Great views of Lake Erie!!!! We wanted to buy a cabin here, but wasted a lot of time trying. You have to pay a very high premium to get the lakefront cabins. The cabins cost around $25,000 to build, they sell them for about 50-60k on the regular lots. They charge around 90k for the lakefront lots. Now, the 90k would be reasonable if you were guaranteed to have the lot included in the price of the cabin. Unfortunately, they will not guarantee you get to stay on the lot. There is a $2800 per year lot fee and after 5 years, they can move your cabin. This scheme makes no sense, why pay the premium if you could lose the view, which would be the only reason to buy. They consider this a campground and the water is turned off from October through April. There are still several old campers and mobile homes on the property and the back of the lot is an eyesore.

This is not a campground any longer, it is a little community of log homes. Some Amish built and some have been built on site. You can stay in these year round! It has been a long process to get these cabins up and growing and we are still have construction going on. We are in the process of offering wi-fi! The prices of the cabins vary from where they are located in the park. The prices range from $54,900 to $239,900. From one bedroom all to 3 bedrooms And all are beautiful for all year living or weekend fun!!
