Ease of scheduling online just like other Minute clinics and were called in right on time. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Also provided print out of the after visit summary for reference. Will definitely recommend to others.

Im not sure why this Minute Clinic has such poor reviews! I have visited this clinic many times and they are always very professional, knowledgeable, caring and efficient. I have referred many friends to go there and they too were pleased with the care they received.

Not good, I went here for a dot physical, and she failed me because my neck was to big. She requested I needed a sleep study. The sleep study Doctor thought this was ridiculous, and couldn’t believe I had no other symptoms. The person doing this has no idea what she is doing, and wasting peoples money.

If you visit this clinic to obtain a physical examination in order to submit to a school for participation in athletics, double check before you leave that the form contains the following: Name of the athlete (spelled correctly); Box is checked that says cleared for all sports without restriction, Date of the physical exam; Signature of the healthcare provider conducting the exam. If any of this information is missing the school cannot accept the physical and the clinic will not release the information the school. This clinic has omitted information from physical forms in the past.

LESS THEN ONE STAR!!! This place and there staff are completely incompetent! i called from a medical facility reguarding a patient seen in the minute clinic. i called to request a fax number and i was placed on hold for over 40 mins! i hung up and called back to be placed on hold several more times! i asked to speak to the manager. a man named Rob came to the phone and still was unable to complete his job!!! i explained this is a medical facility and this patient could have critical results we just need the fax number to get the information to the NP that saw the patient. he responded that they were busy and he couldnt help me... this is highly unethical and UNSAFE!!!! i will also be calling corporate to let them know the situation because this is not ok!!

WHEN you are seen the care and Nurses are great for simple ailments, but I can never make an appointment until the next day and they NEVER answer the phone. Whats up????

Very efficient and no waiting time.

Just sat here and waited and waited while people went in before me who just show up. Poor service.
