WE DONT CARE, is what I feel about this company. I ordered a lift chair, for my husband. 6 months and after my husband died, I never recieved this chair. Lots of promises of getting it soon. Then trying to get my money back was just as bad. When I finally received my money back they paid me twice. You think that I could have time to burry my husband before the rude phone calls I started to recieve from this company. As of today paid in full. I feel that the people be given and taught better custermer service. By the way, this business never answeres the phone. Very poor service.

This WeCare business is horrible! In 2018, when I went there to get medical equipment for my mother, the girl at the desk asked for her birthdate. When I told her the date, which was September, she asked me if that was the 6th month of the year. I told her that no, June was the 6th month and September would be the ninth month. I cannot imagine anyone who is working in this facility not knowing the numbers for months! That should have been a clue to avoid this business. Our second encounter with them happened recently my husband needed to be fitted for a C-Pap mask. His pulmonologist referred us to WeCare. They called to tell us to come in to try on masks, but did not give us a date. We went the next morning, thinking we did not need an appointment or they would have scheduled us for one. We arrived, only to be told we needed an appointment. Not sure why they told us to come without giving us an appointment. Made an appointment, went in for the fitting on June 16th. We kept waiting to hear when we should pick it up, but after 2 1/2 weeks, we decided to call them to see what was happening. They said the prescription from the pulmonologist was faxed to them on June 24th, but they did not know why the supplies had not been ordered since it is now July 6th. They apologized for the delay, but did not know why no one had followed up with us. Tomorrow it will be three weeks since the fitting and they are just now getting around to ordering the supplies. I think someone is not checking on their employees to see that they are following up with patients. I definitely would not recommend them.

Caring and amazing staff. They truly put the patients first. They carry a wide selection of medical equipment. If its not an item they keep in store, the friendly staff can have it ordered for you! They are always running specials on items like lift/sleep chairs, power and mobility scooters. They also offer rental items such as hospital bed, wheelchairs, knee scooters, even oxygen equipment.

Terrible communication. uneasy to work with.My son broke his leg a year ago which required surgery. This quickly made us hit our family deductible. Because of that, I did not know the wheelchair we had in our possession was a rental from this company. We did not receive a bill until January when the new year started. How might we not know this was a rental from a company you might wonder... because NO ONE from this company contacted us in the hospital or after. There name is no where to be found on the wheelchair and zero papers were given to us in the hospital or by mail. The wheelchair was brought by a delivery service in which we electronically signed as delivered. When I brought this to their attention and offered to return the wheelchair (after my insurance company paid over a 1000 bucks when it wasnt being used!!) they mailed me papers that we signed as a contract. We also were being billed for a leg extender that wasnt even the right size but they told us to keep it anyways because we PAID for it... not RENTED it. They showed zero compassion for our family, to the pandemic we are living in right now knowing money is tight and that this whole situation was a communication error on their end. The moment I received the first bill, I called that day and offered to bring it back as it had been sitting in storage for over 6 months but they wanted their money plain and simple. I hope Im never in this situation again. But if I am, I know I will not be using any of their equipment! People skills are everything.

I gave this place a 1star rating a year ago, today I would give a zero. They keep losing my insurance information, they never have tanks in stock, the paperwork never gets to who it needs to get to, they have charged me full amount for my oxygen concentrator when I have 2, count 2, insurance! I have spoke to several people, faxed and taken cards down to the office and STILL wants to charge me. Called and asked why they were trying to pick up my concentrator, they had no idea and couldn’t give an answer.....said they would call me back and never did.New people to work paperwork and insurance is needed at this office-

I would give no stars if possible. After being discharged from Kingsbrook nursing home, my 83 year old father, who had suffered a hip fracture three weeks earlier, was told they would deliver a walker to the house the evening of his discharge. My mother double checked with the Wecare Medical staff that they had the correct address the day of discharge (we had dropped by to pick it up and they claimed they did not have the order yet, then Mom called when we got home to make sure they were coming this evening). It is now 9:00 pm and no walker! We barely got my dad in the house and to bed! If he falls and re-breaks the hip before we get the d*** walker, you can be sure there will be a lawsuit! Terrible, terrible place.

Horrible service and customer care. Tried for over two months to switch to their company for supplies. They kept telling me I need this or that. Jumped through all their hoops and was still lied too about them not receiving the appropriate paperwork from my doctor. I am friends with my doctors nurse and am an RN myself so I know they were sent not once but twice. Then they wanted me to pay before the would start my service. I told them I wouldnt pay until I had product in hand. They told me not possible because they didnt have what I needed in the local store and it would be awhile before the could have it on hand. They couldnt order it to have it mailed to me before I paid either. I would highly recommend another company

Love the delivery but the girl at the main desk at the front doesn’t seem to like doing paperwork. Asked me to pay for a $3.30 item vs signing 3 forms she also has trouble getting requests straight.

Im a C-Pap patient and my experience has always been easy and the staff is overly friendly and knowledgable. I would highly recommend.

I have tried for a year next month for Wecare to file with Humana insurance for my mothers wheelchair to get paid. I had Humana call them or so I thought to finally get this taken care of. I have no idea why they cant get their job done. I have called them so many times to give them her insurance info and no one can file it. Maybe they think if they wait an old woman will pay them $1000.00 for a wheelchair bill they keep sending to her. She only lives on Social Security. Good luck. Seems Humana could pay your bill if you would just send it...

My mother got her CPAP here and has had nothing but trouble with them about her supplies. They told her she was on the automatic call for the first of every month. They called one time in 6 months. Every other time she has had to call them. I do not recommend this supplier. They arent on top of their game.

My son needed a shoe for his cast. And thats what the Dr. Put on the paper work. I went to get it and they sold me a boot. Something you get after your cast is taken off. When the dr.office called them about this that was very roude and nasty. They told me that they could not do anything about it being wrong. After the Dr. Called they gave me back my 106.00dollars and took the boot back. I will never ever go to them again. They told the Dr. All I had gotten from them was crunches. And i got them at the emergency room visit. So they messed up a lot with this one. Will never ever go to them again.

We just had a nebulizer brought to are home it is 8:30 at night. The representative Scott was very friendly. This was easy and greatful for this company going out of there way to bring this to us. I would recommend them to everyone. Again Scott was very sweet. Thank you we care for your outstanding service.

Terrible, terrible customer service. They are impossible to get a hold of and when I do I am told something different each time. Very dissatisfied with this company and I will no longer be getting my CPAP supplies from them.

Id like to give this place a zero star rating....my husband just switched to get his CPAP supplies through this company. I have called 6 different times in the last week to try to order supplies for him. Each time I have let the phone ring anywhere from 5 minutes to 10 minutes and I get no response from the Ashland store. I have now even tried calling the portsmouth location and did not get an answer after 5 minutes of letting the phone ring. Did wecare close all of the sudden or is their customer service really this bad??????
