They always do such a great job with our kids. Theyre especially patient with the wee ones or if you child has some issues being comfortable getting a hair cut. Ask for Ms. Alex as shes particularly good with worried little ones!

Was my first experience at Cost Cutters, but will now be the only place I go to for all my hair styling needs.It was a Weds. morning (10am) and I was taken right back for my hair wash and cut. The stylist was very nice and attentive. It was reasonably priced at 20.00 dollars.The checking out process was easy and efficient and all employees were good-natured and welcoming.As far as I can tell, they offer a wide array of services from mens services, perms, hair coloring, to some waxing services.

Grandson (age 10) had a faded haircut on the sides, and semi short on top so he can do several things with it and he loves it. We had an appointment at 4:20. Had two people ahead of us. So the wait wasnt too bad, 4:50. He was happy. A good place, busy all the time.

So we were having family photos done on Sunday but had to get out hair done Saturday because no one was open on Sunday early enough in time for our photo session. There was 4 of us. They did a terrific job on my kids but did an absolutely terrible job on mine, the shampoo and cut were fine but when attempting to curl my hair, she barely put anything and then lightly sprayed hair spray, um this had to stay in till the next day. Yep NOPE, it was all out by the end of the night and had to re-curl it the next day which I am not very good at so needless to say, I looked horrible.

Wow! Ive never been more happy with my hair! BIG thanks to Hunter. Very professional and super nice and caring.I got an all over color and highlights, cut and styling. So satisfying, I will be coming back!

I had a horrible experience! About 8 weeks ago I had a perm put in, I went back to get a trim and she cut all my perm off! My hair is sticking up in all kinds of places and I will not be back! My hair looks horrible and theres not a damn thing I can do about it! A waste of time and money for my perm!! Very very very dissatisfied and do not recommend this place! I cannot believe that my hair stylist did this!

Love my new haircut! My stylist was awesome.

The young gentleman who cut my hair was not personable at all, and rushed through my cut. When I got home, I had to fix my cut myself, and the blending for my fade is freakin awful. My partner had another stylist and when he said he wanted his hair shorter on top, she barely took anything off. Worst haircuts ever. Also, and this is to any stylist, if your acrylics affect your ability to perform your job...maybe you shouldnt wear them.Update: Almost positive that I have a boil and a rash on the back of my head...since coming to the salon, my head has been itchy and I had what I thought was ingrown hair on the back of my head. Its now a half-inch around. Maybe you might want to ensure your stylists, particularly the gentleman that cut my hair, are properly sanitizing their equipment after each person. Now you can count on NEVER having me return to this establishment, ever again.

Ashleigh does a great job. Very professional. I plan on making appointments with her for future services. Another girl cut my 2 year old grandsons hair. He was terrified, screamed through the whole thing, but she did a fantastic job. Didnt get her name, but she was at the second station on the right. I cant express enough how horrible it must have been for her. She really was incredible. Even cleaned up the disastrous cut he got before from a different place.

Do not specialize in African Americans hair!! I repeat do not specialize in African-American hair!!! Sent my Fiancé To get a hair cut in his hair line pushed back in the front. Over by the ear part is lifted up super high. The back hair line is I can’t even describe it! It’s just horrible. If only I could post photos on here.

Wonderful place for kids cut. Treated and interacted great with our 4 year old son. Very clean. Will be trying for adult cut soon.

I think unvaccinated stylists should continue to wear masks. I will not go to CC when one of the stylists admits to not being vaccinated, doesn’t wear a mask and has many elderly women clients.
