Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful.Every part of the office was modern and extremely well cleaned and maintained.The young lady who did the x-rays was courteous and professional.Dr. Jeff was great and explained all the dental work that he recommended to be done.Office manager Baileigh was professional, courteous, and helpful in explaining the available options and explaining the timeline.

The service and care I received was above and beyond what I had hoped for. From the front desk to the exit I was treated wonderfully. I got new dentures and my first pair at that. They made sure I was 💯 percent satisfied with my new teeth before I left. Spending alot of Time sanding and adjusting them for perfect fit. So thankful. Dr. Morrison was extremely good with my Autistic daughter, all the office personnel was fabulous, BUT the price was CRAZY EXPENSIVE! I feel they should take all insurance plans not just certain ones.They do offer a free first visit which is great. I just think they are over priced if you dont have insurance.

Absolutely fantastic experience. I was in so much pain and like many, I get anxiety at the dentist. But Dr. Jeff and his team were amazing. I needed a wisdom tooth extraction and they made sure I was numb and comfortable. He was very attentive to me and my cues on how I was feeling. I will absolutely be going to aspen for all of my dental needs.

They where great and very friendly. I have alot of teeth that need to be removed to get ready for dentures. They explained everything to me.

Needed 5 teeth pulled and got it done yesterday with the oral surgeon. Absolutely wonderful experience, the team explained to me what was going on beforehand and the anesthesia process wasnt as scary as I thought. It was over and done within about a half hour or less.Great team overall, from the front desk to the doctors and nurses.

I felt comfortable since the second I walked into the office. I get anxiety when I go to the dentist, but the assistants were wonderful, even the one that was in training. The dentist was able to help me and explained everything very well. My first visit has changed the quality of my life. I have confidence that myself and my family will forever go to this office 😃

I went to Aspen Dental in Ashtabula to have 3 extractions. Usually I am quite nervous to go to any dentist. That was not the case this time. The team they have put together at the office is phenomenal.I have to say my Dental assistant Kaitlin was amazing. She was so kind and welcoming. She made me feel at ease right away. It is surprising how much less painful a procedure can be when youre not anxious and scared. She gave me the gift of compassion, and I will always be grateful.Dr. Jeff is so awesome, walking me through each step of the procedure and talking to me the whole time. His patient interactions are so refreshing. I really felt cared for and listened to.I will be going back to finish my treatment, and I have to say, weird as it sounds, Im looking forward to it. I never would have thought those words would come out of my mouth.If you are in need of dental care, you should definitely go to Aspen Dental in Ashtabula. The front desk Check in lady, the assistant and the dentist were all very kind and helpful the doctor was superrrrr informative. The “manager “ or that ever the title is of the lady who goes over payment options was rude and dismissive after she found out I couldn’t pay 14,000 up front.. I called and talked to a rep before even making my appointment and she told me that they offer payment plans and for any income.. the manager didn’t even offer this she said care credit which I said no to because I’ve worked for 2 years to get my credit where it is now 700+ and I didn’t want that inquiry on my credit she said have a nice day! Very happy with my first visit with Aspen. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Very comfortable environment. They take every step for safety during our times with Covid. Very pleased and highly recommended. My son referred me to Aspen as he was also very pleased with their service.

Great first experience at Aspen Dental in Ashtabula, OH. Previous dentist referred me to an oral surgeon to pull three broken teeth. Free first exam and full x-rays and Dr. Jeff suggested one of three treatment plans.They had trouble getting approval from Anthem but Lindsay persisted and finally got everything straightened out so I had prices to help me decide. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and seemed like they enjoyed working there. They were very professional and very aware of sanitation and patient safety.Pricing was very reasonable and I will be back there soon to have the work done. I think I have finally found a dentist I can trust!

My dental hygienist Deidre is amazing. She always gives me the best care. I had to bring my little one with me and she was so good about telling her what she was doing to my mouth. In my 25 years I can confidently say that I have never had a better dental experience in my life than I’ve had at this office. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff members who set me up as a new patient right away. I went in for a wisdom tooth consultation and since they had an open schedule, they were able to perform the extraction immediately. They also found that I had early stage gingivitis, something my previous dentist did not detect within the past year. The doctor and assistant did a fantastic job of explaining my x-rays to me and I walked out of the office within 2 hours with a painless wisdom tooth extraction as well as a deeper understanding of my dental health. I was surprised that my wound healed within 2 days, just as the doctor had said, with minimal pain and swelling. Thank you Paige, Kaitlin, and Dr. Morrison for an experience I couldn’t be happier with!

Seems I cant post another review in response to the so called owner named Cindy. Maybe im mistaken but I thought the owner was jeff morrison? Anyway, after finally reading the reviews I am shocked to discover that there are many similar occurrences as to what my experience was. Definetly not a coincidence. How can so many similarities between complete strangers occur at this facility. Now ive been going to the same dentist for years, yes a real certified licensed doctor, and not once had himself or any of his assistants ever said anything to the likeness of periodontal disease and gingivitas. Nor has my dentist ever tried to sell me a $135 oral b toothbrush and $46 mouthwash either. Im fine I will wait but what is not fine is the uncertainty of this locations objective and trustworthiness. To go to a scheduled appointment to have a tooth extracted and be handed a plan for $8,000 for things such tooth brushes and screening for cancer. Absolutely horrible business plan and managerial representation

This is the Second Major Dental project i have had them do. They are the only Dentist that i have ever been relaxed at. They have treated me like family and are just amazing. Lots of people have moved up since my first procedure and was nervous with all new faces. But again they have shined and shown that they are just amazing. Dr. Jeff is one of only three dentist that have ever used a needle on me and i never felt it go in. And Ally was just amazing in her help with my procedure. I now have both top and bottom plates. I have sent family and friends to them. Everyone has been very happy with them as well. Prices are very good and just love that i feel so relaxed while i am there. Thank you for giving me a perfect smile. Something i have struggled with all my life.

Had appointment at 2pm. Got here at 1 40 pm. Had to yell and pound on front desk to get someone. Was told was early. Everyone was still on lunch. Then why was I told when made appointment to get there 15 minutes early. New patient. Doors unlocked. No note saying on lunch. I said had no Insurance. Only wanted to get 1 tooth pulled. Had cash for this 1 tooth. Took another 10 minutes after 2pm to get taken for x ray. Then didnt have have things small enough to put in mouth. Took another 10 minutes for doctor to come in and tell me my teeth are bad. I said yes I know. Im 58 yrs old parents didnt have money to take 8 kids to dentist and I didnt have money to take myself as adult. That I only wanted this 1 back tooth right side bottom causing pain to eat out today. He said no he cant just pull 1 has to be 2 teeth. Then about 40 minutes. 2 40 pm. Was in office with financial adviser. Was told. Everything dr wants done is $3,100. I said no I only have money for 1 tooth each payday. Then she says he wants top right tooth pulled. I said no. I told dr bottom right side is the only one causing pain to eat. She says dr. cant do only 1 tooth . Dr doesnt know which one is causing pain. I told her I know. Its the bottom right side. She then tells me its $800 for 2 teeth. I only have money for 1. I then tell her I cant get another credit card. They obviously only take credit cards and insurance for payments. I stormed out. No cash payments for 1 tooth for adults that only have paychecks to get this. Very rude. Very rude people and dr didnt want to listen to me. Very rude. Will not recommend this dentist ever. All my friends are not able to get credit cards or insurance. Dental Insurance is $200 each month. My food. And $500 for medical Insurance thats my house payment.

With 4 back to back appointment worked around my schedule not theirs, and a last minute schedule change they still got me in that same day just a few hours later, which is something you dont find very often. Ashtabula was very friendly. Yes, I had to wait longer but that is the new normal in the healthcare world. I work in healthcare so I get it. Dr. Jeff is super friendly, Katlyn is super sweet, front desk lady is super nice. Lynette helped me figure out a couple things. I would love to give her a 6 foot hug. My out of network dentist wanted to charge me 1,000s for a procedure. That Aspen is now saving me money. Thank you so much for everything. Continue the great work!

All this place wants is $$. Revolving door of employees. Long wait times, dirty, small open exam rooms, very noisy. Only one dentist who is constantly distracted. Worst dental place I’ve seen. Prolly get charged for doing this review.

Went in the next morning and they prepped my tooth for a crown. Ally was great and the whole experience was awesome. Thanks to all there. Had Cindy clean my teeth after the procedure was done. Highly recommend. Also, kudos to Tiffany. Dr. Jeff was thorough and explained everything he was doing. Great friendly and professional staff. Also decided to start the Invisalign teeth straightening treatment. In 6 to 8 months Ill have a better looking smile.

I cant say enough about how impressed I was with Aspen Dental. It was the first time Id ever been there and I got right in and we figured out what was wrong. The dental hygienist was very helpful and Dr. Jeff was very nice. They also helped me set up a payment plan to pay for the treatment I needed for my wisdom teeth. The whole experience went very smooth and thats all I want when I go to the dentist.

I have had the best experience at a dental office than I have ever had. I, like many others, despise having dental work done and my teeth have suffered for my cowardice and lack of money. I was always told there’s nothing much more they can do for them that wouldnt either require a lot of money or having them pulled and have dentures. From the beginning Dr Jeff always encouraged me that I could not only keep my teeth and repair them but that they could look great enough to smile again. I never felt pressured to spend a lot of money, in fact Paige went out of her way to make a financial plan within my means. Deidre was so patient and kind as she helped explain every step I had to go through to fight the periodontal disease. Her availability at any time via email was a lifesaver and kept me patient with the process. I can’t thank Deidre, Paige, Kaitlin, Joseph and Dr Jeff enough.

Nothing nice to say about them. Me experience with them was horrible. Charged me for surgical removal of several tteeth. They pulled all but one. Was told I needed to schedule another visit when the surgeon was working. And pay for the extra.visit. Since I was charged for surgery why wasnt there a surgeon there. Very bad business.

Very kind staff. I was very nervous patient but they made me feel more comfortable. I had more problems than I originally thought so they fixed everything right then so I didnt have to suffer over weekend or have more problems caused it was a Friday. Dentist was kind also. This was the first experience with Aspen. Was not happy when I left. Started off okay but the length of time it took to get our reason for being there was way too long. There didnt seem to be much privacy between the rooms, could hear everything being discussed with another patient so I assume it was the same for them to hear everything that was being discussed with my appointment. It took us way too long to get everything straightened out and most of the time was just waiting on someone to take care of me and my reason for being there. We have appts. to finish but after that, I dont think Ill be coming back.

My first appointment consisted of my consultation and x-rays. The very friendly staff made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. The x-ray tech worked very fast, knowing that the x-rays were uncomfortable and made sure they were over as soon as possible. She definitely knew what she was doing and made a painful experience as pain free as possible, making jokes and compliments along the way. What shouldnt have been a good time was.I then had to re-schedule my extractions due to some work issues. When I met with the office manager, Patrick to talk through some insurance and money issues, he super kindly worked them all out with me and to my surprise I was able to afford much more than I ever imagined! I had never thought that I would ever be able to get a deal from a dentist office, but Patrick made it all possible. He is the most personable man Ive ever met. He never once made me feel ashamed for not visiting the dentist since high school. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable about every aspect of insurance deductibles and costs, payment plans and scheduling. Aspen dental definitely works around your schedule, which is very helpful with my work schedule.I then went in for my extractions. Dr. Chan and his assistant Jackie were there every step of the way, explaining every aspect of it and the before and after. I never once felt rushed, all of my questions were answered. Not only that, but my x-rays were shown to me and he pointed out every little thing that could happen and what he would be doing right on the screen. I appreciated that very much. Dr. Chan went above and beyond the call of duty. Jackie was the best assistant I could have asked for. She knew when to hold my hand. She knew when to support my jaw just by looking in my eyes.I would recommend Aspen dental to everyone. I can not say thanks enough for the care they provided to me.Beyond all of this, Dr. Chan took the time to talk to my 12 year old son, who was there with me for this procedure, about the importance of good grades and schooling. My son had asked him about why he became a dentist and other questions like this. I really appreciated him taking the time to talk to him. Most doctors rush right on by. He is that personable guy you want to talk to. What a great guy. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Chan and his staff. Cant you tell!? :)

Ive gone a few times. They really try to squeeze money out of you. A consultation before a cleaning. Come back for cleaning. A consultation for dental work. It seems like a lot, and I was gonna go through it all because I need to.So I made an appointment for noon today, I went in to the office and they had a sign up saying they were having a meeting and wouldnt be available until 3. I assumed there was an emergency meeting, but they couldnt have called all their scheduled pailtients to reschedule? It was very inconvenient for me, as I have a toddler.

Cindy Lawrence was wonderful and performed a deep dental cleaning painlessly! She also explained everything thoroughly, which was helpful. Overall, a positive experience, but very costly. It did appear there were more staff there for billing purposes than there were for treating patients. I had a scheduled routine appointment for dental exam/cleaning, and waited 45 minutes before receiving initial care. No explanation was provided for this wait. Still, I would recommend Aspen Dental to others, and will continue to go back!

Excellent experience overall. Tiffany did an exceptional job explaining the administrative side of all of this and she also was able to get me a military discount which I was unaware that Aspen dental had. Every aspect, from the receptionist, xrays, cleaning and work on my tooth was an exceptional experience. Very friendly and professional team, not just with me but also with each other!

I wasnt going to leave a review because my experience was so awful that I really didnt want to dwell on it, but... its like a disease that just keeps resurfacing.I chose to go to Aspen Dental because Im a traveling nurse and I figured my records would be all over the country, like me. I had to have a crown put on THIRTEEN MONTHS AGO. I sat in the waiting room for over 45 minutes, then the dentist had a cancelation for after my appointment (the secretary came back and told him) so unbeknownst to me until after, he decided to do the entire crown prep in one visit. It lasted 3.5 hours. When I said my jaw hurt and I didnt want to proceed anymore, he told me 10 more minutes 5 MF TIMES. The next day my gums and cheeks were so sore and raw I couldnt eat and had to buy a special mouth wash. My insurance covered some of it, then I had to pay around $750 out of pocket. I got a bill in the mail THIRTEEN MONTHS LATER saying I am past due and owe an extra $371 randomly??? K....Heres the grand finale. My crown just broke when I bit into a chocolate chip cookie! Its a Sunday so Ill be calling the office tomorrow, I will certainly update.If you need dental work I recommend going to a zoo and asking to have the primates do it. Youd probably have a better experience that I did.

I was a new patient, It was my first time at Aspen I needed some major work done and from the beginning they were very interested in what I had to say. They really care about getting the work done quickly and they worked with my schedule. I got more completed in my first appointment then I would of ever imagined. Patrick the manager sat down with me for an hour and went over the plan step by step of what needed done and how it was going to get done. By far best people I have ever dealt with at any medical facility.

Friendly enough, but poor service. Werent even prepared to do a basic cleaning after my exam. No dental hygienist, no surgeon, just exam and schedule. My previous dentist was ready and prepared to deal with whatever was found in the exam, all in one appointment, even root canals. I wasnt expecting all that, but not even a cleaning? Thats the most basic service you get at the dentist.

Im not very happy with this place, the staff was great but the pricing is off the charts!!!!! I have a broken wisdom tooth that is causing me extreme pain. was told i have to see the oral surgeon to get it removed because the dentist wasnt confident he could get it out, well that should have been my fist clue to leave. I went to the RAM (remote area medical) and had a case western student pull a tooth worse then the one I needed them to pull. A FREAKING STUDENT COULD DO IT! and the dentist here couldnt do anything? thats a joke! and yes I was told I need to save one of my teeth for chewing but my insurance doesnt cover crowns. well come to find out I can go to a diff place, and it only cost 200$ out of pocket because I just need a stainless one (the tooth is in the back)was quoted for over 2000$ worth of work that I need done. they wanted over 200$ with insurance to fill 2 teeth.they are way high on the prices and they say the strive to stay cheaper no way in hell they do!!!!!as I said that staff was great to me in explaining everything and not trying to bush my questions off, but good staff for work that is to expensive to even get done is like hanging a chandelier in a run down house . the one star is for the staff ( BESIDES THE DENTIST HIMSELF!!!!!) they are the only good thing about this place

I had the best experience by far that I have had at a dentist office... Tiffany and all the ladies at the desk were super nice and broke down what I would have to pay at each visit. Dr. Jeff made me feel comfortable showing me excly what was going on and why on my X-rays. Deidre the dental Hygienist was so helpful made me feel comfortable and did an excellent job. She showed me how to use everything and even stopped mid procedure to show me the difference it was making. Ive never seen a group of professionals who are so passionate about what they do! I would recommend them to everyone!!

Truly amazing people at this office! I was given an exam and then had my first appointment in the same day. They understood that I really wanted my teeth fixed but I didnt have the money at the time so they found me financing for my bill. Such expedient and professional services, I found my dentist office that I will turn to for any of my needs.

I have always gone regularly to my usual dentist for cleaning and such. I tried Aspen today for the first time. I went in for an extraction and ended up there for 4 hours, no extraction done and told I have 11 thousand dollars of work that needs to be done. I was told I have periodontal disease and need to have a cancer screening. I already have dental fear that I did express to them. The staff was very cold and flat affect as if we as patients were just cars on an assembly line. The first part xrays was the worst I had, I tasted blood. I have to admit in my tears and sobbing I did say I go to my dentist all the F...ing time and was never told any of this and the dentists reply was would you like.to leave and go back to your F...ing dentist Appauled at this as a medical professional myself.

My son came to our Ashtabula office to have a tooth with a cavity removed. The doctor pulled the wrong tooth. And ignored my sons request to leave the other teeth (double wisdom molars ) alone. And know they sent him an 2 additional bill. I would not recommend ASPEN DENTAL to a DEAD DOG!!!

Would rate a 0 if it were an option. From the moment I walked through the door, the staff was very rude. When I didn’t understand why they needed an X-ray in order to paste back my TEMPORARY crown, the one rolled her eyes and stated, “the dentist requires it. It’s his license, his practice!” I didn’t want exposed to the radiation if I didn’t need to be plus I did not want to be charged for it. I thought an X-ray was extreme for what I needed done. They said I could call and have my X-rays from my family dentist faxed over (I was out of town, that is why I went to Aspen), so I kindly called my dental office and asked for my X-rays. The women I spoke to from my original office also did not understand why this office needed an in-depth X-ray for such a non-invasive procedure. She also stated that a fax would not show them what they needed either, so she suggested that she send an email instead of fax. I was called to the back again and very nonchalantly taken back to the X-ray room and told, “we are only going to get one X-ray.” I already told them I didn’t want exposed to the radiation, but they still are going to try and sneak in “just 1 X-ray.” I told them that I could not guarantee that I am not pregnant, and I was immediately told in a loud pitched, rude tone that “the moment you said that, now we need a letter from your OB!” Okay well if they looked on my form they would have seen that I am 28, married, and marked no to using any birth control methods. If they were so worried about it, it should have asked me on the form or they should have verbally asked me prior to me offering them the information. I would think when I said I didn’t want “exposed” to the radiation, that would have been enough for them to not try to push me and maybe try to understand why I didn’t want the diagnostic test done. I thought the medical field including dental was supposed to be taught the morals to understand not only that a patient says no to something but why they say no and try to understand the person from a whole prospective instead of being concerned with only a dollar sign. If the dentist was worried about an infection, he could have easily assessed the site with his instruments and the glasses they use to see very in-depth details. That would have shown him enough to do such a very simple, non-invasive procedure. I was not asking for him to drill into my teeth or do any major dental work. Needless to say, I will not be going back, and my family who lives in the area won’t be either because they know of this situation.

Hadnt been to the dentist in 10 years (big mistake). 7 cavities that needed filled, cleanings that needed done, and wisdom teeth that needed extraction. I got a second opinion at happy smiles just to make sure, and they told me the exact same thing. It was originally going to cost me over $3,500 but they told me about the carrington plan which saved me a bundle (out the door for $1,800). After 6 visits (initial checkup / x-rays, cleaning, lower left cavities, upper right cavities, lower right cavities, and wisdom teeth extraction) I feel like Ive got a pretty good handle on what goes on there. I was pleased with every bit of it. They answered all my questions, didnt pressure me into anything, and helped me figure out what I needed and what would fit my budget.Sure, dental work is expensive, but Ive been pleased with the work they have done at Aspen.Update Summer of 2019:Well, after all our pleasurable experiences, we finally had a bum one. My wife and I wanted to go in to get a cleaning. With the dental plan we had, an adult cleaning should have been pretty cheap. When told the price, we were surprised at how expensive it was! When we asked why, they said they could only do a cleaning after an x-ray and a check up. Well, I didnt want an x-ray or a check up. Just a cleaning. Disappointed, so knocking off a couple stars. We started getting our dental care from someplace else.

Dr Jeff is amazing! So are his dental assistants, definitely recommend them!

I have been going to Aspen dental in ashtabula and the people there are awesome. I need to single out two people there especailly. Everyone there is nice, but i was afraid to go the dentist and I sat down with Tiffany and she made me feel at ease and every visit got more easier. Dr Jeff is so cool. He treated me like he has know me for years. Go check it out.

The team at Aspen Dental Ashtabula location spent months getting me ready to walk out today with a Brand new smile. After 21 years suffering thru domestic violence I lost a lot of teeth. And so they had to give me a full mouth extraction. I had a long recovery and healing time before they started getting me prepared for a new smile. Today I left with the most beautiful set of dentures. They dont look unnatural in anyway. But they gave me more than that. They gave me a smile which will help with me rebuilding the self love and self esteem I lost so very long ago. I can look at myself in the mirror and be proud to smile. Thats priceless. The whole team will always be apart of my heart and my smile. Thank you all....

My appointment was canceled by them and rescheduled. On my reschedule day I called and was told I had called and canceled. I did not. Finally on my appointment day, I go into the office sign in and sit and wait for 40 mins. I find out that the reception lady told my hygienist I was not in the office. Luckily the hygienist looked in the lobby and saw me. Horrible front office experience. Great service from my hygienist

All the people at this office were amazing! I have never had a good experience with a dentist until now! I have bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist and they were great with me and explained everything that they were going to do and want to do, it was a little more expensive then I was expecting but all dentists are.

I went in for severe tooth pain. I knew exactly which tooth needed work. They did their inspection which was very thorough and I appreciated that. I hadnt been to a dentist in a very long time but I keep up with my teeth. Gave me options on all work needed. Was in the sum of 5k. They wanted to do a root canal and a ton of other stuff to give my teeth a tune up. Unfortunately my budget could not afford the full bill. I just wanted the pain gone. So I scheduled a day with the oral surgeon. And let me tell you, Dr. Nawrocki thank you sir. You were a normal guy. And did exactly what you said. I dont know the 2 ladies names that helped you but again thank all 3 of you. The office staff was awesome and Kaitlyn was very helpful in the exam.The only reason Im giving a 4 star is because of the options for payment. 28% interest is disgusting. Your options should be 5,10 and 15% options. Your helping people get their life back by fixing their smiles. If that was changed you guys would have a perfect 5 star from everyone. Again thank you all.

I took my grandfather in to be fitted for his dentures I was having a bad day but Amanda was extremely helpful with the whole process my overall experience was great!!
