Changed their weekend hours. 24/7 was a good selling point. But not now! Im off Saturday and sundays, like to get my workout done by 7:00am. Now they dont open till 6:00am.

Good place to exercise. Nice new equipment. Nice workers. Good clean place. If you aren’t a member you should be! It’s cheap.

Everyone has either been super nice (workers and other customers) or just minding their own business (other customers). They have done everything to be accommodating to my mother who is disabled.

I love it!!! I go at just the right time for me. No waiting for equipment. The staff at this Planet Fitness are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Ill keep going to this gym for a very long time!

Very clean facility from what I have noticed. Plenty of room and workout equipment for all walks of life. The staff is very friendly. The only downside to the staff is that they are all young and are not very knowledgeable of the equipment and of there product that they sale.

My membership kept getting renewed even after not going for years for medical reasons and I have accrued a 200 dollar bill that I have to pay off before cancelling as I found out looking at bank statements. Havent stepped in a planet fitness in 2½ years.

Absolutely do not sign up with them! Even though it clearly states online, that it is not Auto renewed unless you check the box they will automatically renew you.I called in September and was told canceled, and I expressed that I was not on auto renew. This month November I get a charge for two memberships and a fee because apparently they were trying to take money out.I get to run around first Im told that it is like a magazine subscription that automatically renews.apparently they dont realize that those subscriptions you choose if you want to be renewed or if you would like it renewed in two years etc.reading some of the other reviews, now that I know its privately owned, I know why I received an airheaded response.I then look everywhere to try to find an email because they say you have to email to cancel and I still havent found one.I come to the reviews and I found one so I will email that and I also will contact my bank, with all the screenshots of the other members that have been screwed over and had money stolen.And yes it is stealing I only signed a one-year contract, you cant automatically sign me up for another year.As I said I will bring all my proof to my bank and I will be having them dispute everything and go after the money.I dont care if its $10 I dont care if its $41 and some change its the principal.

Employees are rude about masks.Me: Hey! How are you?Employee in annoyed voice: Do you have a mask?No Good! How are you? As we work towards asking me if I have a mask. Im the only person there for hours. I shouldnt be pestered about a mask at all, but if youre going to, at least be polite about it. I dont even feel comfortable going there cause I always get harassed about it. Will probably cancel my membership very soon if things dont improve rapidly.

Came in transfering from Painesville, nothing but a headache and the GM Kevin offered no assistance with the fact there sign up app was NOT WORKING and accepting any info which is ALREADY in thier system online... told me try again or come back another day , while this was going on other customers were having issue signing into the app but he said its my issue because it wont accept my banking info the app saying its in wrong format then try again and says my name doesnt match lol??? But thats MY fault.. Never will be back 0 stars on customer service, helpfulness, communication.. Oh if you ask for managements numbers they refuse to give it you told me find it online WOW All i wanted todo was workout ... had family in the gym waiting for me...even made sure balance was paid online but again they offer NO HELP with anything and the guy seemed like he could care less and had better things to do.

I go have gone here regularly for many months now and have never regretted getting my membership. The selection of workout equipment is vast and the staff are always friendly. The atmosphere is bright and energizing which helps me focus on each workout. It is a 5/5 for sure!

I went a couple of times with my daughter and liked it. I have never had a gym membership but liked it enough to sign up for the minimum package. You cant beat the price. The flexibility if being open 24/7 should make it easy to go.

Its a clean facility. Being a new member I think they should have more people to show you how the machines work.

Great gym and location near the state line, all employees were compliant with Covid when we went, all ventilation was on and we felt safe to work out!

If I could give less stars, I would. I am beyond unsatisfied. After clearly stating online that I wouldn’t be charged any other fees until December. Please explain how I got charged over 40 dollars for the 10 dollar membership? Doesn’t add up and very unfriendly service. Also, clearly none of the staff have any clue what they’re talking about because one member told me that I could get the black card then the next one proceeds to tell me that I can’t have the black card AFTER I paid for it.

Love having this place here in Ashtabula! So clean, beautiful facility and enjoy working out here. They have Tanning beds, massage chairs and showers. Great to come before work and shower then head to work! Just love it.

Friendly, low key but helpful staff. Very clean, not crowded. All ages seen working out. Great addition to the community.

Overall, I’m very happy with my membership. I love everything, really. If I see something that needs replenished (paper towels, toilet paper in the ladies room), I inform the staff and it’s taken care of immediately. I’ve only been to 1 other gym locally and PF has it beat all the way around. Well worth the membership cost.

Cleam and good staff

I have tryed many times to cancel my membership with no luck. I am constantly out of town doing volunteer work qnd have called and even teyed to cancel with an email that I was given but it was sent back to me that there was no such address. Enough is enough have not been there since 08/2019 and is now 07/2020

Always Greeted immediately, Employees are friendly. Very Clean restrooms which is super important.

This place is nasty. All the massage chairs are sweaty and smell like they havent been whipped down in a year. The associates are rude. I went one day and one of the dumbbells were sticky. I still dont know what that was.

We cancelled are are member in September of 2019 and they were still taking money out of my husband account for 2 year .just found out from are bank today . sorry but someone needs to learn how to do there job right.

Worst customer service ever! This gym is privately owned which means they do not share the same policies as a real planet fitness. If you signed up at another planet fitness you need to check into this planet fitness twice, once with your key pass and then you have to sign in as a guest. You also can’t make reservations online for tanning or classes if you didn’t sign up at this location. The gym is clean and nice like a regular planet fitness but as soon as one of their employees opens their mouth you realize right away that this is not your ordinary planet fitness. My first day I told the employee I was new to this location and asked where the men’s locker room was, I expected a quick rundown of the gym instead I got a finger in my face pointing to the locker room. hopefully the franchise owner will take care of the issues at this location so it conforms to the great franchises policies and not the absurd failing policies that the owner of this location has implemented.
