I started to see Dr. Hart after I was injured in a auto collision. I was in pretty bad shape both physically and mentally.The pain was was taking a toll and was affecting me personally and at work. I was not able to fully enjoy my hobby because the pain and discomfort limited me to only 15 minutes before I had to step away. I had difficulty staying focused at work because of the pain.Thanks to Dr. Harts efforts that has changed. I am now able to fully enjoy my hobby (which serves as my stress reliever), it has helped me in being able to perform my duties without the pain to distract me.There have been other benefits as well. I find that I have had much deeper and restful sleep. My reliance on pain relievers has been greatly reduced; other than the occasional pains that come from age and the occasional over exertion. And my mental well being has also improved as well!With Dr. Harts treatments I feel a sense of balance and well being.
