Dr. Samuels and assistant (forgot her name) were both professional and covered all questions and issues very clearly. I had postponed my appointment during COVID extreme times but after going today would not postpone in future. They have all the controls in place for excellent safety. Also every time I have gone for an appointment over the past years they are always prompt and on time without making you wait past your scheduled time when you arrive which is important for busy people.

I did not wear contacts for 10 years and decided to give it a go again 2 years ago. Found modern eyes as listed for insurance and called to schedule. The receptionist was rude on many different occasions. I called to let them know most of my contacts were ripping right away and they pretty much told me it was me. I asked if possibly a different brand might work and they told me all contacts are pretty much the same. I decided the customer service was enough to make me go elsewhere and once i told the new place (eye and vision clinic- de pere) they were like no, contacts are made differently. He gave me a new choice and they still have not ripped! Loved the customer service and i didnt need to wait around for an hour for somone to help with glasses. I would never recommend Modern Eyes in Ashwaubenon.

Had my contact check up with Dr. Kellers this morning. He is awesome. Super professional and took the time to get to know me as well. I am very happy to be a patient of Modern Eyes.

I brought in a pair of sunglasses for new lenses, I asked person at front desk how much they will cost and she said $300.00 when i picked them up they were $685.00. Stay away..........

This has been my second experience with MODERN EYES for new glasses and my first at their new location on Lineville.The second experience was even better than the first. It’s a thorough, fast paced exam and fame pick out, but don’t let that scare you. A lot of people equate fast with something underhanded or they must be scamming us. This is not true. People who are experts want to give you a what you need and for you to be able to get on with your life. Our eyes are important, but for me, more so. As a photographer, my eyes need to be fast and as sharp as my camera lenses. Sounds corny, but very true. I have an older lens that sometimes gets into focus but can move a bit. If my eyes/glasses aren’t up to par, I never catch that moment until I’m editing, which is too blurry, too late.Dr. Samels was great and attentive. Grayce was awesome in helping me with frames and letting me know the deals my insurance had with certain manufactures. My new glasses came in one week and they look fantastic, don’t they? Great experience!

I had such a great experience during my first appointment at Modern Eyes. Dr. Samuels and Scott were extremely kind and knowledgeable which made me feel very comfortable throughout my visit. Cannot say enough about how pleasant my experience was!

I had a very positive experience with the professionals at Modern Eyes. They were friendly and ready for me. The exam was through. Dr. Samuels was professional and explained everything very clearly. The office is very modern (of course) and sharp. Good selection of frames. No pressure. And also honest opinions by the folks helping me select frames for the first time. I will go again to this eye care provider.

First time at Modern Eyes and I was very impressed. The staff was very nice and I cannot say enough about Dr Samuels. Awesome clinic!

4 mins ·The staff at Modern Eyes is fantastic. Dr. Samels takes his time during the exams-you never feel rushed during an appointment. He wants to be sure the contacts/glasses fit your needs! They have so many choices for glasses and their styles are so fun.

I have gone here for years and Dr Samuels is absolutely top notch.
