The Ashtabula location has been great at helping me with my mental health issues. My doctor and nurse are both very caring kind and considerate and have always listened to me and whats going on. I couldnt have asked for a better team to assist me. Ive forgotten my appointments for my injections and they have always followed upmwith a call tosee what was going on if i failed to cancel.ór notify them.

Had a wonderful experience with THIS location of Signature Health. Polite staff that alwayanswers the phone and medical staff gets back to you quickly or even immediately when you’re having trouble with condition or medication(s). Appointments are simple to set up within reasonable time frame and keep on a specific schedule that covers the patient’s needs as well. I had great help at the Ashtabula location. Thankyou for all your help guys!!!!!! P.S. NOT THE SAME EXPERIENCE AT THE LAKEWOOD LOCATION!!!! THAT location truly was no help. I don’t normally post reviews, but this time I feel like I must speak. I thought places like these were set up to help people in need. So when my wife came home yesterday crying and feeling suicidal after trying to get an initial visit at this facility, I was more than a little upset. Needless to say we will NOT be returning. Staff is rude and uncaring. It’s clear that the focus is less on caring for the well-being of the patient and more on the acquisition of their money. Don’t waste your time with these vultures.

Signature offers so much help to the community. Groups, information, counseling for all ages. They recently added primary care physicians too which makes it convenient for a lot of people. They also have a kid zone for your children if finding a babysitter for your appointment is an obstacle. There is also an in house pharmacy so you dont have to venture out to another place to pick up medication.

Have been going for about 10 years and have had 1 problem with a Dr who didnt really seem to care to listen, who ni longer works there. Other than that I love going there to receive my psychiatric help. Love that its in the old hotel too. Made great use of the building and it looks amazing inside.

Excellent care and caring staff.

Counselors are good if you only want to talk about how you feel about things. But, for cognitive behavior therapy it may be better to choose someone else. The psychiatric nurse practitioner that I have had has been alright for the most part.

My son and I have been with them for 10 years.. very friendly, helpful. The only thing I noticed since they moved and have gotten bigger I dont get reminder calls like I use to. I need those due to my mental illness issues I CAN NOT remember anything! even when I write it down I lose it. Other than that, love this place

Been going here about 10years and its a fantastic place to go staff is over the bar friendly my councler is super great I love him same with my nurse practitioner love them all I high recommend coming if you have any mental issues

Great use of a historic building🏢. The once Ashtabula Hotel is now a mental health medical facility. The top floors are currently available for lease. Dental is coming soon.

Sucked . Was promised i they could help me, went to my appointment and was told no they couldnt. Wasted time!!! Could have gone somewhere else. Now I am in a very bad place cuz of it. Run from this place. Liars, only after $$$$$$$$. Hope it closes and they all lose everything like I am now faced with for trusting and believing them .I
