan in the future and I am almost certain this counts as a trademark. In the age of Covid, they have great systems in place for getting us in and out in a quick and safe manner. For an experience many people dread they make it as pleasant as possible.

Had my first visit today (6/4/19). Great experience the whole time I was there. Andrea was so nice doing the xrays, going over my info and digital pics. Toni was great with my cleaning and gave me a gadget that should help with cleaning below the gum line between my back teeth. Dr. Milch was very nice and didnt push any procedures that I should get done. I couldnt get anything costly done at this time and she just told me to prioritize one item and anything else could be done down the road. Front desk ladies were great as well.

A couple of years ago I learned that my dental office on Hwy 41 was no longer affiliated with my dental insurance. As a result I had to find another dental office in the area. I did some research and found Brightwood Dental. Ive been using Brightwood for a couple of years and would highly recommend this dental office. The office is clean and the staff is friendly. I really like the text message reminders.

I was at work and my tooth came out around 1030am I called around and no place had any appointments until March but then BRIGHTWOOD DENTAL saved me!! They had an appointment that day at 3 I took it. I signed all new patient forms Dr. Milch told me whats what and made an appt for today. I went in this morning and was called back within 5minutes. They got started right away numbed me up and her assistant kept comforting me. They were all so nice and friendly. Its a clean facility and doesnt have that dentist office smell. Poor doc fought to get my tooth out but she did it stubborn tooth be darned. Throughout the process doc and assistant kept asking if I was ok and was I feeling any if the procedure. At the end they even give you a little to go after care bag with instructions,extra gauze and chicken noodle soup. Cant say I care for going to the dentist but this by far is my favorite place. I actually feel like they genuinely care about me.
